| 文章从业务体系、系统功能、监测业务、系统数据、系统应用等方面对国家海域动态监视监测管理系统运行现状进行总结，并指出系统目前存在的主要问题，在此基础上从业务体系建设、管理制度建设、监测业务拓展、应用系统优化、数据体系建设、辅助决策支持、联动监管机制、系统安全建设等方面进行系统发展趋势探讨。 |

| The operational system，system function，operation monitoring，system data，system application running status of dynamic monitoring management system of national sea area were summarized in this paper，and the main problems existing in the system were pointed out，the developing trend of system was discussed based on the service system construction，management system construction，monitoring business development，application system optimization，construction of the data system，assistant decisionmaking support，joint monitoring mechanism and system security，etc.. |
