空间集聚与外商直接投资的区位选择——基于珠江三角洲地区的实证分析 总被引：7，自引：0，他引：7
在揭示改革开放以来外商直接投资在珠江三角洲空间分布呈现向珠江三角洲集聚的基础上,采用动态局部调整模型对1992～2003年外商直接投资在珠江三角洲9个地级城市中的区位选择影响因素进行了实证分析,结果表明外商直接投资在广东省的区位选择,除受到城市区位特性因素的影响外,更为主要的影响因素是外商直接投资的集聚效应,即与城市已有的外商直接投资数量呈正相关,存在外商直接投资的空间集聚效应,进一步的提出了通过产业集群培育和升级促进珠江三角洲城市外商直接投资持续集聚的策略. 相似文献

缅甸是“一带一路”的重要战略节点，且其省域间存在较大的文化差异，给在缅投资带来较大的不确定性。因此剖析缅甸省域人口分布格局及其影响因素具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。本研究在阐述缅甸各省（邦）人口分布格局的基础上，基于缅甸各省（邦）2005—2017年人口、社会经济、自然环境等面板数据，构建影响因素指标体系；其次利用主成分分析对其指标体系进行降维；然后使用空间杜宾模型，着重考虑各要素的空间溢出效应，对缅甸人口分布格局的影响因素进行分析。结果表明：(1)缅甸人口空间分布格局异质性显著，呈现以仰光、曼德勒、内比都为核心的全国人口集聚区，三省区人口占全国总人口的28.5%；(2)社会公共服务对人口分布具有显著的正向直接效应，自然环境对人口分布具有显著的正向直接效应和负向空间溢出效应，城市发展与就业质量对人口分布具有显著的正向直接效应和正向空间溢出效应，政治冲突事件对人口分布具有显著的负向空间溢出效应，而经济发展对人口分布的影响统计不显著。 相似文献

基于关系视角的中国对外直接投资区位 总被引：6，自引：1，他引：5
作为发展中国家和转型期经济体,中国在对外直接投资发展中具有很强的特殊性,较多的受到国家政策及其经济增长方式的影响,具有明显的政策导向、资源导向和国有经济为主体的特征。在此背景之下,本文基于2002-2012年的中国企业对外直接投资数据和2003-2011年的中国对外直接投资流量、存量金额数据,在经典国际直接投资理论的基础上,从"关系"的视角出发,结合中国对外直接投资发展历程,系统、详细地分析了中国对外直接投资的发展模式和区位分布特征。研究发现:中国的对外直接投资在区位分布、产业分布、投资模式和企业所有制方面都相对集中,但都呈现出向多元化发展的趋势;与东道国之间存在密切的政治关系、社会关系和经济关系是中国对外直接投资的区位选择的重要影响因素。 相似文献

城镇化是城镇非正规经济发展的载体,是影响非正规就业的重要因素之一。采用2006—2017年省际面板数据,并利用邻接矩阵和地理距离矩阵构建空间杜宾（SDM）模型,实证分析了城镇化发展对非正规就业的影响及作用机制。研究发现：城镇化发展会通过直接效应和空间溢出效应两种作用传导机制对非正规就业产生显著的促进作用。其中,直接效应主要通过集聚效应、空间效应、投资效应三种途径来直接促进本地区的非正规就业,同时邻近地区之间的城镇化发展存在协同效应,这使得地区城镇化发展对非正规就业有显著的正向空间溢出效应,而且相比于边界相邻地区,地理距离相近地区的正向溢出效应更强。而且,各省份的政府竞争在城镇化发展对非正规就业的空间溢出效应中具有完全中介作用,是产生正向空间溢出效应的重要因素。 相似文献

城镇化及房地产投资对中国碳排放的影响机制及效应研究 总被引：5，自引：2，他引：3
以城镇化及房地产投资对碳排放的影响机理为研究基础,首先基于变形Kaya恒等式和LMDI分解方法对1997~2015年中国30个省份的碳排放变化进行因素分解,重点考察了城镇化和房地产投资对碳排放的影响,并采用空间面板数据模型从直接影响和空间溢出效应两方面进行实证检验。研究结果表明：① 1997~2015年中国碳排放量一直保持增长趋势,房地产投资碳排放系数是最主要碳排放促减因素,城镇房地产投资强度、城镇化水平和地区总人口变化对碳排放具有促增作用,且效果逐年增大。② 各省碳排放量在空间上存在显著差异,总体上呈现东高西低的分布特征。碳排放量较少的省区空间集聚程度有所增强,地区间差异在不断缩小。③ 城镇化水平对碳排放的直接影响显著为负,但其空间溢出效应显著为正;城镇房地产投资强度对碳排放的直接影响影响具有促增效应,其空间溢出效应并不显著;两者的交互作用具的直接效应和空间溢出效应显著为负;经济发展水平对本地区碳排放的直接效应和空间溢出效应均显著为正;政府投资对碳排放的直接影响显著为负,但空间溢出效应并不显著;产业结构对本地区的碳排放没有显著的影响,但是其空间溢出效应显著为负;对外开放程度对本地区的碳排放具有显著的促减作用,但是对相邻地区的碳排放具有促增效应;随着城镇化水平和经济发展水平的提高,碳排放水平分别呈现出显著的U型和倒U型曲线关系。 相似文献

本文基于2000-2014年间中国企业在美国进行直接投资的微观层面数据,运用负二项回归模型分别考察了母国集聚效应和东道国产业集聚效应对中国企业在美国进行直接投资的区位选择的影响。实证结果表明,母国集聚效应(包括母国所有企业集聚、母国同行业集聚和母国其他行业集聚)与中国企业跨国投资呈正相关,且同行业集聚效应对跨国投资的影响力度明显高于其他行业集聚效应对跨国投资的影响力度;同时,产业集聚效应与中国企业跨国投资亦呈正相关。 相似文献

美国是中国对外直接投资最重要的目的地国家,而其中民营企业是对美投资的突出力量。运用EXCEL和ARCGIS软件,定量分析了2000年至2013年中国民营企业对美国直接投资的州空间分布特征。运用灰色关联法,探讨了影响投资区位选择的因子,分析结论为:中国民营企业在美投资的空间格局呈现出集中于一点(五大湖地区)两带(太平洋沿岸和大西洋沿岸)的特征。投资动因具有明显的市场导向性和技术创新导向性。各州的GDP、对中国的进口贸易额、人口数、专利数量以及RD支出是影响中国民营企业在美国直接投资区位选择的主要因子。 相似文献

由于全球化和市场经济在全球范围内得到普遍认可,在各类地缘关系中地缘经济关系成为最活跃也是研究最多的一类。本文从中国与东北亚各国地缘经济研究现状入手,基于流量数据建立地缘流势模型来探寻地缘经济复杂关系背后的规律性因素,并通过对比中美两国与东北亚的地缘经济关系分析其驱动机制,得出如下结论：① 2000—2016年中国与东北亚地缘经济联系不断加强,其中贸易联系明显强于投资联系,但投资联系在2012年后得到了飞速的发展。② 中国与东北亚地区的总体经济流势呈现上升态势,其中贸易流势起主导作用,中美地缘经济流势表现最强、增速最快,中国对日、韩两国的地缘经济流势强度不断显现,中俄、中蒙、中朝三股地缘经济流势虽然近年来不断增长但对区域整体地缘经济关系影响有限。③ 中美两国与东北亚的地缘经济流势均呈现出波动上升的趋势,并在国家关系分布上较为一致;两国在地缘经济差异主要体现在两个方面：一是驱动因素不同,中国以贸易关系为主而美国主要依赖投资驱动;二是空间分布差异开始显现,美国与东北亚的地缘经济关系越来越集中于中、日、韩三国,而中国与俄、蒙、朝三国联系开始不断加强。 相似文献

环境管制对珠江三角洲污染产业空间分布的影响研究 总被引：3，自引：2，他引：1
以珠江三角洲为研究对象,在分析2000~2010年其污染产业空间分布特征的基础上,采用面板数据的计量模型进行实证研究。首先通过模型分析发现各环境管制因子中工业SO2排放量的管制程度显著影响污染产业的空间分布;然后再将此环境管制因子运用到分行业模型中,发现非金属制品业、水电煤气生产业、造纸及纸制品业等产业分布与宽松的环境管制相关,化学工业和黑色金属行业则与环境管制无关。最后,认为环境管制已成为影响中国污染产业空间分布的重要因素,在中国环境管制手段以“命令控制型”为主和地方分权的背景下,不同的环境管制手段将对该手段实施后影响程度大的污染行业的空间分布产生影响。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
