摘    要:为实现土地利用变化现代过程的卫星遥感研究,须建立时间序列完整的空间型遥感数据平台。在此基础上,通过建模分析,可以有效地研究土地利用变化的现代过程,其中包括土地利用变化的时间动态特征和空间动态特征。为探讨基于卫星遥感数据的中国土地利用变化现代过程研究的方法论,采用陆地卫星TM分层抽样方法,对全国土地利用类型区域组合、土地利用程度变化和土地利用动态度进行了分析。

Abstract:In China, a country with great discrepancy between dense population, rapideconomic increase and the fragile environmenL the study on the modem process ofland-use change is significantly important for better understanding land-use changeand environmental management for sustainable development. Since the 1960' s, thedevelopment of remote sensing has put researches about our planet into a brand-newstage. With the support of remote sensing techniques, which make possible the dataacqtusihon at completed spahal and temporal series, the spahal feature of the Earth'ssurface and its evolvement modern process can be analyzed in quanhtahve andpararneterized methods. And it enables the study on historical construchon of landuse /cover change over temporal scales. Understanding the mechanisms which operated in the past to determine the main land-use/cover change is a crucial input to analyzing the current changes and predichng future ones. From this point, acompleted hme series spahal data platform derived from remotely sensed data isindispensable because on the basis of thes platform. Then effective studies on themodern process of land-use change, including the temporal feature and spahal featureof this process, can be approached by means of process analysis and quantitativemodeling. Trying to explore and develop the methodology for study on land-use changemodern process, this research focused on the analysis of land-use change in Chinausing remote sensing data platforms and GIS tools. The whole work included threeparts as followed: (1) develop the data platform of land-use change modern processin China. The land-use change informahons can be derived by historical data, e.g.NOAA / AVHRR for most recent years, TM and Mss images for the past 30 years,aero photoes for the 1960' s, and the recovery of thematic survey records for the1950's or earlier. Then land-use change dynamic databases at different spahal andtemporal scales were established using these informahon and the historicalreconstrUchon of land-use change modern process can be achieved; (2) Study on thebasic rules of regional land-use change modern process in China, the land-use changeinformation extraction and spahal feature modeling. In this part of work, two newconcepts, the land-use intensity comprehensive index and land-use dynamic degree,are introduced to describe land-use changes quanhtatively, (3) Feature analysis of land-use change in China in the past two decades. On the basis of the first two steps,case studies on land-use dynarnics and feature analysis were Performed in Changjiang River Delta, Zhujiang Delta and Bohai Bay areas using TM imageries and GISspatial analysis tools. Analysis results showed that in the past fifteen years, theseareas experienced land-use changes such as farmland dimination, city expansion andpattem alteration in forest. Scientific explanation on these changes is derived from thecomprehensive analysis (e.g.correlation and spatial overlay) of land-use dynamics andthe corresponding social-economic data. In addition, by means of environmentalregionalization and multi-level sampling technique, sampling analysis on land-useintensity change and Iand use dynamic degree was applied in different land-useregions to reflect the spatial and temporal feature of landuse dynamics of the wholecountry since the 1980' s. The result revealed that land-use change degree varies inthe country. Coastal area of South China was the "severe change" region, where thehighest annual change rate is greater than 5%. In the mid-and-down stream of Changjiang fover, coastal area as well as the suburb of metropolis in East China, land-usechange is "fast' with the annual rate of 0.3% 1.0%. While in agricultural region,such as North China, Sichuan Basin, and regions that are far away from big cities inAnd Changiiang hiver and Northeast Plain, land-use change is "slow" with a annualrate ranging from 0.1% to 0.3%. The land-use change is "very slow" in the Plateauarea of West China and the pastllring area of Northwest China, which is characterizedby the poor economic developme
