Abstract:
Using the data of 84 meteorological observations during 1971~2008 and the socio-economic material of Guizhou Province in 2013 and the geographic information data,the icy road disaster risk zoning is analyzed in this paper based on GIStechnology.There are four aspects that the facts coursing disaster and the disaster development environment and the vulnerability of disaster-bearing body and defensive capability of disaster-bearing body are considered comprehensively in the research,and the risk is classified by jenks natural breaks optimization.The result shows that the low risk area is accounted for24.26%of the Guizhou Province’s area, and the general risk area as the largest region accounting for 36.41%, and the medium risk area accounting for 24.26%,and the high risk area accounting for 11.5%,and the highest risk area as the smallest one accounting for 3.83%.The region of the risk above medium level mainly distribute at the central and western Guizhou,and Fanjing Mountain at the southern Tongren City and Leigong Mountain as one peak of the Miao Ling at western Qiandongnan Prefecture.
