Based on analysis of tornado climate characteristic in Jiangsu Province, the overall assessment of Jiangsu Province tornado disaster vulnerability has carried out by the principal components analysis method. Jiangsu each citys tornado disaster vulnerability is obtained, and the graduation regionalization of each citys vulnerability has carried out by the cluster analysis. The results show that Xuzhou belongs to the maximal damageable area. Taizhou, Nantong, Suzhou belong to the high damageable area. Yancheng, Zhengjiang, Yangzhou belong to the medium damageable area. The rest cities belong to the low damageable area.
