| 摘 要： | 孕镶金刚石钻头参数与其性能间的定量关系问题, 一直是钻头研究中的薄弱环节.通过定量分析、严密的理论计算与推导, 得出了钻头时效和寿命与钻头有关参数的量化关系.定量研究结论与有关定性结果完全吻合, 说明通过研究钻头性能与参数间的定量关系是可行的; 钻头性能与参数间定量关系, 可以用于指导钻头的参数设计, 并可以根据钻头的设计参数预知钻头的性能情况.

QUANTITATIVE RELATION BETWEEN DIAMOND-BIT PARAMETER AND PERFORMANCE |

| Abstract: | The quantitative relation between parameters and performance of the impregnated diamond bit has always been a weak research area in the study of the diamond bit. In this paper, the quantitative analysis, rigorous theoretical calculation and derivation are both employed to obtain the quantitative relation between the diamond bit efficiency and life span and the diamond bit parameters. The conclusion from the quantitative research is in perfect conformity with the qualitative results concerned, indicating that the research is feasible into the quantitative relation between the diamond bit performance and the diamond bit parameters. The result of the quantitative relation between the diamond bit performance and the diamond bit parameters can be applied to the guidance to the diamond bit parameter design that might be used to forecast the performance of the diamond bit. |
