应用分解袋法对三江平原3种湿地植物小叶章(Calamagrostis angustifolia)、毛苔草(Carex lasiocarpa)和漂筏苔草(Carex pseudocuraica)枯落物分解过程及能量动态进行了研究。结果表明,随着分解的进行,3种湿地植物枯落物失重率呈增加趋势,平均失重率从高到低的顺序是:漂筏苔草[(23.20±5.92)%]、小叶章[(22.85±5.09)%]、毛苔草[(21.47±4.88)%]。枯落物干重热值呈降低的变化趋势,分解初期干重热值降低的速率较大,随分解的进行,干重热值变化趋于平缓。其平均干重热值从高到低的顺序是:漂筏苔草[(16696.22±459.35)J/g]、小叶章[(16575.39±522.36)J/g]、毛苔草[(16488.46±227.79)J/g]。枯落物能量损失率呈增加的趋势,平均能量损失率从高到低的顺序是:漂筏苔草(26.54%)、小叶章(26.39%)、毛苔草(24.10%)。相关分析研究表明,能量损失率与失重率之间具有极显著的正相关关系(n=24,p<0.01),而与干重热值之间呈显著的负相关关系(n=24,p<0.01)。 相似文献

为了研究洪河国家级自然保护区浓江河滨河湿地植物对土壤环境因子的响应,于2011年6～9月,在保护区内浓江滨河湿地垂直于浓江河道方向设置4条样线(从河道至岛状林),在每条样线上设置7个采样点,通过野外调查和样品采集,得到植物种类、多度和土壤环境因子等数据.应用TWINSPAN分类和CCA排序相结合的方法,对其进行分类和排序.TWINSPAN分类将洪河保护区浓江河滨河湿地植物分为6个群丛,即漂筏苔草(Carex pseudocuraica)—狭叶甜茅(Glyceria spiculosa)群丛、漂筏苔草—毛苔草(Carex lasiocarpa)—狭叶甜茅群丛、漂筏苔草—毛苔草—狭叶甜茅—东北沼委陵菜(Comarum palustre)群丛、毛苔草—漂筏苔草—狭叶甜茅群丛、毛苔草群丛和小叶章(Calamagrostis angustifolia)—湿苔草(Carex humida)群丛.影响该区域湿地植物分布的主要土壤环境因子是土壤有机质含量、全氮含量和自然含水量. 相似文献

毛水苏(Stachys baicalensis)是多年生沼生草本植物,也是一种优良的蜜源植物。于2020年5月20日至8月20日,在中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所实验基地,开展毛水苏幼苗的培养实验。选择初始幼苗植株高度为4 cm、7 cm和10 cm的毛水苏幼苗,在水位埋深为5 cm、土壤表面未淹水、淹水深度为5 cm和10 cm的条件下,测定毛水苏幼苗的株高、叶片数、植株数和生物量,分析土壤水分条件对毛水苏幼苗生长的影响。研究结果表明,在土壤表面未淹水的条件下,毛水苏幼苗的新生植株数、叶片数和总生物量都相对最大;与土壤表面未淹水的条件下相比,在土壤淹水深度为10 cm的条件下,毛水苏幼苗的新生植株数量、叶片数、总生物量和地下生物量分别减小了50%～86%、83%～89%、92%～97%和95%～97%;在相同土壤水分条件下,初始幼苗植株高度为10 cm的毛水苏幼苗的新生植株数量、株高、叶片数和总生物量都最大。 相似文献

小叶章对氮沉降的生理生态响应 总被引：2，自引：1，他引：1
在非淹水(W1)和淹水(W2)条件下,分4个氮处理[分别相当于氮沉降率0 g/(m2·a)、1 g/(m2·a)、3 g/(m2·a)和5 g/(m2·a)]模拟了氮沉降对三江平原典型湿地植物小叶章(Calamagrostis angustifolia)生长及其碳、氮代谢等生理生态指标的影响.结果表明,随着氮沉降量的增加,小叶章的叶面积、株高、植株分蘖数、生物量(叶、茎、根)均呈增加趋势.两种水分条件下,氮沉降处理平均小叶章叶绿素、叶片可溶性蛋白和游离氨基酸含量分别较对照处理增长20.37%、10.52%和19.18%,而可溶性糖含量则下降了14.69%.1 g/(m2·a)、3 g/(m2·a)和5 g/(m2·a)氮沉降处理的净同化率分别为对照处理的1.10倍、2.80倍和3.81倍.与非淹水条件相比,淹水条件下小叶章对氮沉降率的适应能力较强,氮沉降显著促进了小叶章的碳、氮代谢水平. 相似文献

以南荻(Triarrhena lularioriparia)幼苗为实验材料,设置了淹水深度为0 cm、10 cm、20 cm、30 cm、40 cm、50 cm、淹没植株(南荻植株全部没于水下)的实验组以及对照组(常规浇水,土壤水分含量为45%),从2017年5月3日～6月1日,在室内进行30 d实验,研究淹水对南荻幼苗生长和生理特征的影响。研究结果表明,随着淹水深度的增加,南荻的生长减缓甚至停滞,叶片数减少,水下叶片变黄、变薄,并生出不定根;南荻叶片的抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛含量都呈现单峰型变化;当淹水深度为20～30 cm时,实验结束时,南荻叶片的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性最大,分别为153.52 U/(g·min)、1 139.17 U/(g·min)和63.61 U/(g·min);当淹水深度为10 cm时,实验结束时,南荻叶片的丙二醛含量最大,为113.77 nmol/g;当淹水深度为30 cm时,南荻叶片的可溶性蛋白含量最小,为1.00 mg/g;与淹水前相比,淹水后的南荻根系活力减弱,并随着淹水深度的增加不断减弱,在淹没条件下,南荻根系活力最弱。 相似文献

干旱胁迫下三江平原湿地毛苔草光合作用日变化特性研究 总被引：7，自引：1，他引：6
为了探讨干旱胁迫下毛苔草的光合特性,选三江平原湿地毛苔草（Carex lasiocarpa）无性系种群进行桶栽模拟实验,采用Li6400型便携式光合仪测定毛苔草光合作用日变化特性。结果表明：毛苔草对干旱的适应能力较强,在土壤含相对水量保持在300g／kg的干旱处理（S1）下,仍能进行光合生产,但其光合参数除气孔限制值（Ls）外,均较对照（CK,水位在0—10cm波动的自然降水）有所降低。2种水分处理下毛苔草的光合速率（Pn）、气孔导度（Gs）和蒸腾速率（Tr）的日变化趋势均呈单峰曲线变化,干旱处理的峰值均出现在8：30,而对照处理的峰值出现在10：30;胞间CO2浓度（Ci）的日变化均呈“V”字型,干旱和对照处理的最低值分别出现在10：30和12：30。毛苔草Pn日变化过程即有气孔限制的贡献也有非气孔限制的作用。毛苔草在干旱处理下Pn与Gs和Tr均呈极显著正相关,与Ci和Ls的日变化呈不显著的负相关关系;而在对照处理下Pn与Ci极显著负相关,与Tr呈极显著正相关,而与Gs呈显著正相关关系,与Ls呈不显著的相关关系。干旱胁迫使光合速率与其它光合参数之间的相关性发生较大变化。 相似文献

在非淹水、淹水两种水分条件下模拟氮沉降变化(分别相当于氮沉降0g/(m2.a)、1g/(m2.a)、3g/(m2.a)、5g/(m2.a))对三江平原典型湿地植物小叶章生物量及其分配的影响。结果表明,不同水分状况下氮沉降均促进小叶章生物量的积累,且以N5水平下生物量增加最多(p<0.05)。小叶章各器官生物量增长程度对氮沉降的响应并不一致:非淹水条件下根生物量平均增长最大(54.5%),其次是叶(31%)、茎(19.2%);淹水条件下小叶章各部位的生物量增长更为显著,其中根生物量平均增长124.7%,叶、茎生物量分别增长62%和61.1%。氮沉降明显促进了根生物量的积累,提高根生物量的分配比例。生长季的氮沉降对于改变湿地的营养状况、刺激植物生长具有直接的生态意义。 相似文献

采用LI-6400型便携式光合仪及PAM-2100型荧光仪,在2010年生长季节对科尔沁沙地黄柳(Salix gordejevii)的气体交换特性和最大光化学效率的日变化进行了测定。结果显示:黄柳净光合速率(Pn)曲线在6月6日呈双峰型,在7月14日和8月6日呈单峰型,Pn下降的因素在6月6日包括气孔因素和非气孔因素,7月14日和8月6日则以非气孔因素为主;水分利用效率(WUE)日变化趋势同Pn,暗示Pn在其抗旱中的重要性;气孔导度(Gs)在测量期间呈递减趋势;蒸腾速率(E)呈单峰曲线;光照(PAR)主要影响Pn、E和WUE,而温度(Ta)主要影响Gs;黄柳PSⅡ的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)日变化呈单峰曲线,值为0.75~0.85,显示出对生长环境良好的适应能力。 相似文献

滩涂消浪林是中国沿海防护林体系的前沿阵地,在防浪促淤、保岸护堤和防御海洋自然灾害等方面具有重要的作用.以中亚热带泥质海岸的两种消浪树种海滨木槿(Hibiscus hamabo)和蜡杨梅(Myrica cerifera)一年生幼苗为实验材料,根据半日潮滩涂的淹水时间和淹水深度,设计5种实验处理,即在每个半日潮中,两个树种的平均淹水时间和淹水深度分别为lh和15 cm(处理1)、2h和25 cm(处理2)、3h和35 cm(处理3)、4h和45 cm (处理4)以及无水淹的对照处理(用淡水正常浇灌).在模拟海水水淹胁迫下的70d中,研究两树种幼苗向阳面叶片的光合作用日变化及其与叶片其他生理生态因子的关系,揭示其主要影响因子.结果表明,各处理下,海滨木槿幼苗叶片净光合速率(Pn)日变化(6:00～18:00)曲线为单峰曲线;在水深较浅、时间较短的水淹处理下,海滨木槿幼苗叶片Pn主要受光合有效辐射(PAR)影响,在水深较深、时间较长的水淹处理下,则主要受叶片气孔导度(G)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)的影响;在水淹初、中期,蜡杨梅幼苗叶片Pn日变化曲线为双峰曲线,但在水淹后期,其为单峰曲线;在水深较浅、时间较短的水淹处理下,蜡杨梅幼苗叶片Pn主要受PAR和Gs影响,而在水深较深、时间较长的水淹处理下,其主要受Ci和饱和水蒸汽压亏缺影响. 相似文献

在三江平原沼泽湿地选择了漂筏苔草（Carex pseudo-curaica）-乌拉苔草（Carex meyeriana）-小叶章（Calamagrostis angustifolia）、漂筏苔草-鸭绿苔草（Carex jaluensis）-小叶章以及芦苇（Phragmites australis）-小叶章-山杨（Poptdus davidiana）3个群落空间演替系列,按群落类型挖取土壤种子库样本,采用连续萌发的方法鉴定可萌发种子库的植物种类并统计种子密度,采用样方法调查群落地上部分的植物成分。结果表明,各演替系列在0～10cm土层内种子密度为433．3～2066．6粒／m^2;10～20cm土层种子密度为33．0～1375．0粒／m^2。表层土壤种子库的物种数及种子密度均大于深层土壤。随着生境中水分梯度递减,演替系列内的地上植物成分与对应的土壤种子库植物成分的相似性系数（CJ）呈逐渐减少的趋势,而土壤种子库的物种数则呈现增加趋势。演替系列内不同群落类型间以及同一群落内不同样本间的种子库物种数和种子密度差异较大,种子库分布表现出明显的不均匀性。同一演替系列内相邻群落的种子库具有数量不等的共有种,种子库的空间更替具有明显的连续性。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
