Abstract: To enhance the development of lightning protection and to further enhance the standardized construction of lightning protection services in Sichuan province，this paper pointed out the effect，values and main contents of building a standard lightning protection system，via the analysis of how to build a standard lightning protection system ，as an opportunity to improve the technical standards of lightning protection levels and quality in Sichuan Province，to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition and respond to the reform of institutions．To promote the province of Sichuan lightning protection technology service level，and make due contributions to the construction of socialist modernization．
