研究了络合剂乙二胺作为分离流化锌矿中锌矿物的选择性溶剂的优越性及其具体应用条件。10%乙二胺-10%(NH4)2SO4溶液于室温下电磁搅拌浸取,氧化锌矿物的浸取率>97%,而闪锌矿等在该溶剂体系中溶解率≤0.2%,具有比较高的选择性。方法已用于实际样品分析。  相似文献

平果三水铝矿与一水型堆积矿同产于一个层位,三水铝石赋存于堆积矿的准胶结物中(俗称泥巴)。准胶结物含Al2O3的40%左右,有效铝硅比为3 ̄6.45。研究表明,该矿层的生矿物质均来源于二叠纪沉积型黄铁矿一水硬铝石铝土矿。三水铝石是硫酸成矿作用下的产物。  相似文献

研究了含电气石等难溶硅酸盐试样中红柱石的分析方法。样品经980℃高温灼烧后,电气石能被HF-H_2SO_4混合溶液定量溶解分离,而红柱石的溶解率很小。37℃±1℃水浴浸取90min,能得到满意结果。方法简便快速,其相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)为0.86%。  相似文献

研究了钴、镍在硫酸盐、碳酸盐、硫化物、易溶硅酸盐、铁氧化物及难溶硅酸盐相态分析的新流程。地质样品中钴和镍经选择性溶剂定量溶解分离后,试液用ICP-AES测定。该法测定国家土壤标准物质,钴、镍的RSD%分别为4.08%~7.83%和0.80%~12.44%,RE%小于3.64%和3.10%。  相似文献

研究了载炭泡塑对不同价态金的吸附选择性。当HCl溶液浓度1%-10%时,载炭泡塑对纳克量Au(Ⅲ)吸附率为96.3%-96.8%,而对Au(Ⅰ),Au(0)不产生吸附,分别在溶液和残渣中的Au(Ⅰ)和Au(0)经过滤分离,用王水处理后,由载炭泡塑分别吸附,其回收率分别为96.5%和98.9%。  相似文献

柿树沟铝土矿床赋存于上石炭统本溪组碳酸盐岩不整合面上,严格受沉积间断面控制。铝土矿规模较大、稳定,矿体为层状或似层状,矿石构造类型为块状、层状。主要矿物成分由一水硬铝石、高岭石组成,有害元素少,并伴生有Ga元素等。矿床受潮湿热带气候中形成的红土化与成矿密切相关。侵蚀面上形成大小不等的洼地及溶斗是铝土矿的定位空间,海湾泻湖相沉积是铝土矿床形成的有利条件。矿床属于经过短距离搬运-机械沉积为主的铝土矿,具有较好的铝土矿成矿前景。  相似文献

我国含煤地层共伴生矿物种类较多,资源量较大,其中京西门头沟石炭-二叠纪煤系中的叶蜡石泥岩比较罕见,具有重要的开发利用价值。利用偏光显微镜、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、热分析(TA)、电子探针(EPM)等测试手段,从矿物学角度对北京西山门头沟红庙岭组叶腊石矿物学特征进行研究。结果表明,研究区泥岩叶腊石与硬水铝石、硬绿泥石等矿物共生,偏光显微镜下叶腊石通常呈隐晶或微晶鳞片状,定向分布。基于微区电子探针化学分析计算得出的叶腊石晶体结构化学式为:Al1.9965(Si3.9982 O10)(O2H2.0180)。根据沉积地质背景和共生矿物组合特征,推断叶腊石的形成温度在300℃左右,认为京西门头沟区叶腊石为高岭石受到构造应力影响形成的动力变质矿物。   相似文献

The four most abundant minerals generally found in Euramerican bituminous coals are quartz, kaolinite, illite and pyrite. These four minerals were isolated by density separation and handpicking from bituminous coal samples collected in the Ruhr Basin, Germany and the Appalachian basin, U.S.A. Trace-element concentrations of relatively pure ( 99+%) separates of major minerals from these coals were determined directly by using instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA). As expected, quartz contributes little to the trace-element mass balance. Illite generally has higher trace-element concentrations than kaolinite, but, for the concentrates analyzed in this study, Hf, Ta, W, Th and U are in lower concentrations in illite than in kaolinite. Pyrite has higher concentrations of chalcophile elements (e.g., As and Se) and is considerably lower in lithophile elements as compared to kaolinite and illite. Our study provides a direct and sensitive method of determining trace-element relationships with minerals in coal.Mass-balance calculations suggest that the trace-element content of coal can be explained mainly by three major minerals: pyrite, kaolinite and illite. This conclusion indicates that the size and textural relationships of these major coal minerals may be a more important consideration as to whether coal cleaning can effectively remove the most environmentally sensitive trace elements in coal than what trace minerals are present.  相似文献

Most aqueous sedimentary environments contain varying concentrations of fine‐grained, often clay‐rich, sediment that is transported in suspension and may modify the properties of the flow and underlying mobile bed. This paper presents results from a series of laboratory experiments examining the mean and turbulent properties of clay‐laden (kaolinite) flows, of various volumetric sediment concentrations between 0·046% and 12·7%, moving over a fixed, idealized current ripple. As the kaolinite concentration was raised, with flow velocity and depth constant, four flow types were observed to occur: (i) turbulent flow, in which flow separation is dominant in the leeside of the ripple; (ii) turbulence‐enhanced transitional flow, in which turbulence in the leeside separation zone region is enhanced; (iii) turbulence‐attenuated transitional flow, in which turbulence along the separation zone shear layer and in the free flow above it becomes damped, eventually leading to a reduction in the size of the separation zone wake region; and (iv) laminar plug flow, in which turbulence is damped and flow is almost stagnant in the lee of the ripple. Such modulation of turbulence by increasing clay concentrations suggests that many paradigms of flow and bedform dynamics, which have been based on extensive past work in clear water flows, require revision. The present results highlight a need to fully characterize the boundary conditions for turbulence modulation as a function of clay type and applied flow conditions, and the effects of such flows on fully mobile cohesionless beds.  相似文献

本文尝试运用X射线衍射与多重峰分离方法研究高岭石的结构缺陷,重新评价了Hinckley(1963)结晶指数(HI),运用02,11区域对(111)和(111)峰的分峰结果,定义了新的结晶度指数:CI=(I111+I111)/I110,它完全以衍射峰的强度进行计算,较灵敏地反映出高岭石真实的结构信息,探讨了高岭石结晶度与高峰石对称性,有序度以及与高岭石Pb/3滑移缺陷的关系,结果证明高岭石结晶度越高  相似文献

The adsorption of Zn (total concentration 10−6 M) to colloidal quartz, hydrargillite and goethite (50, 300 and 70 mg/l, respectively) was studied by a batch technique at a constant ionic strength (0.01 M) but with variation of pH (3–10) and fulvic acid (FA) concentration (0, 2 or 20 mg/l). The adsorption had similar pH-dependence in all systems in the absence of FA giving a pH50 (pH of 50% adsorption) of 7.6 under these conditions. The presence of the FA reduced the overall adsorption to quartz (pH50 of 7.9 at 2 mg FA/I and 9.3 at 20 mg/1) and shifted the adsorption curves downwards (pH50 of 6.8) in the hydrargillite and goethite systems at 2 mg FA/l. At 20 mg FA/l, the adsorption in the two latter systems was increased at pH <6.5 and reduced at pH >6.5. The results reflect the affinity of the surfaces for FA as well as the formation of Zn–FA complexes (in solution and on solid surfaces).  相似文献

用差热、X射线衍射及红外光谱等方法,对淮北闸河矿区下石盒子组底部5#、6#煤层间一层高岭岩矿层进行了研究。结果表明:矿层平均厚3.8m,矿石几乎全部是由高岭石组成的单矿物岩,有益组分Al2O3含量一般在36%~39%;主要有害组分Fe2O3含量变化在0.78%~1.71%之间;TiO2含量多在0.4 9%~0.97%。为矿物组成纯净,有益组分含量高但有害组分亦较高的高岭岩。这种岩石是生产化工产品,以及煅烧高岭土的良好原料。   相似文献

Produced by the production of sulfuric acid from kaolinite type when the Fe2O3 and metakaolin together constitute the kaolinite type pyrite cinder is a typical industrial solid waste. Only in southern Sichuan China storage capacity has reached millions of tons, that caused serious impact on ecology and environment in this area. It also caused serious waste of resources. The magnetite concentrate and given priority to with partial kaolinite pyrite cinder tailings that were obtained by grinding and magnetic separation. This experiment studied the relationship composition and particle size with its activity when cinder tailings as cement mixed material. The results show that the particle size of D90 were 88 micron, 56 micron, 40 micron, the activity index were 1.036, 1.068, 1.102. The slag after magnetic separation is a kind of very good activity of cement mixed material. It can make good use of the industrial solid waste.  相似文献

水泥基胶结性材料是注浆工程中最常见的注浆材料,这类材料存在明显的析水效应,获得析水厚度的量化公式有助于提高浆液扩散半径的计算精度。通过试验观察叶腊石粉掺量(0%~35%)、聚乙烯醇掺量(0%~8%)与粉煤灰掺量(0%~90%)3种掺合料在水泥基浆液中的析水过程,获得三者的析水率、结石率、最终析水时间与析水厚度变化情况,认定浆液的析水厚度变化存在一定规律的析水时变特性,并引入皮尔生长曲线模型与幂函数模型,对其进行量化。结果表明:3种掺合料都可以降低析水率,其中,叶腊石粉对水泥基注浆材料析水率的影响程度最大,其次为粉煤灰,最后为聚乙烯醇;3种掺合料都可以增加结石率;叶腊石粉可以有效缩短浆液的最终析水时间,聚乙烯醇在1.5%~8.0%掺量内可以缩短浆液的最终析水时间,粉煤灰在10%~60%掺量内可以缩短浆液的最终析水时间;3种掺合料掺量的变化曲线都呈现半“C”形;采用数学模型对析水厚度数据进行拟合分析,由拟合优度R2评判可知,幂函数模型优于皮尔生长曲线模型,析水厚度变化规律比较符合幂函数模型。研究成果可为改良注浆材料和完善非稳定浆液运移扩散理论提供重要的基础数据。   相似文献
