| 2013年，江苏省成为国家3个海域无人机（UAV）基地建设省份之一。按照国家海域无人机基地建设的有关要求，江苏省海域动态监视监测中心先后购置了海域无人机和应急指挥监控车，并沿着江苏近千千米的海岸带开展了大量的无人机航拍。为将已有的无人机航拍数据给更多的海域管理者和社会公众提供服务，着手编制《江苏省沿海海域影像地图集》。文章简述了江苏沿海开发概况，介绍了图集的编制过程和技术创新点，对其他影像地图集的编制具有一定的参考价值。 |

| In 2013，Jiangsu province became one of the three provinces in China to construct sea area UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) base.According to the relevant requirements for the construction of the national UAV base，sea area use dynamic surveillant and monitoring center of Jiangsu province successively purchased the UAV and emergency command and control vehicles.A large number of aerial images nearly thousands of kilometers were carried out along the Jiangsu coastal zone.In order to use these acquired aerial images to service for the sea area managers and the public，the sea area image atlas of Jiangsu province were established.This paper briefly described the general situation of Jiangsu coastal development and introduced the atlas compilation process and technology innovation.The works can also provide a valuable reference for the compilation of other kinds of image atlas. |
