摘    要:采用毒理学实验方法,比较研究了Cd~(2+)和Hg~(2+)对四角蛤蜊(Mactra veneriformis Reeve)急性毒性效应的差异,以期为进一步评价重金属离子对四角蛤蜊的毒性效应和作用机理等提供理论依据.死亡概率单位和实验液浓度对数的线性回归分析表明,Cd~(2+)对四角蛤蜊在24、48和96 h的半致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为15.961、5.149和2.383 mg/L,Hg~(2+)的LC_(50)分别为3.714、0.607和0.207 mg/L;Cd~(2+) 和Hg~(2+) 对四角蛤蜊的安全质量浓度分别为0.023 8 mg/L和0.002 1 mg/L,分别是我国渔业水质标准(GB11607-89)限定量的4.76倍和4.02倍.

Abstract:In order to evaluate acute toxicities of Cd2+ and Hg2+ on Mactra veneriformis Reeve and compare the difference of toxicity among the heavy metals, experiments were carried out according to toxicological methods. M. veneriformis was exposed to various concentrations of heavy metals for 96 h and mortalities were recorded every day. LC50 (lethal concentration 50, the concentration which produces the death of 50% of the exposed population) was calculated by the probability regression method by SPSS. The 24 h LC50, 48 h LC50and 96 h LC50 for Cd2+ were 15.961 mg/L, 5.149 mg/L and 2.383 mg/L, respectively, whereas for Hg2+ was 3.714 mg/L, 0.607 mg/L and 0.207 mg/L, respectively. The safe concentrations for M. veneriformis were 0.023 8 mg/L for Cd2+ and 0.002 1 mg/L for Hg2+, which were 4.76 times and 4.02 times higher than the fishery water quality standards (GB11607-89), respectively. These data will provide a theoretical basis for evaluating the toxic effect and studying the toxic mechanism of heavy metals on M. veneriformis.
