对新试剂2-(5-碘-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯胺(5-I-PADMA)与钴(Ⅱ)的显色反应进行试验。结果表明,在pH为4.2~9.2时,钴(Ⅱ)与试剂形成1∶2红紫色配合物,配合物有两个吸收峰,分别位于554 nm和602 nm处;钴配合物形成后非常稳定,当以无机酸酸化,由于质子化作用,配合物转化成另一种具有较高吸收特性绿蓝色稳定的双质子化型体,其吸收峰分别红移至568 nm和614 nm,适宜的酸浓度范围分别为:0.3~7.0 mol/L盐酸、0.3~6.0 mol/L高氯酸、0.3~4.2 mol/L硫酸和0.7~7.3 mol/L磷酸。配合物表观摩尔吸光系数6ε14 nm为1.21×105L/(mol.cm)。钴含量在0~0.5μg/mL内遵循比尔定律。方法简便,快速,且具有良好的选择性,已成功地应用于矿样中微量钴的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

在pH 3.8的H_2SO_4-NH_4Ac缓冲溶液中,W-β-巯基丙酸(MPA)-2,2′-联吡啶配合物产生高灵敏的催化氢波,峰电位在-0.87V(vs.SCE)。峰高与W浓度在0.02~50ng/ml之间呈线性关系,检出限为0.01ng/ml。用拟定的方法测定了天然水中的痕量W,并对配合物的组成、极谱波的性质进行了探讨。  相似文献

在0.24mol/L酒石酸钾钠-0.15mol/L KOH及pH 9.2的NH_4Cl-NH_3·H_2O介质中,Au(Ⅲ)与四(4-三甲铵苯基)卟啉(简称T(4TMAP)P)的配合物于-1.72V(vs·SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附波,波高与Au浓度在0.001~0.25μg/ml内呈直线关系。用泡沫塑料分离富集后,测定地质样品中的痕量Au,结果满意。  相似文献

在邻苯二甲酸氢钾和醋酸混合底液(pH5.0)中,钍与茜素氨羧络合剂(ALC)形成电活性络合物,在单扫描极谱仪上于-0.60V(vs.SCE)产生一灵敏的络合吸附波,其二阶导数峰高与钍的浓度在3.0×10-8~3.0×10-6mol/L呈线性关系,检出限为1.5×10-8mol/L。用等摩尔连续变化法测得该络合物的摩尔比为nTh(Ⅳ)∶nALC=1∶1,并探讨了极谱波的性质和电极反应机理。方法用于矿石和粘土中痕量钍的测定,RSD(n=5)<4%,加标回收试验,回收率为101.5%~103.2%。  相似文献

基于Co(Ⅱ)、Pd(Ⅱ)与4-(5-硝基-2-吡啶偶氮)-1,3-二氨基苯(5-NO2-PADAB)在不同酸度介质中显色的差异,建立了差减法同时测定钴和钯的方法。在室温下,Co(Ⅱ)与5-NO2-PADAB仅能在pH 6.2~8.0定量反应,钴配合物形成后即非常稳定,加酸酸化后,其最大吸收波长由518 nm红移至580 nm,且灵敏度显著提高;而在强酸性介质中仅Pd(Ⅱ)与5-NO2-PADAB能发生显色反应,其最大吸收波长位于586 nm。在586 nm处,钴、钯配合物吸光度具有良好的加和性,其表观摩尔吸光系数分别为1.28×105L.mol-1.cm-1和1.04×105L.mol-1.cm-1。钴、钯的浓度分别在0~0.48 mg/L和0~1.2 mg/L符合比尔定律。所拟方法已用于矿样中钴、钯的同时测定,结果与原子吸收法相符,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)分别为1.6%和1.0%。  相似文献

本文研究了在HCl介质中,Se(Ⅳ)-氯化四苯胂络合物的极谱行为。在0.05mol/LHCl溶液中,该络合物于-0.58V(vs.SCE)处出现灵敏的吸附波。Se的检测下限可达0.0001μg/ml。本文拟定的方法应用于天然水中痕量Se的直接测定,结果良好。  相似文献

在pH10—11介质中,镍与铬天青S、喹啉和CTMAB反应,形成绿色的四元配合物,配合物最大吸收波长为640nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.48×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),其组成比为:Ni(Ⅱ):CAS:喹啉:CTMAB=1:2:2:4。Ni量在0—10μg/25ml范围符合比尔定律。考察了共存离子的影响。方法用于矿物岩石中痕量镍的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

基于0.02mol/L HCl介质中,痕量钴(Ⅱ)对重铬酸钾氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ褪色反应的催化作用,建立了测定痕量钴(Ⅱ)的动力学光度法。钴(Ⅱ)质量在0~4.0μg/L范围内服从比尔定律,方法检出限为0.076μg/L,在25mL溶液中,测定0.1μg钴(Ⅱ)的相对标准偏差为3.8%(n=11)。讨论了酸度、反应物浓度、温度、反应时间、干扰离子等因素的影响。研究了反应的最佳条件,并测定了一些动力学参数。催化反应的表观活化能为40.73kJ/mol。此法可用于井水、蜂蜜和维生素B12中钴(Ⅱ)的测定,相对标准偏差为1.8%-5.7%,标准加入回收率为99.6%~104.2%。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The geological site at Tercis is accepted by the Commission on Stratigraphy as the international reference for the stratigraphy of the studied interval. To cite this article: G.S. Odin, C. R. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Some olistolites reworked in a Tertiary flysch of Mount Parnon (Peloponnesus, Greece) exhibit a Late Permian assemblage, dominated by Paradunbarula (Shindella) shindensis, Hemigordiopsis cf. luquensis and Colaniella aff. minima. This association corresponds to the Late Wuchiapingian (=Late Dzhulfian), a substage whose algae and foraminifera are generally little known. Contemporaneous limestones crop out in the middle part of the Episkopi Formation in Hydra, but they are rather commonly reworked in Mesozoic and Cainozoic sequences. The palaeobiogeographical affinities shared by the foraminiferal markers of Greece, southeastern Pamir, and southern China, are very strong (up to the specific level), and are congruent with the Pangea B reconstructions.
