Using more than 100 samples of soil and fruits of Lycium barbarum L. obtained in Northern China, combined with meteorological data at the same time, the agrimeteorological indexes of yield and quality have been obtained by historic yields and Lycium barbarum L. examination data in each region of Ningxia. The longitudinal, latitudinal data and digital altitude from 1 ∶250000 digital maps was transformed to 250 m×250 m grids. The regional distribution of thermal and solar energy resource in terms of temperature exceeding 10 ℃ steadily is estimated using improved microclimate estimating method of fine-mesh grid.The regional rainfall distribution for temperature over 10℃ is also estimated by smoothing of 3 stations. Then, the yield and quality division of Lycium barbarum L. is obtained by those indexes.
