真藓(Bryum argenteum)和土生对齿藓(Didymodon vinealis)是腾格里沙漠南缘沙坡头地区生物土壤结皮中重要的藓类植物组成成分。我们以真藓和土生对齿藓为材料,研究了逐渐干旱胁迫下两者的活性氧(ROS)清除机制及其差别。结果表明,逐渐干旱胁迫下,真藓的H2O2含量略微升高,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降,可溶性蛋白含量变化不大。在逐渐干旱胁迫下,真藓以过氧化氢酶(CAT)为主,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)为辅,清除其体内活性氧自由基(ROS),抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和过氧化物酶(POD)作用不明显,而谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)和还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)则主要在中度干旱胁迫下起作用。逐渐干旱胁迫下,土生对齿藓的H2O2和MDA含量均显著上升,而可溶性蛋白含量显著下降。在逐渐干旱胁迫下,土生对齿藓以GSH为主,SOD、CAT为辅,清除其体内ROS,APX和GR的作用不明显,而POD则主要在中度干旱胁迫下起主要作用。 相似文献

根系是植物的重要营养器官,轻微的环境变化也会引起根系的变化。采用时空代替法,在毛乌素沙地选取固定沙丘、轻度活化沙丘、中度活化沙丘、重度活化沙丘上的油蒿(Artemisia ordosica)植株,采用全根分层挖掘的方法调查根系生态特征。结果表明:油蒿表现出深根性轴根植物的特点,不同活化程度沙丘油蒿根系生物量均以粗根最大\,中粗根次之\,细根最小,但沙丘的活化显著弱化了油蒿的轴根特征;在沙丘活化的初期(固定沙丘、轻度活化沙丘)油蒿根系垂直方向分布较深(平均200 cm),水平方向分布范围较小,侧根数量较多,随着沙丘活化程度的增加,油蒿根系分布浅层化,侧根数量减少但水平方向分布范围增加,根幅增大,油蒿有向须根植物演变的趋势;从固定沙丘到重度活化沙丘,由于植被盖度的降低,风沙活动的加剧,沙埋的发生导致油蒿地下总生物量不断增加,根冠比也呈增加趋势。生境的改变,导致油蒿根系的分配格局发生改变,最终适应沙丘活化后的土壤水分条件以及相应的生态环境的改变。 相似文献

以塔里木河下游的主要乔木-胡杨为研究样本，结合野外地下水位临测资料，详细分析了塔里木河下游干旱胁迫环境下胡杨体内脯氨酸的累积与变化。分析研究表明，胡杨体内的脯氨酸含量与塔里木河下游地下水位变化存在密切，脯氨酸含量随地下水位降低而增加，二者相关系数达0．913；在不同地下水位埋深条件下。脯氨酸含量的增加幅度有差异；胡杨体内的脯氨酸含量随干旱胁迫的加深而积累，是胡杨对干旱逆境的一种反应。表明塔里木河下游胡杨的生长发育已受到严重的干旱胁迫。 相似文献

在科尔沁不同类型沙地选择几种优势植物进行人工自然脱水、干旱和高温处理,测定了保护酶(超氧化物歧化酶——SOD,过氧化物酶——POD,过氧化氢酶——CAT)活性变化,研究了植物保护酶与其抗膜脂过氧化间关系及其在抗逆中的作用。结果表明,胁迫条件下SOD和POD活性增高,与MDA含量增加成正相关,CAT活性下降与MDA含量增加成负相关。在胁迫处理中流动沙地的沙米、欧亚旋覆花叶片SOD、POD活性增高,MDA含量增高,保护酶清除速率低于氧自由基积累速率导致的膜脂过氧化可能是植株在胁迫中枯死的原因之一;在胁迫处理中半固定沙地的差不嘎蒿SOD、POD活性略上升,但活力较低,其抗逆可能依赖多种途径及生理变化的保护;固定沙地的白草、狗尾草胁迫前POD活性较高,胁迫后SOD、POD活性增加幅度较大,是一真正的依赖保护酶进行抗逆的植物类型。干旱、高温胁迫下SOD、POD协同作用在沙生植物抗膜脂过氧化,保护膜的完整性上起重要作用。 相似文献

钠盐对冬小麦抗旱性增效作用调控机理的生理生态学分析 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
以冬小麦（烟台-2070）为实验材料,苗期对冬小麦进行不同浓度钠盐(NaCl、Na2CO3、Na2SO4)处理,在随后进行的干旱胁迫和复水过程中进行叶片抗逆生理指标变化对比分析,以期探究盐处理在提高小麦抗旱性中的作用和生理调节机理,为未来干旱区农业实施盐水灌溉提供理论依据。实验采用盆栽法,将冬小麦种子盆栽,待长到第7天进行不同浓度钠盐(70 mM, 135 mM, 200 mM, 270 mM)预处理8 d, 然后进行干旱胁迫12 d和复水5 d。分别在盐处理的第4天,第8天,干旱胁迫的第4天,第8天,第12天,以及复水第5天,从不同盐处理中采集冬小麦叶片,分析叶片相对含水量、丙二醛（MDA）、脯氨酸含量及抗氧化酶活力[超氧化物岐化酶（SOD）、过氧化氢（CAT）、过氧化物酶(POD)]的动态变化,同时测定土壤含水量。结果表明,在干旱胁迫过程中,未经盐处理的对照组和低浓度(70 mM)NaCl、Na2CO3、Na2SO4溶液处理的土壤,土壤含水量急剧下降,同时冬小麦叶片相对含水量也相应的急剧下降;而用较高盐浓度处理的土壤和冬小麦叶片含水量降低较慢。在干旱胁迫过程中,对照组冬小麦在短时间（6 d）内干旱叶片便出现萎蔫,并伴随着丙二醛、脯氨酸含量、SOD等抗氧化酶活力急剧增加并一直高于盐处理的冬小麦。相反高浓度盐处理的冬小麦在干旱处理12 d时叶片直立生长良好,叶片MDA、抗氧化酶活力均增加,但增加幅度均低于对照。脯氨酸含量随干旱胁迫增加,但随盐处理浓度增加而上升幅度减小。在复水处理5 d后,叶片含水量均增加,MDA和脯氨酸含量下降,但抗氧化酶活力仍增高。荒漠环境土壤中盐离子一方面可提高土壤和植物的保水率,提高水分利用率,另一方面激活体内的抗氧化酶系统使植物较早获得抗逆能力,这可能是荒漠植物多抗逆性形成的部分生理生化原因。 相似文献

为了研究盐、旱及其交互胁迫下植物生长和生理特性的变化,了解沙漠腹地极端生境下互 叶醉鱼草（Buddleja alternifolia）幼苗的适应性,确定合理的灌溉方式,为沙漠腹地醉鱼草的引种提 供理论依据。通过大田控制实验,设计了 3 个水分梯度和 4 个盐分梯度随机结合实验,定位测量生 长量和生化指标,最后基于隶属函数法综合评价醉鱼草的抗旱耐盐性。结果表明：（1）在干旱胁迫 或低浓度盐胁迫下,醉鱼草的地径、新枝和冠幅生长量均呈上升趋势,而在高盐浓度胁迫下均降 低;水盐交互胁迫下,不同的盐浓度与干旱交互胁迫效果不同,低盐浓度与干旱交互胁迫时（W1S1、 W2S1）,植物生长量均上升,高盐浓度与干旱交互胁迫时（W1S3、W2S3）,植物生长量均降低。（2）无论 是盐胁迫、干旱胁迫还是盐、旱交互胁迫,醉鱼草游离脯氨酸（Pro）含量随着胁迫程度的增加均呈显 著上升的趋势。（3）醉鱼草的超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性和过氧化物酶（POD）活性变化相对复杂, 除了在干旱胁迫时,SOD 活性和 POD 活性都显著下降外,在盐胁迫和交互胁迫时它们各自的变化并 不一致。醉鱼草在盐胁迫、交叉胁迫和干旱胁迫时,渗透调节物质和酶活性各自对应的发生了变 化,没有明显的同步性,存在相互协调的可能,同时植物细胞的敏感性远远强于表型生长的变化, 高盐浓度的伤害并没有表现在植物外部形态上,但酶活性及渗透调节物质却有显著变化。通过隶 属函数分析显示,醉鱼草最佳的生长水盐条件是盐浓度为 8 g·L-1、灌水量为 25 L·次-1,对水盐胁迫 的抗旱耐盐性为：干旱胁迫＞交互胁迫＞盐胁迫。 相似文献

对荒漠植物红砂(Reaumuria soongorica)在UV-B辐射胁迫下不同时间内(0、2、4、6、8、10d)脂质过氧化、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量的变化以及黄酮类代谢途径关键酶活性、代谢产物及代谢产物的抗氧化活性进行了分析,探讨黄酮类代谢响应UV-B辐射胁迫的变化以及与脂质过氧化和光合色素系统的相关性。结果表明:随着UV-B辐射处理时间的延长,叶绿素含量有所降低;类胡萝卜素含量升高;膜脂过氧化程度(以丙二醛(MDA)含量表示)增加;黄酮类代谢途径关键酶黄烷酮3-羟化酶(F3H)活性呈现先增加后降低的趋势,但仍高于处理前水平,二氢黄酮醇4-还原酶(DFR)活性增强,代谢终产物总黄酮含量先降低后恢复至处理前水平,花色素苷(ANS)含量上升;DFR活性、黄酮类代谢产物ANS及总黄酮对DPPH清除率和对MDA形成的抑制率均与MDA以及光合色素系统之间存在显著或极显著的相关性。这表明次生物质黄酮类代谢途径在UV-B胁迫下发挥了抗氧化功能,提高红砂对在UV-B辐射下的自我保护能力。 相似文献

认识植物生理特征对极端干旱的响应有助于理解和预测气候变化对生态系统过程的影响。通过对叶绿素荧光连续监测,研究了油蒿(Artemisia ordosica)光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)、实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)和非光化学淬灭(NPQ)对去除降雨的响应,旨在探讨干旱环境下PSⅡ的光保护机制。结果表明:油蒿叶片ΦPSⅡ和NPQ受光合有效辐射影响呈现出明显的日变化。与对照相比,去除降雨条件下ΦPSⅡ降低、NPQ升高。去除降雨降低了ΦPSⅡ对环境因子的敏感性,提高了NPQ对环境因子的敏感性。去除降雨条件下F_v/F_m的降低是由于PSⅡ反应中心的可逆性失活。这些结果表明极端干旱影响油蒿PSⅡ光化学效率;油蒿通过增加非辐射热耗散来抵抗干旱胁迫。 相似文献

采用盆栽两年生幼苗,研究胡杨(Populus euphratica)在盐胁迫(NaCl浓度0、100、200、300、400 mmol·L^(-1))和干旱胁迫(干旱0、7、14、21、28 d)条件下的生理响应过程及其响应差异。结果表明:在抗氧化酶系统方面,随着盐胁迫和干旱胁迫程度的增加,保护酶超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性均呈现先增加后减小的趋势,不同保护酶的活性应对干旱胁迫和盐胁迫的反应速度和持续时间不同,胡杨通过将多种保护酶进行综合调节以形成整个抗氧化酶系统的防御功能。在渗透调节系统方面,随着盐胁迫和干旱胁迫程度的增加,可溶性糖含量持续增加,其积累对于不同程度的盐胁迫和干旱胁迫的反应速度和持续时间不同,胡杨通过持续性积累有机物质维持渗透平衡以形成渗透调节系统的长效防护功能。在细胞膜系统方面,随着盐胁迫程度的增加,丙二醛含量先减少后缓慢增加,基本维持在较低的水平,而随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,丙二醛含量持续增加,胡杨能够在盐胁迫和轻度干旱胁迫下通过细胞膜系统的适应性调节维持细胞膜结构功能的完整性以实现细胞膜系统的保护作用。在盐胁迫和干旱胁迫时,胡杨通过抗氧化酶系统、渗透调节系统和细胞膜系统进行适应性的调整,从而增强其耐盐性和抗旱性。进行胡杨盐胁迫和干旱胁迫生理响应研究对于黑河下游胡杨幼苗的培育和恢复具有重要意义。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing. 相似文献
