基于FY-4卫星资料分析暴雨云系特征

Analysis of Rainstorm Cloud System Characteristics Based on FY-4 Satellite Data

  • 摘要: 本文利用FY-4气象卫星单通道云图和多通道组合,以2019年7月28日四川省眉山市的一次暴雨过程为例,分析暴雨云系的演变和微观物理性质等特征,结果表明:此次暴雨过程中出现两次对流云团的合并,云团的合并造成了暴雨区域和强度增大,属于多个对流云团多次合并,暴雨云团中有强烈的大尺度垂直上升运动,整层大气水汽充足,为强降雨提供了较好的水汽输送和动力条件。多通道RGB合成图能以色彩的形式有针对性地突出对流系统、冷暖气团、云粒子相态等属性,造成此次暴雨过程的对流云团主要为伴随强烈上升气流的由冰粒子组成的高层积雨云。FY-4气象卫星在暴雨等强对流天气监测中有着重要的作用,补充了常规天气资料分析的不足,为短时天气预报提供一种思路。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, FY-4 meteorological satellite single channel cloud map and multi-channel combination are used to analyze the evolution and microscopic physical properties of the rainstorm cloud system, taking the process of a heavy rainstorm in sichuan basin on July 28, 2019 as an example, The results show that in this rainstorm, multiple convective cloud clusters merge for many times, and the combination of cloud clusters results in the increase of rainstorm area and intensity,There is strong large-scale vertical upward movement in the rainstorm cloud, and the whole atmosphere is full of water vapor, which provides better water vapor transportation and dynamic conditions for heavy rainfall.The multi-channel RGB cloud map can highlight the convective system, cold and warm air mass, cloud particle phase state and other attributes in the form of color.?The convective cloud ?that caused this rainstorm is mainly composed of ice particles composed of cumulonimbus clouds with strong updraft.FY-4 meteorological satellite plays an important role in monitoring mesoscale severe convective weather such as rainstorm, which complements the shortage of conventional weather data analysis and provides an idea for short-term weather prediction.
