中文摘要:电视技术向数字化发展,作为电视节目中不可缺少的一部分——电视天气预报节目,同样也需要引进先进的数字电视技术。为了适应电视媒体的需求和数字化发展,提出了一种基于数字视频矩阵的气象影视演播系统建设方案。利用数字视频矩阵的技术特点和优势,合理地安排气象影视演播系统的构建,能够更加简便地制作电视天气预报节目,通过直观地调整数字视频矩阵系统的参数,可以满足各类电视天气预报节目的制作需要。该系统具有使用灵活、安全性高的优势。

Application of Digital Video Matrix in Meteorological Studio System
Abstract:Television weather forecast, as an indispensable part of TV programs, also need to introduce advanced digital TV technology, along with the digitized development of TV technology. In order to adapt the needs and digitized development of TV media, this paper proposes a meteorological television studio system based on digital video matrix. Using the technical characteristics and advantages of digital video matrix, reasonably arranging the construction of meteorological television studio system, TV weather forecast could be made more easily. Various production needs of TV weather forecast program could be satisfied by intuitively adjusting parameters of the digital video matrix system. The system is flexible in use, and high security.
