    龙桥铁矿床位于长江中下游地区庐江-枞阳矿集区的北缘,铁矿体主要赋存于下白垩统龙门院组火山岩之下和石英正长岩、二长岩之上的泥质粉砂岩和碳酸盐之中;本文分别采集了龙桥铁矿床井下370中段与黄铁矿矿体、方解石共生的黑云母样品Lz370-1和矿体围岩蚀变粗安岩中的黑云母样品Lz370-2,进行Ar-Ar同位素测年,得到两个样品黑云母40Ar-39Ar坪年龄和等时线年龄分别为133.4±1.5Ma(2σ)、133.1±4.8Ma(MSWD=0.32)和135.4±1.5Ma(2σ)、135.5±1.8Ma(MSWD=1.3),它们代表了龙桥铁矿床的热液蚀变和矿化年龄。区域上岩浆活动和典型矿床成矿时代信息表明长江中下游地区早白垩世的热液活动和成矿作用具有普遍性,进一步证明龙桥铁矿的成矿时代为早白垩世。

    Abstract:

    Longqiao iron deposit locates at the northern edge of Lujiang-Zongyang ore concentrated area in Middle -Lower Reaches of Yangtze River, the orebodies mainly hosted in argillaceous siltstone and carbonate between volcanic rocks of lower Cretaceous Longmenyuan formation and quartz syenite, monzonite;According to the biotite Ar-Ar dating associated with pyrite orebodies and calcites,Lz370-1 sample, and altered trachyandesites of country rocks,Lz370-2 sample, in 370 middle section in the deposit, We obtained the biotite 40Ar-39Ar plateau age and isochron age of the two samples, they were 133.4±1.5Ma(2σ),133.1±4.8Ma(MSWD=0.32) and 135.4±1.5Ma(2σ), 135.5±1.8Ma(MSWD=1.3), respectively. They represented the age of hydrothermal alteration and mineralization in Longqiao iron deposit. The regional magmatism ages and metallogenic epochs of typical deposits showed that it has universality on hydrothermal activity and mineralization in Middle-Lower Reaches of Yangtze River during early Cretaceous, further identified that the metallogenic epoch of Longqiao iron deposit was early Cretaceous.
