Pollution characteristics and environmental risk in key sewage irrigation regions of Liaoning province

摘要: 针对辽宁省污灌区污染现状,分析了沈抚和张士2个重点污灌区的环境风险。结果表明:长期污灌造成土壤、农作物和地下水的严重污染,沈抚灌区人群患病率明显高于对照区,且有逐年增高趋势,其中以肝肿大为主要疾病。张士灌区尿镉水平明显高于对照组,引起人群肾功能损伤。鉴于污灌区环境污染的复杂性与长期性,提出未来加快开展人体健康损害风险评估和区域健康风险研究重点。

Abstract: According to the pollution characteristics of the sewage irrigation regions in Liaoning province,the environmental risks of two major sewage irrigation regions(Shen-Fu region and Zhangshi region) were analyzed.The results indicate that soils and crops as well as groundwaters are polluted seriously because of long-term sewage irrigation.The morbidity rates of people in Shen-Fu sewage irrigation region are obviously higher than those in the control plot,and the rates are increasing year by year.Hepatomegaly becomes the local main disease in Shen-Fu sewage irrigation region.On the other hand,the urinary cadmium contents in Zhangshi sewage irrigation region are higher than those in the control plot.The higher urinary cadmium contents can result in renal injury of people in the sewage irrigation region.Considering the complexity and the permanence of the environmental pollution in sewage irrigation region,the main tasks on risk assessment of human health damage and regional health risk assessment should be emphasized in the future.
