新疆三大区域经济差异现状与动态分析 总被引：16，自引：6，他引：10
区域经济差异是区域经济学研究的核心内容之一。采用定量分析方法,从经济发展水平差异和居民收入差异两方面对新疆三大区域经济差异现状和改革开放以来的动态变化进行了分析与评价,得出了一些基本结论和启示：(1)北疆和东疆基本处于同一一发展水平．而南疆与它们则有较大的差距;(2)在三大区域之间,农村居民的人均收入差异要远大于城镇居民货币工资收入差异;从全部居民人均消费较大的相对差异中可以透视出．居民人均实际收入的相对差异也较大;(3)北疆、东疆与南疆之间的经济发展绝对差异和相对差异呈现不断扩大的趋势;(4)北疆、东疆与南疆之间居民收入的绝对和相对差异在20世纪90年代后基本呈扩大态势：(5)区域经济差异的存在及其过大,会对经济、社会、政治、民族等各方面产生诸多消极影响．必须给予高度重视。 相似文献

以福建省9个地（市）为研究的地域单元,从经济发展水平、经济发展速度和产业结构3个侧面,定量分析了1993～2007年福建省区域经济发展的时空差异问题,结果发现：20世纪90年代以来福建省区域经济绝对差异仍呈现持续扩大的趋势,相对差异则维持高位波动状态但呈现缓慢下降趋势;而空间发展格局表现出沿海凸起并呈现闽东南高闽西北低的特征。最后在简要分析影响区域经济时空差异因素的基础上对未来发展趋势进行了探讨。 相似文献

文章回顾了改革开放以来中国经济发展战略的转变，介绍了吉尼系数，区域经济区位熵和Hausdoeff Index的计算方法。采用GDP指标，运用吉尼系数和区域经济区位熵分析了改革开放以来中国三大地带之间，省区之间的绝对差距和相对差距的变化趋势，而且还运用分形理论和R／S方法研究了中国区域经济发展差异的收敛性，得出的结论如下：（1）无论从绝对差距还是从相对差距上看，自改变开放以来中国三大地带之间或省区之间的经济发展差距都在扩大。（2）1995年所实施的区域协调发展战略在近期内并没有缩小地区之间的发展差距。（3）R／S分析结果表明中国区域经济发展差异在未来20年内将继续扩大。 相似文献

欧盟在经历了90年代中后期经济的短暂较快增长后,区域内部经济发展受到了显著影响。因此,本文以欧盟28个成员国为例,运用泰尔指数分解分析20世纪90年代中期以来欧盟区域经济差异的演变特征,运用反距离权重插值法探讨差异演变的空间分异格局。结果表明:(1)1995年~2015年间,欧盟经济发展的泰尔指数总体呈上升趋势,区域差异扩大。区域差异演变分为三个阶段:1995年~1999年的低差异缓慢缩小阶段;2000年~2008年的高差异缓慢缩小阶段;2009年~2015年的均衡发展阶段;(2)欧盟经济发展的组间泰尔指数总体呈平稳波动小幅下降趋势,不同时期变化的幅度与趋势不同。组间差异演变分为三个阶段:1995年~2000年的区域间差异扩大阶段,2000年~2009年的区域间差异缩小阶段,2009年~2015年的区域间差异扩大阶段。北欧区域经济差异趋于稳定的均衡状态,南欧地区国家的经济发展差异逐步缓慢缩小。中欧地区国家的经济发展差异在逐步缓慢缩小。东欧地区的组内经济差异可以分为"扩大—平稳—缩小—平稳"四个阶段。西欧地区的组内经济差异可以划分为"缓慢缩小—均衡发展"两个阶段;(3)欧盟区域差异格局由极化发展的空间格局向均衡的空间格局转变,格局转变不显著,总体呈现以西欧国家为第一圈层、北欧和南欧为第二圈层、东欧和中欧为第三圈层的圈层式递减的区域经济发展空间格局。 相似文献

自改革开放以来，我国通过吸引外资和扩大对外贸易，积极地参与了经济全球化的过程。这一方面成为推动全国经济增长的重要驱动力，另一方面也成为改变地区发展格局的重要力量。文章将从外资和外贸两个角度，分析我国各地区参与经济全球化的程度及其对区域发展空间格局的影响。分析表明，20世纪90年代以来，以外资为代表的全球化力量对我国区域发展格局的影响越来越大，强化了我国区域发展差异，形成了“强者越强，弱者越弱”的局面。强有力的国家干预成为缩小区域差异的必要措施。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
