在分析高技术产业与区域经济互动机理的基础上,基于系统论视角构建高技术产业与区域经济综合评价指标体系,以2002—2015年数据为样本,运用协调发展度模型对我国东部、中部、西部及东北地区四大经济区域高技术产业与区域经济协调关系进行分析。结果表明:两系统存在较为明显的耦合特征,各区域协调关系在时间上表现出不断上升态势,在空间上呈现不同的发展路径。因此,应从系统论视角看待高技术产业与区域经济发展,各区域应采取不同措施提高两系统的协调发展水平,各区域提升系统协调发展水平的着力点应有所不同。 相似文献

区域社会经济与农业技术扩散环境协调发展研究——以西北地区为例 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
从扩散环境与社会经济协调发展以及协调度的定义出发,利用因子分析和相关分析相结合的方法,设计了一套定量化评价区域社会经济与扩散环境协调发展的方法,并对西北地区352个县域的农业技术扩散环境与社会经济协调发展状况进行了定量化评价.结果表明:根据扩散环境相似性、发展水平相近性、协调发展一致性等原则,利用聚类分析法,可将西北地区各县域分为高度协调发展型、中等协调发展型、初级协调发展型和整体发展滞后型4种类型区域:把空间分布类型转化为时间发展阶段,以发展阶段作为区域社会经济与农业技术扩散环境协调发展状态的背景时,西北地区各县域协调度呈明显的空间"S"型变化特征,根据协调度随社会经济发展的"S"型曲线变化特征,可划分为初级不协调、低级协调、中级协调、高级失调和高度协调5个阶段. 相似文献

着眼于生态脆弱区生态、资源、经济协调发展时空变化，基于协调发展相关理论，构建生态、资源、经济协调发展评价体系，利用耦合协调模型对山西省生态脆弱区协调发展水平变化格局进行研究。结果表明：（1）从子系统综合发展指数来看，山西省生态脆弱区资源系统综合发展指数稍有下降，经济系统综合发展指数稍有上升；生态系统保持着相对较高的发展水平，且发展态势良好。（2）从协调发展度来看，山西省生态脆弱区生态、资源、经济协调发展水平整体上有所提升，以基本协调区域为主，后期比较协调区域开始出现，但并未形成大范围覆盖。（3）政策牵引成为山西省生态脆弱区生态、资源、经济协调发展的主要驱动力。最后从政策驱动的角度对山西省生态脆弱区协调发展提出针对性建议。 相似文献

河西走廊生态环境脆弱,经济发展约束性强,生态与经济协调发展是实现绿洲可持续发展的重要途径.在对河西走廊生态环境与经济发展现状深入分析的基础上,构建了绿洲生态经济系统指标体系,采用熵权法,运用协调发展度模型,对5个绿洲生态经济系统及其子系统的协调发展度及协调度进行了定量分析.结果表明:各绿洲生态效益、经济效益水平均很低,尚不存在良好协调发展区域;绿洲协调发展能力呈现为嘉峪关>金昌>张掖>酒泉>武威的顺序,嘉峪关属于勉强协调发展类生态滞后型区域;金昌、张掖、酒泉、武威同属于濒临失调衰退阶段,其中金昌、酒泉属于生态经济同步型区域,张掖、武威属于经济滞后型区域,据此提出各绿洲的发展方向与对策建议. 相似文献

在对区域PRED系统内涵理解的基础上,比较了它与区域可持续发展的异同。区域PRED系统是以区域人口、资源、环境和发展四个子系统的协调发展为目标,可持续发展是一个宏观的概念,区域PRED系统的协调发展是可持续发展的前提条件．而可持续发展是区域PRFD系统的协调发展最终目标。在对比分析了前人研究区域PRED系统的指标体系和量化方法,结合新疆的实际,对原先较适用于工业发达、环境污染严重的大中型城市的可持续度模型进行了改进。针对西部干旱区特殊的地理环境和农牧业为主体的经济结构,将水资源总量和生态环境因子引入可持续度模型,分别替代模型中原有的资源消耗因子和环境质量因子。水资源总量是制约以农牧业为主的干旱区中小绿洲经济协调发展的重要因子．对于以农牧业为基础产业的干旱区域来说能源的需求远不及对水资源的需求．将水资源总量作为一个指标引入评价模型。同时生态环境变化引起的区域协调发展问题对干旱区尤为重要,西部地区生态环境的脆弱性成为制约经济协调发展的重要因子,是将生态环境引入可持续度模型中的原因。结果表明改进后的可持续度模型用于评价工业不发达、生态环境脆弱的西部干旱区所得结果与该地区的现实基本相符。 相似文献

为了建立区域土地可持续利用指标体系 ,必须透彻了解区域土地利用系统的结构、功能特点以及土地可持续利用的目标 ,准确反映不同区域土地可持续利用水平、诸多方面的的协调发展状况及其相互作用的结果信息。据此 ,本文选取相互独立且反映各方面特征的典型敏感指标 ,构建了包括目标层、准则层、因素层、元素层四个层次的土地可持续利用评价指标体系的结构框架。目标层从宏观层次刻划土地可持续利用系统作用规律 ,反映区域土地利用系统的总体状况。准则层是对评价目标的分解 ,是为了进一步表征区域土地利用系统中各部分对区域土地可持续利用的作用和影响 ,包括生产性、稳定性、保护性、经济活力、可接受性。因素层表征土地利用系统中每个方面的作用和影响 ,每个评价因素由若干评价元素具体表述。 相似文献

通过模糊分级评价方法对西北五省会城市的城市经济、环境与社会协调发展进行评价。首先,对区域经济与环境协调发展评价的研究现状进行梳理;其次,建立城市经济、环境与社会协调发展的评价指标体系,改进和使用模糊分级评价方法, 引入协调度、协调发展度和协调发展趋势指数的模型;再次,对中国西北五省会城市自2003-2009年的经济、环境与社会协调发展状况进行评价分析;最后得出,西北五个城市经济、环境和社会协调发展的总体水平不高,并且城市经济系统、环境系统和社会系统之间的协调发展存在着差异,影响了城市协调发展的总体水平。五城市中协调发展状况最好的是银川,其次为乌鲁木齐、西安、兰州,最差是西宁。应引起注意的是,西安、西宁和乌鲁木齐的社会系统处于衰退趋势。 相似文献

民勤绿洲农田生态系统能值空间分异特征 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
利用能值分析方法对2011年民勤绿洲18个乡镇农田生态系统的环境资源条件、投入产出结构和可持续性进行了系统分析,构建了反映民勤绿洲农田生态系统综合水平的能值指标体系,运用主成分分析方法对其进行了综合评价和排序。结果表明：民勤绿洲农田生态系统可持续性强的是夹河乡,其他乡镇农田生态系统为消费型生态经济系统,可持续性弱;民勤绿洲农田生态系统能值综合水平存在着明显的地域差异,呈现东北片高于西南片、绿洲边缘带高于中心带的地理分布特征;民勤绿洲农田生态系统总体上不具有可持续性,不协调发展型区域和极不协调发展型区域农田面积占民勤绿洲农田总面积的73.68%,强、中、弱协调发展型区域只占26.32%。因此,目前民勤绿洲农田生态系统面临的不可持续性应当引起相关部门的高度重视。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
