| 摘 要： | 地质灾害应急避险场所不仅在灾中或灾后能为灾民提供一个临时安置或生存场所,而且更是社会整合其有限资源开展防灾减灾工作的平台。本文结合北京市地质灾害应急避险现状及特征,提出了地质灾害隐患应急避险场所的概念、适宜性评价原则及标准。

| Abstract: | Geological hazards emergency shelters not only can provide a temporary place for the victims during or after disaster, but also is a platform for disaster prevention and reduction which conformities limited society resource. Based on the current situation and characteristics of Beijing geological hazards emergency shelters, the concept of geological hazards emergency shelters as well as its criteria and principles of suitability evaluation were brought up in this paper. |
