In this work, we have discussed the Maxwell’s electrodynamics in non-linear forms in FRW universe. The energy density and pressure for non-linear electrodynamics have been written in the electro-magnetic universe. The Einstein’s field equations for flat FRW model in loop quantum cosmology have been considered if the universe is filled with the matter and electro-magnetic field. We separately assumed the magnetic universe and electric universe. The interaction between matter and magnetic field have been considered in one section and for some particular form of interaction term, we have found the solutions of magnetic field and the energy density of matter. We have also considered the interaction between the matter and electric field and another form of interaction term has been chosen to solve the field equations. The validity of generalized second law of thermodynamics has been investigated on apparent and event horizons using Gibb’s law and the first law of thermodynamics for magnetic and electric universe separately.  相似文献

This paper deals with the study of dynamical or phase space analysis of Bianchi I universe in Brans-Dicke gravity with chameleon scalar field. For this purpose, the matter contents are taken to be perfect fluid with magnetic field effects described by the non-linear Maxwell Lagrangian density. By taking some ansatz for the field potential and the interaction function in chameleon cosmology, we discuss three cases: Bianchi I universe with perfect fluid, FRW universe with magnetized perfect fluid and Bianchi I universe with magnetized perfect fluid. In all cases, we calculate fixed or critical points and discuss stability of the respective configuration for radiation as well as matter dominated eras. We also evaluate some cosmological parameters in each case for matter dominated era only and investigate their cosmological implications.  相似文献

This paper investigates the validity of generalized second law of thermodynamics using both the power law and logarithmic entropy corrected formulas in a general scalar-tensor gravity. For this purpose, we take non-flat FRW universe model filled with magnetized perfect fluid matter bounded by four different horizons namely Hubble, apparent, particle and event horizons. We introduce a non-minimal interaction between scalar and matter fields and take Lagrangian density of non-linear electromagnetic effects. Finally, we extend this study to anisotropic case by taking Bianchi I universe model bounded by apparent horizon only and investigate the role of anisotropy parameter on the validity of GSLT. In this case, we also explore the behavior of some cosmological parameters.  相似文献

We consider a generalized Brans-Dicke model in which the scalar field has a potential function and is also allowed to couple non-minimally with the matter sector. This anomalous gravitational coupling can in principle avoid the model to pass local gravity experiments. One then usually assumes that the scalar field has a chameleon behavior in the sense that it acquires a density-dependent effective mass. While it can take a small effective mass in cosmological (low-density environment) scale, it has a sufficiently heavy mass in Solar System (large-density environment) and then hides gravity tests. We will argue that such a chameleon behavior can not be generally realized and depends significantly on the forms attributed to the potential and the coupling functions.  相似文献

We consider Brans-Dicke theory with a self-interacting potential in Einstein conformal frame. We introduce a class of solutions in which an accelerating expansion is possible in a spatially flat universe for positive and large values of the Brans-Dicke parameter consistent with local gravity experiments. In this Einstein frame formulation, the theory appears as an interacting quintessence model in which the interaction term is given by the conformal transformation. In such an interacting model, we shall show that the solutions lead simultaneously to a constant ratio of energy densities of matter and the scalar field.  相似文献

In this paper it is shown that in non-minimally coupled Brans-Dicke theory containing a self-interacting potential, a suitable conformal transformation can automatically give rise to an interaction between the normal matter and the Brans-Dicke scalar field. Considering the scalar field in the Einstein frame as the quintessence matter, it has been shown that such a non-minimal coupling between the matter and the scalar field can give rise to a late time accelerated expansion for the universe preceded by a decelerated expansion for very high values of the Brans-Dicke parameter ω. We have also studied the observational constraints on the model parameters considering the Hubble and Supernova data.  相似文献

In this work, we study the New Agegraphic Dark Energy (NADE) model (which contains the conformal time η as infrared cut-off) in the framework of Brans-Dicke cosmology with chameleon scalar field which is non-minimally coupled to the matter field. Considering interacting Dark Energy and Dark Matter (DM), we calculate some relevant cosmological parameters, i.e. the equation of state (EoS) parameter, the deceleration parameter q and the evolution of the energy density parameter $\varOmega_{D}'$ for different forms of scale factors, i.e. the power-law, the emergent, the intermediate and the logamediate ones, which leads to different expressions of η.  相似文献

In this work, we have considered the DBI-essence dark energy model in FRW Universe. We have found the exact solutions of potential, warped brane tension and DBI scalar field. We also calculate the statefinder parameters for our model that make it distinguishable among numerous dark energy models. Moreover, we establish correspondence between DBI-essence and modified Chaplygin gas (MCG) and hence reconstruct the potential and warped brane tension. By this reconstruction, we observe that DBI scalar field and potential increase and warped brane tension decreases during evolution of the Universe. Finally, we investigate the validity of the generalized second law (GSL) of thermodynamics in the presence of DBI-essence and modified Chaplygin gas. It is observed that the GSL breaks down for DBI-essence model but GSL always satisfied for MCG model.  相似文献

In this work, we consider the framework of non-linear electrodynamics in Bianchi type I universe model composed of matter and electromagnetic field. We deal with electric and magnetic universe separately. In this scenario, we calculate the electric and magnetic fields and their corresponding matter densities using two particular types of interaction terms. We also check the validity of generalized second law of thermodynamics in both universe models enclosed by apparent horizon. It turns out that this law holds on the apparent horizon for a particular range depending upon the parameters. Finally, we discuss the deceleration and statefinder parameters to check the viability of these models.  相似文献

We study the holographic dark energy (HDE) model in generalized Brans-Dicke scenario with a non-minimal coupling between the scalar field and matter Lagrangian namely Chameleon Brans Dicke (CBD) mechanism. In this study we consider the interacting and non-interacting cases for two different cutoffs. The physical quantities of the model such as, equation of state (EoS) parameter, deceleration parameter and the evolution equation of dimensionless parameter of dark energy are obtained. We shall show that this model can describe the dynamical evolution of fraction parameter of dark energy in all epochs. Also we find the EoS parameter can cross the phantom divide line by suitable choices of parameters without any mines kinetic energy term.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the nonlinear electrodynamics in the framework of f(T) gravity for FRW universe along with dust matter, magnetic and torsion contributions. We evaluate the equation of state and deceleration parameters to explore the accelerated expansion of the universe. The validity of generalized second law of thermodynamics for Hubble and event horizons is also investigated in this scenario. For this purpose, we assume polelike and power-law forms of scale factor and construct f(T) models. The graphical behavior of the cosmological parameters versus smaller values of redshift z represent the accelerated expansion of the universe. It turns out that the generalized second law of thermodynamics holds for all values of z with Hubble and event horizons in polelike scale factor whereas for power-law form, it holds in a specific range of z for both horizons.  相似文献

We study the generalized second law (GSL) of thermodynamics in f(T) cosmology, where T is the torsion scalar in teleparallelism. We consider the universe as a closed bounded system filled with n component fluids in the thermal equilibrium with the cosmological boundary. We use two different cosmic horizons: the future event horizon and the apparent horizon. We show the conditions under which the GSL will be valid in specific scenarios of the quintessence and the phantom energy dominated eras. Further we associate two different entropies with the cosmological horizons: with a logarithmic correction term and a power-law correction term. We also find the conditions for the GSL to be satisfied or violated by imposing constraints on model parameters.  相似文献

Chameleon scalar field is a new model, which introduced to provide a mechanism for exhibiting accelerating universe. Chameleon field has several interesting aspects, such as field dependence on the local matter density. For this model we introduce a new kind of potential which has run away form and satisfies chameleon constraints. The results are acceptable in comparison with the other potentials which studied up to now.  相似文献

The Bianchi type-V cosmological model with viscous fluid and creation particle in Brans-Dicke theory has been considered. The present paper deals with Bianchi type-V cosmological model with bulk viscosity and particle creation described by full causal thermodynamics in Brans-Dicke theory. We have discussed two types of solutions of the average scale factor for a Bianchi type-V model by using a variation law of Hubble’s parameter, which yields a constant value of the deceleration parameter. The exact solutions to the corresponding field equations are obtained in quadrature form. The solutions to the Einstein field equations are obtained for power law and exponential form. The cosmological parameters have been discussed in detail.  相似文献

Recent observational evidences demand that the universe is going through an accelerating phase and hence in the frame work of Einstein gravity the matter should be exotic in nature. In the present work, we study the evolution of the apparent and event horizons across phantom barrier (a cosmological constant) and examine the validity of the generalized second law of thermodynamics (GSLT) for the universe bounded by the horizons.  相似文献

It has been recently shown that tachyonic chameleon model of dark energy in which tachyon scalar field non-minimally coupled to the matter admits stable scaling attractor solution that could give rise to the late-time accelerated expansion of the universe and hence alleviate the coincidence problem. In the present work, we use data from Type Ia supernova (SN Ia) and Baryon Acoustic oscillations to place constraints on the model parameters. In our analysis we consider in general exponential and non-exponential forms for the non-minimal coupling function and tachyonic potential and show that the scenario is compatible with observations.  相似文献

Both dark energy and the thermodynamics on apparent horizon in cosmology have been broadly investigated in recent several years. In order to maintain the continuity equation of the total matter in the universe, a new interacting dark energy in the framework of Brans-Dicke theory is proposed. Considering this new interacting dark energy, an equilibrium thermodynamics in Brans-Dicke theory is constructed successfully. Moreover, this new interacting dark energy can be regarded as arising from the “Holographic Dark Energy” models.  相似文献

Using a static massive spherically symmetric scalar field coupled to gravity in the Schwarzschild-de Sitter (SdS) background, first we consider some asymptotic solutions near horizon and their local equations of state (E.O.S.) on them. We show that near cosmological and event horizons our scalar field behaves as a dust. At the next step near two pure de Sitter or Schwarzschild horizons we obtain a coupling dependent pressure to energy density ratio. In the case of a minimally coupling this ratio is ?1 which springs to the mind thermodynamical behavior of dark energy. If having a negative pressure behavior near these horizons we concluded that the coupling constant must be ξ<¼. Therefore we derive a new constraint on the value of our coupling ξ. These two different behaviors of unique matter in the distinct regions of spacetime at present era can be interpreted as a phase transition from dark matter to dark energy in the cosmic scales and construct a unified scenario.  相似文献

Based on Das and Banerjee (Phys. Rev D 78:043512, 2008), we assume there is a non-minimal coupling between scalar field and matter in the Brans-Dicke model. We analyzes the motion of different matter such as, massless scalar field, photon, massless perfect fluid (dust), massive perfect fluid and point particle matter in this study. We show that the motion of massless scalar field and photon can satisfy null geodesic motion only in high frequency limit. Also we find that the motion of the dust and massive perfect fluid is geodesic for L m =?P and it is non-geodesic for L m =ρ. Finally, we study the motion of point particle and show that the motion of this kind of matter is like massive perfect fluid.  相似文献

We investigate the late-time dynamics of a four-dimensional universe based on the effective action of a Brans-Dicke scalar field in the presence of the matter source term, conformal coupling of the scalar curvature to the scalar field, a dynamical cosmological constant and Gauss-Bonnet higher-order terms in the scalar curvature. Many new interesting features are revealed and discussed in some details.  相似文献
