| 摘 要： | 地球表层是地球各层圈相互作用并进行物质，能量和信息交换的重要场所，它为人类提供了生存的空间和资源。由于天然和人为的作用，地球表层环境遭受的破坏日益严重，威胁着人类的生存和发展。加强地球表层系统的研究，有计划地编制地球表层系统系列地质图件，是地质工作服务于经济建设和社会发展的一项重要任务。

| Abstract: | The earth surface is an important interface of matarial and energy exchanges among various spheres of the earth, and provides space and resources for living of the mankind. Owing to the natural agencies and human activities, the environment on the earth surface has undergone aggravation which is threatening the living and development of mankind. To strengthen the study of the earth surface system and compile geological maps in a planned way is an important task in geological work serving economic and social development. On the basis of summarizing the current development characteristics of geological map making and the key research subjects of the earth surfase system, forward opinions are puts to this paper about the compilation of geological maps of the earth surfaCe system. |
