海岛旅游发展在中国已经走过了20余年的历史,由自然观光向滨海休闲旅游产品发展的趋势越来越明显。鉴于国内对海岛旅游开发理论研究多、概念性研究多而定量研究较少的情况,尝试运用GIS空间分析技术手段,以福建省海坛岛为例,从地理气候、环境制约、土地开发建设可能性、市场开发条件四方面,评判海坛岛岸线运动休闲旅游产品开发的适应性和各段岸线的开发利用方向。评价结果显示,海坛岛的沙滩岸线可划分为适宜开发型、环境限制型、土地限制型与市场限制型四种。适宜开发性为适宜运动休闲旅游产品开发;环境限制型由于受到城市、养殖业和港口发展的威胁,不宜开发运动休闲产品,但可开发大众观光休闲产品;土地限制型由于可利用的建设用地不足,只适宜进行小体量开发,面向高端客户群体;市场限制型由于交通不便,距离城镇较远,可作为后备旅游资源放在中远期开发。 相似文献

“红层荒漠”是一种分布在红层母岩上的特殊土地退化景观,又称为“红层劣地”。其形成过程被称为“红层荒漠化”,指红层区受人为干扰,地表原有的生态结构遭到破坏,在外动力综合作用下,土层快速侵蚀,基岩或其风化壳裸露,土地生产力衰竭的极端土地退化过程。红层荒漠在粤、赣、湘等南方湿润区有较多的分布,荒漠化严重的区域一般是经济欠发达的区域,研究红层荒漠及其合理开发利用具有重要意义。结合多年丹霞地貌的研究成果,认为作为一种旅游资源,红层荒漠具有景观独特、资源稀缺、颠覆常识、生态科普、综合构景等特性,具备很高的旅游开发价值与很强的开发可行性。开发过程中,应当遵循开发服从保护、特色强化、综合效益最大化的原则,重视生态农业旅游和科普旅游等开发方向,可开发成为红层荒漠观光、红层荒漠科教旅游、生态农业示范旅游、红层荒漠山水旅游、红漠乡村旅游以及摄影主题旅游等景区。同时,要注意因地制宜,从资源特点、市场需求、环境保护等实际进行合理的谋划,与周边同类景区错位发展,与邻区其他景区加强联合,实现区域旅游互补发展。 相似文献

粤港澳大湾区旅游经济联系的空间结构及协同合作模式 总被引：2，自引：2，他引：0
以2008年、2012年和2016年为时间截面,基于修正引力模型和社会网络理论,借助软件Ucinet 6.0分析粤港澳大湾区11个城市旅游经济联系的空间结构及网络特征,并探讨粤港澳大湾区旅游合作发展的协同模式及对策建议。结果表明：粤港澳大湾区旅游经济联系强度和总量快速增长,城市间联系逐渐密切,向均衡方向发展;在流向上,广、港、澳为资源要素流出的城市、其余城市担任接收角色,整体网络扩散效应大于联动效应;网络密度与节点中心性整体上升,存在明显的核心-边缘结构,可划分为广州-佛山、香港-深圳-东莞、珠海-中山-澳门3个不同的凝聚子群。基于“分层网络协同发展”思路,提出“旅游中心城市-旅游城市合作圈-全域旅游目的地网络”的路径以实现粤港澳大湾区旅游空间的合作升级。 相似文献

空间竞争是滨海旅游资源开发必须重视的现象。在对连云港、日照两市的旅游资源的类型结构、空间结构和开发现状进行比较研究的基础上，分析了连云港旅游发展的诱发因素，明确了该市旅游业发展的战略定位，提出了连云港旅游开发应实施一体化战略：即旅游开发与城市建设的一体化，旅游文化开发与城市形象定位的一体化，旅游产业化与城市经济现代化的一体化。 相似文献

运用文献分析、实地调研、空间可视化等方法,基于江苏省盐城市泾口村案例地发展状况,揭示旅游开发与乡村转型发展之间的互动关系与机制。结果表明：旅游开发与乡村转型发展间的互动作用路径为“初始动力-正负效应-状态塑造-正负响应”,“外援动力-本底支撑-效应呈现”是影响旅游开发驱动力分向异化的关键因素。旅游开发对乡村转型发展的积极与消极影响相互渗透并反映于“空间-经济-社会”三维度,对乡村人口、土地、产业转型发展的作用也是正负两面相交融的。旅游开发与乡村转型发展间存在良性与恶性互动的交织统一,两类互动力在博弈中共同决定乡村转型发展的最终格局。泾口村旅游开发总体表现不佳,凭借现有旅游开发路径难以获得可靠的乡村转型推动力。 相似文献

文化旅游是当今世界旅游发展的主流,旅游与文化的关联度渗透性日益增强,如何提升旅游产品的文化内涵,是世界各地旅游业长远发展的关键问题。皖南国际旅游文化示范区包括黄山、池州、宣城、芜湖、马鞍山、铜陵六市及安庆市的潜山县,辖34个县市区,总面积38220km2,总人口1069.6万,是安徽省最具开发潜力的旅游板块,文化旅游资源的品位和富集度都很高,但是在开发过程中存在着开发层次较低、产业链条脆弱、整体旅游形象不明、缺乏王牌产品、整合开发乏力等诸多问题。通过分析示范区文化旅游资源的开发现状及问题,提出了对文化旅游资源开发进行整合的模式,即以空间为依托的地域组合模式、以市场为依托的产品整合模式、以营销为依托的形象整合模式、以产业为依托的文化与旅游互动发展模式等。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
