大渡河上游林区森林资源退化及其恢复与重建 总被引：13，自引：2，他引：13
虽然森林采伐后的恢复重建一直是青藏高原东部地区森林经营管理的主要实践活动之一，但有关该区大规模森林恢复重建实践及其存在的问题还不清楚。本文选择大渡河上游林区，分析了该区目前森林资源现状、森林退化及其恢复重建及特点，阐明了该区目前资源管理与恢复重建存在的主要问题，并提出了相应的技术对策。结果表明，该区林地资源丰富，但森林资源量小，覆盖率不足23％，长期采伐导致森林生态系统结构和功能严重恶化；现有恢复重建技术体系不健全，人工成林成功率在高山同峡谷区不足30％，高丘区不足15％；造林树种单一，造林密度过大，抚育管理不力，人工林质量低下；强化对迹地退化过程的深入研究和监测，充分认识迹地环境的制约作用，强化抚育管理，改进和完善现有的森林重建技术体系，增加造林树种，特别是乡土阔叶树种的多样性应该是该区生态恢复重建的关键对策。 相似文献

中国与“丝绸之路经济带”沿线国家在木质林产品方面存在较大的互补性和广泛的合作空间,据此基于2001—2019年中国对“丝绸之路经济带”沿线47个主要出口对象国家的木质林产品出口贸易面板数据,运用随机前沿引力模型,对其出口贸易效率、贸易潜力及其主要影响因素展开分析研究。结果表明:中国对“丝绸之路经济带”沿线47个国家木质林产品的出口贸易效率整体水平一般且存在明显的空间分异特性,但未来出口贸易潜力与提升空间巨大;未来贸易效率提升的关键在于双边经济规模的发展和贸易便利化程度的改善,以及加快中国木质林产品转型升级。从提升与沿线国家贸易便利化水平、积极推动国内林产工业的转型、加大政府对木质林产品出口的扶持力度等3个层面提出对策建议。 相似文献

选取UN Comtrade 2000年—2016年中国与南亚各国相关贸易数据，从中国与南亚的贸易现状入手，对中国在南亚地区的贸易格局进行了分析，并运用HM指数对中国与南亚国家的贸易相互依赖程度进行测算。研究表明：①中国与南亚地区的贸易总额呈增长态势，印度是中国在南亚最大的贸易伙伴；②中国与南亚各国贸易显著不平衡；③中国在南亚的贸易格局一直以印度为主，以巴基斯坦和孟加拉国为辅；④中国出口南亚的主要商品类别的国家间差异在缩小，以资本或技术密集型产品中的机械及运输设备为主；⑤中国进口南亚的主要商品类别的国家间差异较大，但以劳动密集型产品为主；⑥中国出口对南亚国家的依赖程度明显低于南亚国家出口对中国的依赖程度；⑦“一带一路”倡议提出至今，中国出口对南亚国家的依赖程度整体呈增长态势，而南亚国家出口对中国的依赖程度多呈下降态势。 相似文献

中非农产品贸易强度及其国际地位演变分析 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
近年来中国和非洲农业合作日渐频繁，中非农产品贸易也逐渐受到学术界的广泛关注，中非农产品贸易在全球中的横向对比、中国与非洲各国之间的横向对比研究也显得尤为重要。为掌握在全球背景下中非农产品贸易关系及强度的历史状况，利用FAOSTAT中的农产品贸易数据，对中非农产品贸易与其他国家或地区农产品贸易展开横向对比，并对中国与非洲各国之间贸易强度的历史变化进行系统分析。研究结果显示：1）尽管非洲农产品进出口贸易额不断上升，但在世界贸易中的份额持续徘徊在低位，并无显著变化；2）中非之间的贸易关系在1986-2013年间的变化并不突出，欧美仍是其主要的贸易伙伴；3）大多数非洲国家对华年次贸易频率低且贸易量小；4）南非、坦桑尼亚、埃塞俄比亚、马里、尼日利亚、阿尔及利亚、马达加斯加、毛里塔尼亚和尼日尔等国不仅拥有较多农用地资源，且具有较好的对华农业贸易的历史基础。 相似文献

福建省永安市是全国的重点林区县 (市 )之一 ,森林资源比较丰富 ,森林面积达 2 2 5万公顷 ,森林覆盖率 77.8% ,立木蓄积量 215 6万立方米 ,其中可采伐量 836万立方米 ,各项指标均居全省各县 (市 )的前列。但近年来 ,可采伐资源已经有大幅下降的趋势 ,木材的径级越来越小 ,已从 4 0厘米以上下降到 2 0～ 30厘米左右 ,而且木材生产量也大幅度下降 ,直接影响了林业的生产和企业的运行 ,对政府的财政收入和林区人民的生活水平产生一定的影响。面对这种严峻的形势 ,为了不影响林业产品结构和产业结构的调整 ,永安市提出了“建设百万速生丰产工业… 相似文献

森林是能源、木材和非木材林产品、药用和芳香植物、水文功能、生物多样性保护的主要载体,也是国家税收的基本来源之一。研究表明,森林可以极大促进经济增长,并在集约化管理下为当地社区创造就业机会。本文旨在预测森林部门对国民经济的贡献。本文研究的林业经济主要是指木材(timber)、非木材林产品(NTFP)、药用和芳香植物(MAP)以及保护区产生的收益。ARIMA模型可用于预测林业部门的经济贡献。研究发现,在过去15年中,木材/薪材销售的总收入(5019万美元)高于保护区(3758万美元)和非木材林产品的收入(690万美元)。该模型预计,未来十年木材和薪材销售的平均收入将为350万美元/年。同样,在未来十年中,NTFPs/MAPs和保护区的平均收入将分别为约50万美元/年和620万美元/年。因此,实践可持续的森林管理,建立林业苗圃,实施农林业实践以及明晰林业权属,建立以森林为基础的产业,可以改善林业部门的经济状况。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
