基于多尺度融合的高分辨率影像城市用地分类 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
基于面向对象的信息提取技术,针对高空间分辨率遥感影像进行城市用地分类。首先针对不同城市地物,选择适宜的提取尺度;然后探讨不同城市地物类型提取的适宜特征,充分利用光谱、空间结构、上下文关系、纹理等信息描述地物;最后融合不同地物多尺度下的提取结果。以北京市部分地区QuickBird影像为例,实现城市用地类型的自动分类,结果表明:该方法应用于城市用地分类的精度高达86.74%,为高空间分辨率遥感影像城市用地分类研究提供了新思路。 相似文献

针对高分辨率遥感影像快速高效萃取有用信息这一遥感技术应用的热点问题,探讨了基于面向对象(Object-oriented)解译方法的遥感影像自动及半自动解译和提取的新思路.文中分析了面向对象解译方法在地物信息分类应用中的优势,并提出了基于此方法的高分辨率遥感影像多尺度信息提取技术流程.具体结合广州市新白云机场开发区IKONOS高分辨率遥感数据进行地物快速提取、自动分类的试验,并对解译效果进行了评估分析,证明此方法在高分辨率遥感影像地物分类中确实高效可行. 相似文献

20世纪90年代以来,高空间分辨率遥感影像数据的处理已成为遥感领域中的热点与难点。利用具有人的思维特点的面向对象的信息提取技术,对高分辨率遥感影像中的城市用地进行分类,分析和利用高分辨率影像的空间信息、结构信息与光谱特征等,总结了面向对象解译方法的5个步骤,即影像分割、分类方法的选择、地物种类分类,知识库构建、计算机自动分类。分类结果表明：（1）克服了“椒盐现象”;（2）信息提取的总体精度为92.19％,而且各类地物信息的提取精度均有所提高,特别是利用前期分类的拓扑关系有效提取了城市水体与建筑物阴影。 相似文献

以重庆北碚主城区为研究区域,提出一种基于遥感影像的光谱特征、灰度共生矩阵纹理特征和形状特征建立知识规则的方法,对该研究区进行土地利用分类。对QuickBird卫星影像进行分辨率融合,重点分析典型地物的光谱特征和纹理特征,并根据形状特征建立形状指数,综合上述知识建立提取规则对地物进行自动分类。分类结果表明,该方法能够消除单纯利用光谱信息分类的不足,有效解决地物混分现象,达到了较高的分类精度。 相似文献

面向对象的湿地景观遥感分类——以杭州湾南岸地区为例 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
在ENVIEX软件的Feature Extraction平台上,利用LandsatTM影像数据,采用面向对象方法对杭州湾南岸地区湿地景观进行遥感影像分类;通过与基于最大似然法、人工神经网络法、支持向量机法等传统像元方法的相应分类结果进行比较,系统分析了面向对象方法在中低分辨率遥感影像的湿地景观生态分类中的有效性。研究结果表明:①较之单一依据像元光谱值进行分类的传统方法,面向对象方法综合考虑了对象的光谱、空间、纹理、色彩等多种属性特征,因而对于类型复杂多样、分布界限模糊、光谱混淆与混合像元现象严重的沿海滩涂、湖泊、河流等湿地景观具有更好的鉴别能力,也因此获得更高的分类精度(研究区景观分类总精度为88.80%,Kappa系数为0.8765);②面向对象方法在分类中提取的是由同质性像元组成的"对象",且在合理的影像分割下得到的对象破碎化程度较低,因而能在较大程度上减小分类结果中的"椒盐噪声"干扰;而基于像元方法提取的景观类型以离散像元形式组成,难以清晰表征景观的边界、形状等信息,所以分类结果中会有明显的噪声现象;③影像分割在运用面向对象方法进行遥感影像分类过程中具有重要影响,实验结果表明,60%的分割尺度和归并尺度组合较有利于中低分辨率影像的遥感分类;④面向对象分类过程中诸如影像分割精度的评价、最优分割尺度的选取、特征空间的优化等问题,则有待今后进一步探讨。 相似文献

针对高分辨率遥感影像易于反映地物纹理特征的特点,综合利用地物的光谱和纹理特征进行分类,探讨适用于ALOS影像的土地利用信息提取方法。以川东丘陵地区影像为例,基于GLCM提取纹理信息,将提取的纹理特征向量采用赋权值法融合为一个综合纹理信息波段,然后采用面向对象法将其与光谱特征信息共同参与分类。与最大似然法的提取结果对比表明,考虑了纹理特征的面向对象分类方法能明显提高分类精度,Kappa精度提高了0.12;避免了椒盐现象,分割的地类边界具有更好的语义表达,更贴合地物实际分布特征;建筑用地和林地具有明显的纹理特征,而旱地纹理特征不明显。该方法不仅分出了6个基本地物类型,而且对于林地、建筑用地等类型还能进一步细分。 相似文献

ALOS融合影像质量评价及其土地盐渍化应用研究 总被引：2，自引：1，他引：1
将经过配准的同一地区不同空间分辨率和光谱分辨率的遥感影像进行融合是提高土地覆盖/土地利用分析精度的有效途径。采用PCA、IHS、HPF和小波变换融合法对内蒙古杭锦后旗中部地区的ALOS全色和多光谱影像进行融合,并对融合结果进行了定性和定量评价。基于地物光谱特征、解译标志和监督分类法提取试验区土地盐渍化信息,比较多光谱影像和融合影像的土地盐渍化信息提取精度。结果显示,PCA、IHS和HPF融合影像的空间细节表现能力得到提升,而PCA和小波变换融合影像的光谱保真度优于IHS和HPF融合影像;PCA融合影像的盐渍化分类精度、总分类精度和Kappa系数均为最高,是最适于试验区土地盐渍化分类研究的融合方法。 相似文献

植被光谱中可见光部分的吸收谷主要由叶绿素强烈吸收引起,不同植被覆盖度下光谱吸收谷的深度和形状不同,因而可以通过比较光谱吸收谷的深度和形状来提取植被覆盖度。该文采用基于光谱吸收特征匹配的光谱特征拟合SFF方法从高光谱遥感影像中提取植被覆盖度,参考光谱采用ASD光谱仪在影像覆盖地区采集的植被光谱,通过将参考光谱与像元光谱连续统去除处理后进行SFF匹配,完成植被覆盖度的提取并生成植被覆盖度图。研究结果与植被指数、光谱夹角映射方法及实地调查资料之间存在较高一致性。 相似文献

随着高分辨率遥感影像的广泛应用,面向对象的高分辨率遥感影像信息提取技术得到了迅速发展。本文针对高分辨率遥感影像的盐渍地信息提取,探索了面向对象的信息提取技术运用在盐渍地信息提取方面的最优参数选择和规则建立等关键技术,并且将从ALOS影像中提取盐渍地信息的结果与传统分类方法的提取结果进行对比分析。结果表明,利用面向对象方法的盐渍地信息提取总体精度为89.38%,较传统方法提高8.24%,Kappa系数为0.88,较传统方法提高0.08。该方法能实现较为精确地提取盐渍地信息,在高分辨率遥感影像盐渍地信息提取中具有一定的优势。 相似文献

单独利用遥感影像光谱信息进行近海水产养殖信息提取时,养殖水体与自然水体易混淆,而单独利用遥感影像纹理信息提取近海水域水产养殖信息时,单一大块养殖水体与自然水体又难以区分。针对上述问题,利用OLI影像数据,提出了一种综合遥感影像光谱与纹理信息进行水产养殖信息提取的方法。首先,在对研究区养殖水体类型进行光谱特征分析的基础上,采用主成分变换方法,对OLI影像光谱信息进行压缩、挖掘和选取;其次,分析灰度共生矩阵窗口尺寸和纹理特征统计量对研究区水产养殖区域的区分能力,完成纹理特征的选取,并将选取的纹理信息和光谱信息进行特征协同;最后,对特征协同数据进行多尺度分割,根据各水体类型间的光谱特征和纹理特征的差异,构建研究区3种养殖水体的模糊逻辑隶属度函数,实现对研究区水产养殖信息的自动提取。研究结果表明,该方法能较好地提取研究区水产养殖信息,总体分类精度达到97.93%。 相似文献
