湖南现阶段产业结构高度的考察与比较 总被引：7，自引：0，他引：7
从国际、国内以及邻省的横纵比较,研究了湖南省产业结构的高度,其基本结论是：（１）湖南省现阶段产业结构高度大致相当于我国９０年代初期水平,与发达国家工业化加速阶段初期相似,产业结构高度在邻省中处于中等水平。（２）从工业化进程来看,湖南省工业化进程至少落后全国平均水平１０年以上,但考虑到湖南的工业比重及其重型结构从工业发展的角度,湖南应处于工业化初期向中期过渡的阶段,与邻省竞争激烈,经济发展水平在邻省 相似文献

基于生态足迹理论和计算模型,根据工业生产的特点,计算了1997-2007年重庆市人均工业生态足迹和万元工业产值的生态足迹,并与有关研究数据进行了对比分析.结果显示:重庆市的人均工业生态足迹约相当于全国平均水平,但已超出重庆市总的生态承载力,并呈现出持续上升趋势,工业生产处于生态不可持续状态;万元工业产值的生态足迹略低于全国平均水平,下降趋势明显.表明重庆市通过转变工业发展模式,在不降低生产能力的条件下,减少工业生态足迹大有作为. 相似文献

基于改进的RITE模型选取15个指标,计算了1998-2005年间东北老工业基地与全国的信息化指数:对比了东北老工业基地与全国平均信息化进程发展差异;并利用Pearson相关分析法探讨了东北老工业基地信息化水平各影响因子对区域整体信息化水平的贡献差异.结果表明:与全国平均水平相比,东北老工业基地整体信息化水平较高,年均高出全国平均水平8.40%;但就区域内部而言,地区之间发展不平衡,其信息化水平强弱依次为辽宁省＞吉林省＞黑龙江省;对于信息化测度指标,信息装备率(r2=0.991)和通信主体水平(r2=0.981)是东北老工业基地整体信息化水平提升的主要驱动力;相反,信息量是阻碍东北老工业基地信息化水平提升主要因子(r2=0.753). 相似文献

中国山区的工业总产值仅为全国工业总产值的１１．４％，社会总产值 全国社会总产值的６％，大多属于高投入低产出的基础产业与基础工业，尚属于工业开发初期阶段。全国山区县中贫困县占４０％。落后的山区经济是中国经济腾飞的重大障碍之一。同时，它还关系互社会与政局的稳定。只有消除中国山区的贫困与落后，才有助于社会经济的全面发展。工业开发的持续健康开展，虽中国山区经济发展与脱贫致富的必由之路。 相似文献

在全要素生产率框架下定义投入拥塞概念,利用FGL模型测度2000—2018年中国30省市区（未含西藏、港澳台）工业绿色水资源投入拥塞水平,采用全局无效率分解探究拥塞无效率与纯技术无效率的结构变化。结果表明：① 全国拥塞平均水平呈倒“U”型,具有从低拥塞到分散加深的趋势;② 地区之间的拥塞水平差异性较大,拥塞程度偏高的地区集中在东北老工业基地一带和中、西部地区,投入要素结构失衡是造成拥塞的关键诱因;③ 各地区全局无效率是由纯技术无效率与拥塞无效率共同作用而成,近77%的省市区属于纯技术无效率占优型,拥塞无效率的存在性与发展趋势为产业资源配置提供了重要警示信息。 相似文献

特色农业是当今世界农业日益商品化、市场化、社会化的必然选择,也是促进我国农业结构优化的重要途径之一.湖南发展特色农业具有自然生态环境优越、社会经济条件相对有利、农业技术力量雄厚,而且发展已有一定基础等优势.但其发展现状与湖南农业大省的地位极不相称,主要表现在特色农业布局分散,规模偏小;加工工业落后,营销水平不高以及农业开发落后,优质特色品牌农产品稀少等问题.为使湖南农产品数量优势转变为质量优势,由农业大省转变为农业强省,必须加快湖南区域特色农业的发展.为此,在生产经营上必须突出重点,调整布局;实施系统工程 相似文献

运用世界发展指标和国际统计年鉴数据,从时间序列的角度并深入服务业增加值及增长速度、就业比重、就业结构、行业结构、服务业贸易五个方面进行国际比较。结果表明:我国服务业发展水平与整体经济不协调,工业对服务业的支撑能力较弱,服务业的增速高于世界主要国家:服务业的就业比重稳步上升,与世界平均水平差距较大,但吸纳就业的潜力仍然较大;传统服务业比重较高而现代服务业比重偏低,房地产、租赁及商务服务业、社会服务业的就业比重远落后发达国家;服务业出口快速增长,但出口多集中与传统服务业,知识、技术密集型服务业出口偏少。 相似文献

通过对新疆15个地州市10年间工业结构总量变动和内部变动的纵向及横向对比分析,运用相关指标考察了新疆区域工业结构变动及内部发展状况,得到基本结论为:新疆总体工业结构变化明显且经济发展水平越落后的地区工业结构变动越大;新疆区域总体工业结构呈现差异化且趋势明显;新疆区域工业结构专业化程度加深;目前新疆区域不存在工业结构严重趋同问题。 相似文献

本文从工业结构演变的视角来研究我国经济增长对环境质量的影响及变化,通过利用工业结构特征偏向指数和各省29个制造业行业的相关数据,对1995-2010年我国工业结构演变与环境变化二者之间的关系进行了定量分析,探讨了各省工业结构的污染排放强度特征的差异及其变化趋势,在此基础上对各区域工业内部各行业的发展状况进行了分析。研究结果表明,1995-2010年我国西北地区工业结构废水排放强度降低的趋势减弱,东南部分地区和西南地区工业结构的二氧化硫排放强度和固体废弃物排放强度有所增强,高污染行业增长趋势较为明显地区是黄河中游、西北与西南等地区。最后本文构建地区环境污染强度影响因素的回归分析模型,结果表明工业内部结构的演变是影响区域环境质量的重要因素,尤其对于经济发展相对落后的中西部地区而言,在今后产业结构升级过程中要及时监控和预防产业结构演变产生的环境污染。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
