Application of particle swarm optimization on self-potential data   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is a global search method, which can be used for quantitative interpretation of self-potential data in geophysics. At the result of this process, parameters of a source model, e.g., the electrical dipole moment, the depth of the source, the distance from the origin, the polarization angle and regional coefficients are estimated. This study investigates the results and interpretation of a detailed numerical data of some simple body responses, contaminated and field data. The method is applied to three field examples from Turkey and the results are compared with the previous works. The statistics of particle swarm optimization and the corresponding model parameters are analyzed with respect to the number of generation. We also present the oscillations of the model parameters at the vicinity of the low misfit area. Further, we show how the model parameters and absolute frequencies are related to the total number of PSO iterations. Gaussian noise shifts the low misfit area region from the correct parameter values proportional to the level of errors, which directly affects the result of the PSO method. These effects also give some ambiguity of the model parameters. However, the statistical analyses help to decrease these ambiguities in order to find the correct values. Thus, the findings suggest that PSO can be used for quantitative interpretation of self-potential data.  相似文献

目前大地电磁(MT)测深资料反演主要基于各向同性介质,但随着MT实际应用的需要,各向异性研究已逐渐引起关注.我们采用广泛应用的广义逆法对一维MT水平层状各向异性介质模型反演进行了探索性研究,并实现了MT全张量响应(即所有的阻抗张量的视电阻率和相位)的一维各向异性反演.理论模型试验表明,无论理论观测值中是否含有噪声,这种方法都能够较好地恢复真实模型,验证了其正确性和有效性.将此方法用于MT实测资料时,能够同时拟合4对视电阻率和阻抗相位曲线,说明本方法可以用于实测资料的处理解释,具有一定的实用价值.  相似文献

可控源音频大地电磁测深法(CSAMT)基本上是基于电性各向同性理论的假设,而实际地层普遍表现为电性各向异性现象,因此研究各向异性地层条件下CSAMT方法的电磁响应具有重要的理论意义和应用价值.本文从有源Maxwell方程出发,推导出了二维各向异性地层条件下无限长线源频率域的电磁场响应,得到了一组平行于线源方向的电场分量E_x和磁场分量H_x的偏微分方程,并采用有限元法进行求解.模型的计算结果表明:不论是对均匀半空间还是一维层状介质中的各向异性二维体模型的计算,均能从结果中明显地看出各向同性背景场和各向异性异常体的存在;在计算中通过改变各向异性系数或各向异性旋转角,其结果在视电阻率和相位曲线上均存在显著区别.计算结果表明了在各向异性地层中,仍然采用各向同性的假设进行CSAMT资料的处理与解释,可能会带来比较严重的误差,这种情况下必须采用基于各向异性的地质模型对CSAMT资料进行处理和解释.研究结果对于提高CSAMT方法的勘探效果和应用水平具有重要的指导意义.  相似文献

由于航空电磁具有海量数据,因此快速有效的成像和反演手段至关重要.本文针对层状介质模型推导与实现了广义模型约束条件下时间域航空电磁一维反演.从正则化反演的目标函数出发,通过改变模型约束项构造Lp范数反演和聚焦反演,进而通过改变模型求解域构造出基于小波变换的稀疏约束反演.针对不同反演方法目标函数的构建方式,本文进一步从数学原理上分析不同反演方法的预期效果,并通过理论模型和实测数据进行验证.结果表明L0.8范数反演、聚焦反演和基于小波变换的稀疏约束反演可以得到更符合地下层状介质陡变界面的反演结果.  相似文献

Results from walkaway VSP and shale laboratory experiments show that shale anisotropy can be significantly anelliptic. Heterogeneity and anellipticity both lead to non-hyperbolic moveout curves and the resulting ambiguity in velocity analysis is investigated for the case of a factorizable anisotropic medium with a linear dependence of velocity on depth. More information can be obtained if there are several reflectors. The method of Dellinger et al. for anisotropic velocity analysis in layered transversely isotropic media is examined and is shown to be restricted to media having relatively small anellipticity. A new scheme, based on an expansion of the inverse-squared group velocity in spherical harmonics, is presented. This scheme can be used for larger anellipticity, and is applicable for horizontal layers having monoclinic symmetry with the symmetry plane parallel to the layers. The method is applied to invert the results of anisotropic ray tracing on a model Sand/shale sequence. For transversely isotropic media with small anisotropy, the scheme reduces to the method of Byun et al. and Byun and Corrigan. The expansion in spherical harmonics allows the P-phase slowness surface of each layer to be determined in analytic form from the layer parameters obtained by inversion without the need to assume that the anisotropy is weak.  相似文献

A transmission + reflection wave-equation traveltime and waveform inversion method is presented that inverts the seismic data for the anisotropic parameters in a vertical transverse isotropic medium. The simultaneous inversion of anisotropic parameters and ε is initially performed using transmission wave-equation traveltime inversion method. Transmission wave-equation traveltime only provides the low-intermediate wavenumbers for the shallow part of the anisotropic model; in contrast, reflection wave-equation traveltime estimates the anisotropic parameters in the deeper section of the model. By incorporating a layer-stripping method with reflection wave-equation traveltime, the ambiguity between the background-velocity model and the depths of reflectors can be greatly mitigated. In the final step, multi-scale full-waveform inversion is performed to recover the high-wavenumber component of the model.  We use a synthetic model to illustrate the local minima problem of full-waveform inversion and how transmission and reflection wave-equation traveltime can mitigate this problem. We demonstrate the efficacy of our new method using field data from the Gulf of Mexico.  相似文献

在长波长假设条件下,水平层状地层中发育一组垂直排列的裂缝构成了等效正交各向异性介质.各向异性参数与裂缝弱度参数的估算有助于非均匀各向异性介质的各向异性特征描述,而弹性逆散射理论是非均匀介质参数反演的有效途径.基于地震散射理论,我们首先推导了非均匀正交介质中纵波散射系数方程,并通过引入正交各向异性特征参数,提出了一种新颖的正交各向异性方位弹性阻抗参数化方法.为了提高反演的稳定性与横向连续性,我们发展了贝叶斯框架下的正交各向异性方位弹性阻抗反演方法,同时考虑了柯西稀疏约束正则化和平滑模型约束正则化,最终使用非线性的迭代重加权最小二乘策略实现了各向异性特征参数的稳定估算.模型和实际资料处理表明,反演结果与测井解释数据相吻合,证明了该方法能够稳定可靠地从方位叠前地震资料中获取各向异性特征参数,减小参数估算的不确定性,为非均匀正交介质的各向异性预测提供了一种高可靠性的地震反演方法.  相似文献

地壳不同深度介质的地震各向异性是研究地壳不同深度范围变形方式的重要依据.鉴于地壳介质的复杂性,如何从远震体波接收函数中提取不同深度的各向异性参数仍是一个有待深入研究的课题.在已有研究的基础上,本文利用广义反射-透射系数矩阵方法计算的合成地震图,研究了复杂地壳分层各向异性介质的接收函数随反方位角(back azimuth)变化及不同层位各向异性参数对接收函数波场的影响,为各向异性介质接收函数的解释提供了新的理论依据.通过引入粒子群优化理论,发展了分层各向异性介质接收函数全局反演算法.数值及观测数据的验证结果表明,在各向同性速度模型确定的前提下,我们的方法能够可靠地提取地壳分层各向异性参数;在反演中引入曲波变换去噪技术,对于正确解析不同层位的各向异性参数具有重要价值.  相似文献

Seismic waveforms contain valuable information about the media, but the waveform inversion is a non‐linear problem. We present a waveform inversion method that combines a local optimization method with a genetic algorithm to determine the anisotropic parameters of a horizontally stratified medium. Synthetic seismograms for a horizontally stratified anisotropic medium are calculated using the reflectivity technique. In the initial stage of the inversion, the global space‐sampling properties of the genetic algorithm are used to direct the search to the region close to the global solution. This solution is then further improved using a conjugate‐gradient method. The numerical experiments performed with noisy synthetic data show that our hybrid optimization method satisfactorily reconstructs the anisotropic parameters at a reasonable computing cost while the range of slowness is adequate. We found that (i) for small‐angle data neither single‐ nor multiple‐component data are sufficient to determine the anisotropic parameters uniquely; (ii) for medium‐angle data the multiple‐component data are sufficient to determine the anisotropic parameters exactly whereas the single‐component data are not sufficient; and (iii) for wide‐angle data, either single‐ or multiple‐component data are sufficient to determine the anisotropic parameters accurately.  相似文献

Estimating elastic parameters from prestack seismic data remains a subject of interest for the exploration and development of hydrocarbon reservoirs. In geophysical inverse problems, data and models are in general non‐linearly related. Linearized inversion methods often have the disadvantage of strong dependence on the initial model. When the initial model is far from the global minimum, inversion iteration is likely to converge to the local minimum. This problem can be avoided by using global optimization methods. In this paper, we implemented and tested a prestack seismic inversion scheme based on a quantum‐behaved particle swarm optimization (QPSO) algorithm aided by an edge‐preserving smoothing ( EPS) operator. We applied the algorithm to estimate elastic parameters from prestack seismic data. Its performance on both synthetic data and real seismic data indicates that QPSO optimization with the EPS operator yields an accurate solution.  相似文献

Frequency dispersion of electromagnetic parameters of earth materials has been widely documented in recent years. It is claimed that magnetotellurics (MT) may be significantly affected by dispersion. The paper studies the MT plane-wave interpretative problem for a one-dimensional earth characterized by the presence of dispersive layers. The theoretical properties of the MT field under the dispersion hypothesis, andthe main features of the dispersion phenomenon are synthetically reviewed. The examination of previously published MT curve responses over some models of dispersive earth section shows that ambiguity can arise when interpreting MT data with no other source of information. Thus it may be almost impossible to distinguish between the response of a dispersive section and an equally probable dispersion-free section. The dispersion magnetotelluric (DMT) method is proposed as a means to resolve the ambiguity. The DMT method is based on the execution, at the same site, of an MT sounding and of an always dispersion-free dc geoelectric deep sounding. The latter technique can be used to compute a synthetic dispersion-free MT wave impedance, to be compared with the measured MT wave impedance. The apparent dispersion function is introduced as a measure of divergence between the two wave impedances.  相似文献

本文研究并建立了一种模拟各向异性地层中三维电性异常体电磁响应的积分方程算法.首先讨论了并矢Green函数及其相关积分的计算,将水平层状各向异性地层中的电场并矢Green函数分解成含有奇异项的直达波与非奇异的来自各个层界面的反射和透射波两个部分,再应用等效体积单元和表面积分技术对积分方程的奇异核进行离散化处理以便提高离散方程的精度.然后为了节省计算机内存以及计算时间,引入基于Krylov子空间的迭代算法求解积分方程的离散化矩阵方程.最后通过与现有文献中的结果作对比从而检验了所述算法的有效性,并结合具体算例考察分析了地层的各向异性对三维电性异常体电磁响应的影响特征和规律.  相似文献

在一些地层层理发育的地区,地下介质存在显著的电各向异性,此时基于各向同性模型解释含各向异性效应的可控源音频大地电磁(CSAMT)测深观测数据会导致错误的结果.本文通过引入3×3的对称正定张量表征电导率各向异性,采用非结构四面体网格和矢量有限元方法离散电场满足的矢量Helmholtz方程,并将电磁场源等效为系列电偶极子,实现任意各向异性介质中CSAMT高效数值模拟.本文首先通过层状各向异性模型检验三维有限元算法的精度和有效性,进一步建立三维地电模型研究异常体各向异性和围岩各向异性对CSAMT响应的影响,最后使用视电阻率极性图来识别各向异性电导率主轴方向.数值模拟结果表明,各向异性电导率对CSAMT视电阻率幅值及分布规律都有很大影响,视电阻率极性图能够很好地识别各向异性主轴方向.  相似文献

在综合考虑经典投影寻踪算法特点的基础上,针对投影寻踪计算中存在的一些不利因素,给出相应的解决思路.利用数值仿真技术进行基于粒子群优化算法与厄密特多项式构建的投影寻踪回归模型建模能力与计算精度的检验,再将其应用于多维地震时间序列综合建模预测中.计算结果和进一步分析表明,基于粒子群优化算法与厄密特多项式构建的投影寻踪回归投影寻踪模型具有简单、快速、有效的特点,在实际地震综合预测建模中取得了满意的效果,可作为地震综合预测的一种回归分析方法.  相似文献

地震走时层析成像是反演地层各向异性参数分布的有效方法,但是关于地震各向异性介质走时层析成像的研究并不多,其技术远远没有达到成熟的阶段.在野外数据采集时,地表反射波观测方式相对井间和垂直地震剖面观测方式的成本更低,利用qP反射波走时反演各向异性参数具有更加广泛的实用价值.本文实现的TI介质地震走时层析成像方法结合了TI介质反射波射线追踪算法、走时扰动方程和非线性共轭梯度算法,它可以对任意强度的TI介质模型进行反演,文中尝试利用qP反射波走时重建TI介质模型的参数图像.利用qP反射波对层状介质模型和块状异常体模型进行走时反演,由于qP波相速度对弹性模量参数和Thomsen参数的偏微分不同,所以可以分别反演弹性模量参数和Thomsen参数.数值模拟结果表明:利用qP反射波可以反演出TI介质模型的弹性模量参数与Thomsen参数,不同模型的走时迭代反演达到了较好的收敛效果,与各向同性介质走时反演结果相比较,各向异性介质走时反演结果具有较好的识别能力.  相似文献

Based on the long-wavelength approximation, a set of parallel vertical fractures embedded in periodic thin interbeds can be regarded as an equivalent orthorhombic medium. Rock physics is the basis for constructing the relationship between fracture parameters and seismic response. Seismic scattering is an effective way to inverse anisotropic parameters. In this study, we propose a reliable method for predicting the Thomsen’s weak anisotropic parameters and fracture weaknesses in an orthorhombic fractured reservoir using azimuthal pre-stack seismic data. First, considering the influence of fluid substitution in mineral matrix, porosity, fractures and anisotropic rocks, we estimate the orthorhombic anisotropic stiffness coefficients by constructing an equivalent rock physics model for fractured rocks. Further, we predict the logging elastic parameters, Thomsen’s weak parameters, and fracture weaknesses to provide the initial model constraints for the seismic inversion. Then, we derive the P-wave reflection coefficient equation for the inversion of Thomsen’s weak anisotropic parameters and fracture weaknesses. Cauchy-sparse and smoothing-model constraint regularization taken into account in a Bayesian framework, we finally develop a method of amplitude variation with angles of incidence and azimuth (AVAZ) inversion for Thomsen’s weak anisotropic parameters and fracture weaknesses, and the model parameters are estimated by using the nonlinear iteratively reweighted least squares (IRLS) strategy. Both synthetic and real examples show that the method can directly estimate the orthorhombic characteristic parameters from the azimuthally pre-stack seismic data, which provides a reliable seismic inversion method for predicting Thomsen’s weak anisotropic parameters and fracture weaknesses.  相似文献

目前,瞬变电磁法(TEM)数据基本都是基于各向同性模型进行反演解释,这对于存在明显电性各向异性的勘探区域会产生较大的反演解释误差.为分析电各向异性对回线源瞬变电磁信号的影响方式与程度,本文通过求解离散化的全张量电导率时间域Helmholtz方程,实现了基于有限体积法的TEM任意各向异性的三维正演算法.该算法采用基于交错网格的拟态有限体积法(MFV)对时域Maxwell方程组进行空间域离散,并利用后退欧拉算法(Backward Euler Method)进行时间域离散.为提高时域电磁场的求解精度与效率,该算法将时间分段等步长算法与方程直接求解法相结合.通过对一维各向异性模型以及三维复杂各向同性模型进行测试,验证了本算法对于回线源瞬变电磁响应计算的正确性及有效性.最后,通过对几类典型电各向异性介质中大回线源瞬变电磁信号响应的分析,总结了不同电各向异性类型对TEM电磁信号的影响模式,结果表明,主轴各向异性情况下TEM信号主要受水平方向电导率的影响,倾斜各向异性对TEM信号的影响程度远大于水平各向异性,而通过水平各向异性信号能较清晰判断出各向异性主轴方向.  相似文献

提出了一种基于改进粒子群优化-层次分析法(SELPSO-AHP)的致灾因子权重计算模型,该模型依据大坝现场检测、原型监测和安全定期检查等成果,由层次分析法构建大坝风险分析的层次结构体系。为保证判断矩阵的一致性,引入改进粒子群算法和罚函数法用于层次分析法的权值计算,取得了比遗传算法更精确、更稳定的结果。将所建立的模型用于某混凝土重力坝的运行风险分析,得到了影响该坝运行风险的主要因素,为保障大坝安全提供了依据。  相似文献
