The meteorological data from Wusu and Shawan observation stations，the upper air temperature from Kelamayi station and the runoff data from Jiangjunmiao hydrological station in Kuitun River are analyzed．The result shows that climate of Kuitun River in recent 43a(1 963—2005)has the trend to transform to warm—wet type．and the runoff was obviously increased at the rate of 0．20x 1 08m3／1 0a．the runoff responded obviously to the climatic change in Kuitun River．
