地质钻探铝合金钻杆研究,对提高我国难进入地区地质调查钻探工程效率、推动地质钻探科学技术进步
以及节能降耗工作具有重大现实意义。本文介绍了7E04 铝合金管材研制的关键技术、铝合金钻杆的结
构设计,进行了钻杆热处理、基本力学性能、腐蚀特性的室内试验研究。研究结果表明7E04 铝合金钻杆
在一定热处理条件下,屈服强度可达585MPa、抗拉强度645MPa;在似盐水泥浆腐蚀环境下,具有较好的
耐腐蚀性。 |

Abstract:Compared with the steel drill rod, the aluminum alloy drill rod has a higher specific strength, lower stiffness and better corrosion-resistance performance.Thus it can enhance the ability of existing drilling equipment, reduce power consumption, and lower the labor intensity during drilling operation The study of the aluminum alloy drill rod has a great practical significance for improving geological drilling efficiency and promoting drilling technological progress for geological survey This paper presents the key technology of 7E04 aluminum alloy rod,design of its structure and experimental studies on its thermal processing, basic mechanical properties and corrosion characteristics The results show that in a certain condition of thermal processing, the yield strength of this rod can be up to 585 MPa, and its tensile strength can reach 645 MPa And it has a higher corrosion resistance in the environment similar to the saline water-like mud |
