2008年太湖梅梁湾浮游植物群落周年变化

摘    要:2008年对太湖梅梁湾浮游植物群落的生态学特征进行了调查.结果表明:梅梁湾共检出浮游植物6门35种,其中绿藻门(Chlorophyta)种数最多,共20种,占浮游植物总种数的57.1%;其次是硅藻门(Bacillariophyta),共7种,占浮游植物总种数的20.0%.浮游植物的数量和生物量分别在298.2×104-368006.8×104cells/L和0.298-184.202mg/L之间;浮游植物数量以夏季(6月5日)最高,春季(3月20日)最低.浮游植物相似性指数变化在0.11-1.00之间;其中1月8日-4月3日的相似性指数高,在0.54-1.00之间,均在中度相似以上;其他时间下的相似性指数低,变化在0.11-0.50之间,为极不相似或轻度相似.浮游植物多样性和均匀度分别在0.01-2.29和0.003-0.72之间,其中1月8日-4月3日的多样性和均匀度较好,其他时间下的多样性和均匀度较差,表明1月8日-4月3日梅梁湾浮游植物分布比较均匀,群落结构复杂,而4月23日-12月9日浮游植物分布不均匀,群落结构简单.
