渤海中华哲水蚤摄食的初步研究

摘    要:于1992年8月-1993年6月期间,在渤海进行渔业资源增殖生态基础调查, 型浮游生物网采取浮游动物样品,从中取出400个消化道内含有食物的中华水蚤标本。分析结果表明:中华哲水蚤营浮游植物食性,主要摄食硅藻类、辐射圆筛藻、偏心圆筛藻,未查明的圆筛藻和星脐圆筛藻是它的主要摄食对象。合计占89.2%;此外,也摄食很少量的甲藻类,金藻类和纤毛虫类,它在渤海所摄食的食物类群,季节变化不大,食物类九更替率各

Abstract:An attempt at marine ranching in the Bohai Sea was recently initiated inChina. Investigations into the interspecific relationships and ecological machanism arenecessary to make this attempt successful. Calanus sinicus is a dominant species inthe zooplankton of the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea and is an important food forpelagic fishes (especially their fingerlings) over these areas.Four-hundred Calanus sinicus specimens with food in their alimentary canals werecollected in Angust (Summer, 100 specimens), October (Autumn, 100 specimens) 1992and February (Winter, 100 specimens) and Mayraeariy June (Spring, 100 specimens)1993, using a vertical haul with a big plankton net (GG 36 mesh, diameter of the net80cm, length of the net 260cm) during the fundamenta ecological survey for fisheryresouree enhancement in the Bohai Sea.Analysis of the alimentary canal contents of the specimens showed tha thisspecies is phytoplanktonivorous, and feeds mainly on diatoms, which occupy 94.6% initS food composition. Coscinodiscus radiatus, Coscinodiscus excentricus, Coscinodiscussp. and Coscinodiscus asteromphalus are its main prey, occupying 89.2% in its totaldiet,Although the Calanus sinicus food organism group has certain seasonal variations,it is not very significant. The mean food group replacement rate is only 13.7%. Butits food species has clear seasonal changes. The mean food species replacement ratereaches 50.5%. A seasonally decreasing (autumn > spring > winter > summer) pattemof the feeding intensity of Calanus sinicus accords with the seasonal change in thebiomass of Coscinodiscus in the environrnnt. Calanus sinicus apparently prefers tofeeding on the most dominant and easily availabe phytoplankton- Coscinodiscus. Anotable phenomenon among the zooplankton is that the feeding intensity of predateryspecies is much higher than that of filter-feeding species.
