| 为发展旅游经济，促进我国南海地区邮轮旅游合作，文章通过实地调研和资料收集，开展相关机制研究，并提出对策建议。研究结果表明：我国南海地区存在邮轮旅游合作的基础，制约我国相关领域发展的因素主要包括地区政治军事不稳定、地区经济利益和发展不平衡、出入境情况差距较大、产业链关键环节薄弱、忽视邮轮本身的旅游价值以及配套设施、服务和人才不足等；未来我国在南海地区开展邮轮旅游合作应着重做好顶层设计、加快配套基础设施建设、丰富旅游航线和产品、培养专业人才以及加大营销力度。 |

| In order to develop tourism economy and promote cruise tourism cooperation around the South China Sea area,this paper put forward relevant suggestions through field research and data collection.The results indicated that there were many foundational factors already exist in South China Sea area especially for cruise tourism corporation.The basis of the factors which restrict the development of the related fields in our country mainly include: political and military instability,unbalanced development of economic benefits,deep gap between entry and exit situation,the weak key link of the industrial chain,the ignored cruises tourism value and insufficient supporting facilities,lack of service quality and background talents.In the future,China’s cruise tourism cooperation around the South China Sea should focus on toplevel design technology,speeding up the relative infrastructure construction,enriching tourism routes and products,training more professional talents and enhancing marketing efforts. |
