选取北京市旅游自然生态环境、基础设施环境、经济环境、社会环境4类指标构建评价体系,利用SPSS19.0对所选取指标进行主成份和聚类分析,得出各区县旅游环境质量在不同主成份上得分及其综合得分、北京市旅游环境质量分类结果及空间分布特征。结果表明:对17个旅游环境评价指标降维处理得到3个主成份,其累计贡献率达84.4%,能很好地评价旅游环境质量;朝阳区、东城区、西城区、海淀区4个主城区具有得天独厚的优势,其旅游经济条件、基础设施条件等相对较好,旅游环境质量明显优越于其他区域,排名依次位居前4位;大兴、房山、通州3个区县自然生态环境、旅游经济环境都较差,旅游环境质量排名依次位列后3位;延庆、怀柔、密云3个远郊区县生态环境质量好,适宜开展生态、民俗旅游,其旅游环境质量排名居中;北京市旅游环境质量可以分为4类,并且在空间分布上呈现明显区域性差异,市中心区域质量最优,东北部远郊较高,西部近郊次之,南部郊区最差。  相似文献

中国城市人居环境质量特征与时空差异分析   总被引:19,自引:7,他引:12  
城市人居环境已成为推动城市化发展进程,衡量城市化发展水平的重要因素。以社会经济环境、居住环境、基础设施和公共服务环境、生态环境4个一级指标,28个二级指标构建了城市人居环境质量综合评价指标体系,运用熵值法对中国286个地级以上城市在2000年、2003年、2006年和2009年4个时间断面的人居环境质量特征和时空差异变化进行了分析。结果表明:中国城市人居环境质量整体在逐步提高,城市之间人居环境质量得分差值缩小,各城市排名基本保持在一定范围;城市人居环境质量级别差异明显;城市人居环境质量时空差异显著,呈现出与经济发展水平相似的从东部到中、西部依次递减的地带性空间分布特征以及南高北低的分布状况,且各地区城市级别分布不均衡;人居环境质量水平较高的城市呈"团"状分布,与国家"十二五"规划纲要中城市化战略格局基本吻合;城市人居环境质量与城市规模无对应关系。  相似文献

中国地级市房地产开发与人居环境耦合发展空间格局   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
中国房地产业历经近30年的发展,主要集中于经济较活跃、环境较适宜、基础设施与公共服务较完善、人居环境较适宜的城市,房地产开发的地域差异逐渐突出。科学适度的房地产开发能为人们提供良好的人居环境,而过度的房地产开发则会抑制人居环境质量的提升。基于房地产开发与人居环境耦合发展视角,建立了中国城市房地产开发与人居环境耦合度评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型和耦合发展度模型,对286个地级市单元的房地产开发进行空间格局分析。结果显示:① 中国地级单元城市房地产开发与人居环境整体协调度处于磨合阶段,虽未达到协调水平,但相互作用与影响力较强,其中协调度最高的为南京市;② 房地产开发与人居环境整体发展度处于较低水平,且空间分布非常不均衡,耦合发展度最高的为深圳市;③ 基于耦合协调度和发展度可将中国地级行政单元划分为9个类型,政府应根据不同类型采取差别化的房地产开发调控政策。  相似文献

气候适宜度评价是进行科学人居环境建设的基本依据之一.在目前的人居环境气候适宜度研究中,缺乏对气候要素时间分布均匀度的研究.文中尝试借鉴经济学中用于评价社会财富分配平等程度的基尼系数,实现人居环境气候各要素时间分布均匀度的量化评价,结合人居环境气候要素的平均状态与权重,建立了人居环境气候适宜度评价模型.昆明市人居环境气候适宜度的评价实例取得了良好的评价效果,说明了评价模型的客观性与有效性.  相似文献

中国典型旅游城市生活服务水平评价及障碍因素研究   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2  
旅游城市是城市居民和外来旅游者实现美好生活的重要空间。根据城市发展的综合性目标与新时代人民美好生活需要密切对应理念,构建生活服务水平评价指标体系,基于中国23个典型旅游城市数据,运用TOPSIS模型评价2010~2016年典型旅游城市的生活服务水平,并引入障碍度模型分析旅游城市生活服务的主要障碍因素。结果表明,2010~2016年中国旅游城市生活服务水平呈现逐步上升趋势,城市排序比较稳定,珠三角和长三角旅游城市的总体水平较高,但仍未达到生活服务的高水平阶段;旅游城市在社会文化、经济基础和开放共享层面的评价得分逐步上升,公共服务和出行设施的评价得分下降明显,城市公共服务提升和出行设施的增量建设不足;大多数城市生活服务的主要障碍因素来自出行设施、开放共享、公共服务和社会文化,并且在出行设施、公共服务和社会文化上的障碍度仍有增大的趋向。  相似文献

山地休闲度假旅游在我国旅游业发展过程中具有重要地位,山地不仅适宜观光、休闲、度假和疗养,还便于开展丰富的休闲类运动和娱乐项目。通过采用特尔菲法和层次分析法,从气候舒适度、度假旅游资源、度假环境条件和区域发展条件4个方面构建山地休闲度假旅游适宜性评价体系,并以伊犁地区为案例进行实证研究,结论如下:(1)准则层的4项指标按照权重从大到小排序为气候适宜度、度假环境条件、度假资源条件和区域发展条件。(2)伊犁地区休闲度假旅游适宜度得分为4.016 6,属于"非常适宜"级别。研究揭示了影响山地休闲度假旅游适宜性的因素及相应的权重,研究结论不仅为山地休闲度假旅游适宜性评价提供新的方法与思路,也为山地休闲度假旅游开发提供了重要的参考依据。  相似文献

基②国内外对城市旅游竞争力研究的回顾和梳理,建立契合本研究的指标体系:以城市旅游基础设施、发展现状和生态环境竞争力作为二级指标,以25个与城市旅游竞争力相关指标作为三级指标。在此基础上,利用主成分分析与系统聚类分析方法测算各城市因子得分及排名,并对城市间、等级间、区域间优势和劣势做出比较分析。结果表明:①上海、杭州、广州旅游竞争力相对较强,南通、中山、东莞竞争力相对较弱,其中,城市经济体规模、环境污染程度及城市绿化水平对城市旅游综合竞争力影响较突出;②城市间旅游竞争力水平梯度化明显,抱团式合作发展、阶梯状搭配发展前景看好;③同一区域内城市合作优势大②竞争优势,可建立旅游合作试点区域。  相似文献

从社会经济、生态环境、基础设施服务和居住生活4个方面构建了东北地区城市人居环境评价指标体系,选取2003,2010年两个时间截面,运用AHP法和熵值法,对东北振兴以来东北地区城市人居环境质量的时空变化进行了分析.结果表明:东北地区城市人居环境质量空间布局总体保持稳定,但有均衡布局发展的趋势;东北地区城市人居环境质量空间扩展有由“点—轴式”向“网络式”迈进的趋向;省际发展不平衡,辽宁水平最高,但相对下降,内蒙东部最低,黑龙江、吉林两省水平中等并稳步上升;各级城市人居环境质量变化特点各异,区域中心城市差距在缩小,资源型城市人居环境质量总体水平欠佳.  相似文献

从旅游基础设施、旅游发展现状、旅游生态环境3个方面选取24个指标,利用主成分分析与系统聚类分析测算出沿黄河30个主要城市因子得分及排名,并对城市间与区域间优劣势做出比较分析,结果显示:(1)郑州、兰州、济南旅游竞争力相对较强,白银、濮阳、吴忠、中卫、吕梁旅游竞争力相对较弱。城市区位条件、旅游业绩、城市绿地面积对城市旅游综合竞争力影响明显。(2)根据排序空间图划分的3个区域内各城市间竞争力级别区分明显,缩减强弱差距、梯度推进扶持、资源高效融合发展前景较好。(3)区域间合作效应大于竞争效应,可整体规划空间发展格局,共筑长期区域间合作机制。  相似文献

旅游区乡村人居环境质量是乡村发展转型进程的综合表现形式之一。论文从基础设施、公共服务设施、能源消费结构、居住条件、环境卫生5 个方面构建了乡村人居环境质量差异评价指标体系,运用因子分析法、熵值法和典型相关分析方法对皖南旅游区进行实证测度,探讨该区乡村人居环境质量差异特征及其影响因子。研究表明:① 皖南旅游区乡村人居环境质量综合得分总体上呈现“双核突出,中部跟进,外围凹陷”的异质异构空间格局;②基础设施空间呈现“三核并驾,北高南低”分布结构,主要位于屯溪区、青阳县和案例区北部,展现东西向渐变特征;③ 公共服务设施兼具“双核”分布特征;④ 能源消费结构和居住条件呈现以屯溪区为核心的单核结构;⑤ 环境卫生则主要集中在在歙县和宁国市。乡村人居环境质量受到自然地理环境、社会经济发展、旅游发展、地域文化等自然和人文多种因素综合影响,其作用大小、方向存在明显差异。气候条件、贫困程度、空间距离3 个因子对乡村人居环境质量产生负向影响,其余因子均为正向影响。自然地理环境、地域文化等是在乡村发展过程中长期延续积累下来的对人居环境质量起到相对稳定作用。旅游发展过程中注入的一系列新型人地关系因素是当前影响皖南旅游区人居环境关键性驱动力。影响因子与评价因子两组变量之间存在典型的相互依赖、相互制约关系。同时,影响因子对人居环境质量产生直接效应,并通过其他变量对人居环境质量产生间接作用效果。  相似文献
