云南地震预警信息发布效能分析——以漾濞6.4级、双柏5.1级和盈江5.0级地震为例

摘    要:地震预警信息发布是预警“一张网”的重要组成部分,解决了预警系统“最后一公里”的问题。在2021年5月21日漾濞6.4级地震、6月10日双柏5.1级地震和6月12日盈江5.0级地震中,云南地震预警信息发布系统对产出的预警信息进行了有效发布,地震预警终端有效响应。本文借助这三次地震对云南地震预警发布系统运行质量、预警终端响应结果以及预警响应效果进行详细分析。结果表明:云南地震预警信息发布系统满足时效性要求并具有良好的稳定性,预警终端接收到的预测烈度与实际结果基本一致,已经具备一定的地震预警信息发布能力。

Abstract:Earthquake early warning information release is an important part of early warning “one piece of the net”, which solves the problem of the “last mile” of the early warning system. In the May 21, 2021, the Yangbi M6.4 earthquake, the Shuangbai M5.1 earthquake on June 10, and the Yingjiang M5.0 earthquake on June 12, Yunnan Earthquake Early Warning Information Release System effectively released the output early warning information. The earthquake early warning terminal responded effectively. With the help of these three earthquakes, this paper conducts a detailed analysis of the operational quality of Yunnan Earthquake Early Warning Issuing System, the early warning terminal response results, and the early warning response effect. The results show that the Yunnan earthquake early warning information release system meets the timeliness requirements and gets a good stability. The predicted intensity received by the early warning terminal is basically consistent with the actual results, and it has a certain earthquake early warning information release capability.
