内蒙中部四子王旗地区基性侵入岩锆石定年及其意义
Zircon U-Pb dating of basic intrusions in Siziwangqi area of middle Inner Mongolia, China

摘要: 内蒙中部四子王旗地区横跨华北板块和北方造山带两大构造单元,是研究北方造山带古生代地壳增生演化的重要地区,而出露在该区的古生代基性岩体准确的侵位时代一直无人问津。为此,本文选择该区位于两大构造单元中的三个基性岩体进行锆石LA-ICP-MS U-Pb定年。位于锡林浩特-苏尼特左旗花岗-变质带东延地区的四子王旗北哈达敖包岩体(样品号NM40)明显遭受了后期低级变质作用以及构造挤压作用,其锆石核部发育岩浆成因的震荡环带,给出了508±10Ma(MSWD=1.5)的206Pb/238U加权平均年龄,应代表岩体侵位年龄,反映大洋板片俯冲作用在晚寒武-早奥陶世已经开始;其锆石边部高CL强度无环带的特征暗示受到后期变质作用影响而发生过重结晶作用,加权平均年龄为467±9Ma(MSWD=0.75),并被解释为变质重结晶年龄下限,可能是弧-陆碰撞事件。位于华北北缘的两个基性岩体(样品号NM54和NM47)的锆石内部特征均显示出岩浆成因的韵律条带,分别给出了331±4Ma(MSWD=1.2)和302±2Ma(MSWD=5)的206Pb/238U加权平均年龄,应代表它们侵位的时代;结合区域研究成果,330~300Ma的岩浆作用很可能是陆-陆碰撞的结果。Abstract: Siziwangqi area of Inner Mongolia sited on northern margin of the North China platform and Paleozoic Xing-Meng orogeny, is of an important district for crustal growth and recycling research. However, many basic intrusions occurring in this area are still in lack of geochronological data. In order to dating of those magmas by LA-ICP-MS, zircons are separated from three representative gabrroic-dioritic intrusions. Zircons from sample NM40 of the Hadaobao diorite which is located at the west extended part of the Xilinhot-Sonidzuoqi granite-metamorphic belt and was undergone greenschist-amphibole facies metamorphism, show double structures of oscillatory zoned cores and none of zoned rims. The cores and rims yield mean 206Pb/238U age of 508±10Ma (MSWD=1.5) and 467±9Ma (MSWD=0.75), respectively. The former age is interpreted to be the time of emplacement and the later one is the lower limit time of regional tectono-metamorphism. Geochronological data obtained from this intrusive indicate that oceanic slab initially subducted at least before 500Ma and collision of arc-continent took place around of 460~400Ma. Samples of NM54 and NM47 were selected from a diorite and gabrrotic intrusive around Siziwangqi County, respectively. Those zircons separated from NM54 and NM47, yield mean ages of 331±5Ma(MSWD=1.3)and 302±2Ma(MSWD=0.24), respectively. Their ages are proposed to represent emplacement ages and are linked to initial time of continental collision.
