基于Landsat8影像时间序列NDVI的作物种植结构提取   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文
为提高内蒙古平原灌区作物种植结构遥感监测精度和效率,提出一种基于时序NDVI曲线的作物种植结构提取方法。以内蒙古土默特右旗平原区为研究区域,以2015年覆盖作物生育期的多时相Landsat影像为数据源,根据不同地物其NDVI值范围不同,将研究区地表分为植被覆盖地表,无植被覆盖地表和水体3类。在植被覆盖区域内,根据林地和荒草地时序NDVI曲线特征,提取林地和荒草地,其余区域即为农田。根据小麦、玉米、葵花和西葫芦的时间序列NDVI曲线特征差异构建分类决策树模型,在农田区域内提取上述作物的空间种植分布信息。研究区各类地物及作物遥感提取面积与实际统计面积接近,土地利用分类总体精度达到85.71%,作物分类总体精度达到82.69%。研究结果表明该方法提取作物种植信息的精度较高,能够实现区域作物种植信息的高效准确监测。  相似文献

利用2015年Landsat 8 OLI遥感影像和DEM作为分类数据源,结合野外调查数据,采用面向对象的分类方法对昆嵛山地区土地覆盖信息进行提取,并对分类结果进行精度评价与比较分析。研究表明:面向对象分类方法提取的各地类连续且边界清晰,分类效果与实际情况基本吻合。昆嵛山地区占主导地位的土地覆盖类型是针叶林,面积为1 546.81 km2。研究区土地覆盖分类的总体精度和Kappa系数分别为91.5%和0.88,其中针叶林、草地、水体和建设用地的生产者精度均达到87%以上。相对于监督分类方法,本研究提出的土地覆盖信息提取方法的总体分类精度和Kappa系数分别提高14.7%和0.17。基于面向对象的中分辨率遥感影像,能够获取较高精度的土地覆盖信息,为大范围土地覆盖分类研究提供方法参考。  相似文献

三江源区湖泊和沼泽遥感影像分类研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
为了进一步了解三江源区的湿地分布现状,尝试利用MODIS 16天合成的归一化植被指数(NDVI)数据,采用决策树分类方法对三江源区湿地的遥感影像进行了分类研究.在数据预处理时,采用中值滤波和主成分变换结合的方法有效地去除了MODIS数据的噪声;在决策树构建过程中,结合DEM数据有效地提取出湖泊;利用象元NDVI时序变化曲线规律,采用先控制曲线形状、再控制拐点阚值的方法对沼泽进行分类.通过精度验证,湖泊的分类精度达到了96.5%,总的分类精度达到了84.2%,Kappa系数为0.78.利用MODIS NDVI时间序列数据和决策树方法能够满足大范围区域湖泊和沼泽遥感影像分类要求.  相似文献

以中国东北地区完达山以北三江平原(下简称小三江平原)为研究对象,利用2010年多时相HJ-1A卫星和HJ-1B卫星CCD影像作为分类数据源,结合野外调查数据,应用多尺度分割算法,根据影像的丰富信息和物候、时相等特征,采用面向对象的分类方法,进行小三江平原的湿地遥感分类。结果表明,湿地二级分类的总体精度为85.45%,总体Kappa系数为0.81。小三江平原湿地主要分布在低洼地区,总面积为9084.16km2;其中,天然湿地面积为2635.09km2,人工湿地面积为6449.07km2。集中分布的水田是小三江平原最主要的景观类型;天然湿地主要分布在自然保护区、河岸附近和国界周围;其中,草本沼泽面积最大。本研究表明,面向对象的分类方法能够有效利用遥感影像提供的丰富信息,产生较高的分类精度;对于中分辨率遥感影像不同分割尺度的组合使用有利于湿地信息的提取。降雨量较多、较少月份影像的选取和物候规律的利用是提取湿地信息的关键。多时相遥感影像数据的使用,改善了洪泛湿地和森林沼泽的分类效果,尤其是水田边界的划分;同时可以提高湿地分类精度。基于面向对象的遥感方法,利用多时相的中分辨率遥感影像,能够获取较高精度的湿地分布信息,是一种成本较低且行之有效的技术手段。  相似文献

以民勤绿洲为研究区,以GF-1遥感影像为数据源,采用面向对象的分类方法,结合分层技术,对影像逐级进行分类,以获取植被信息。根据归一化植被指数(NDVI)阈值区分植被与非植被,分割尺度为10;使用归一化水体指数(NDWI)阈值提取非植被中的水体,分割尺度为35;利用野外采样点获取的训练样本,将植被进一步分为耕地、林地和草地,分割尺度为25。总体分类精度达到83.02%,Kappa系数为0.745 1,比较基于象元的监督分类,其总体分类精度为69.37%,Kappa系数为0.497 0,表明面向对象的分类方法在干旱区绿洲植被信息的提取上较传统的基于象元的分类方法更有优势,分类精度更高。  相似文献

在ENVIEX软件的Feature Extraction平台上,利用LandsatTM影像数据,采用面向对象方法对杭州湾南岸地区湿地景观进行遥感影像分类;通过与基于最大似然法、人工神经网络法、支持向量机法等传统像元方法的相应分类结果进行比较,系统分析了面向对象方法在中低分辨率遥感影像的湿地景观生态分类中的有效性。研究结果表明:①较之单一依据像元光谱值进行分类的传统方法,面向对象方法综合考虑了对象的光谱、空间、纹理、色彩等多种属性特征,因而对于类型复杂多样、分布界限模糊、光谱混淆与混合像元现象严重的沿海滩涂、湖泊、河流等湿地景观具有更好的鉴别能力,也因此获得更高的分类精度(研究区景观分类总精度为88.80%,Kappa系数为0.8765);②面向对象方法在分类中提取的是由同质性像元组成的"对象",且在合理的影像分割下得到的对象破碎化程度较低,因而能在较大程度上减小分类结果中的"椒盐噪声"干扰;而基于像元方法提取的景观类型以离散像元形式组成,难以清晰表征景观的边界、形状等信息,所以分类结果中会有明显的噪声现象;③影像分割在运用面向对象方法进行遥感影像分类过程中具有重要影响,实验结果表明,60%的分割尺度和归并尺度组合较有利于中低分辨率影像的遥感分类;④面向对象分类过程中诸如影像分割精度的评价、最优分割尺度的选取、特征空间的优化等问题,则有待今后进一步探讨。  相似文献

利用ASTER数据,基于The Environment for Visualizing Images(ENVI)ZOOM 软件平台,采用面向对象的多尺度影像分割技术与规则创建相结合方法,提取了珠峰保护区核心区的灌丛植被类型.在对影像进行去阴影处理和各种辅助信息融合的基础上,使用Feature Extraction模块对影像进行分割,基于分割对象的高程、NDVI、纹理和光谱信息创建了适合研究区的灌丛提取规则.研究表明:该分类方法不仅能够克服传统基于像元分类方法中的"椒盐效应"问题,而且能够综合利用辅助信息(DEM、NDVI等)和地物本身的信息(光谱特征、纹理特征等),有效提高解译精度.以已有数据对分类结果进行了检验,分类精度达84 7%,分类结果较理想.  相似文献

城市地物具有多尺度分布特点,尺度鉴别与确定是分类的前提。提出改进的面积相对差指标,根据城市植被的分布状态确定最优分割尺度。采用面向对象方法,利用对象的光谱和空间信息对高空间分辨率影像进行植被分类。与基于像元的传统光谱分类方法和单尺度分类结果比较,最优分割尺度的鉴别和面向对象的分类方法分类精度较高,6种城市植被的分类总精度达85.5%,Kappa系数为0.83;同时有效抑制了光谱数据分类中存在的地物破碎问题。  相似文献

针对种植结构复杂、地形复杂的水稻种植面积遥感提取精度不高现象,结合多时相遥感影像中反映水稻物候规律的特征波段,以南京江宁丘陵山区为例,选择典型水稻物候期时相的TM数据,基于多特征波段构建决策树分类提取水稻种植面积。结果表明:纹理、植被指数、湿度因子、坡度因子等多特征参与决策树分类能够提高总体精度;在具有两期物候数据时提取精度和效率较好,而加入了地形特征的水稻抽穗期数据比水稻灌浆期数据获取效果略好。因此,利用合理的作物物候期数据和该遥感影像的特征波段可有效提高分类精度,为地块破碎区作物种植面积提取提供有效手段。  相似文献

分割和分类是面向对象分类方法的2个基本步骤,分割的效果会直接影响分类的精度。因此本研究以福建省平潭岛的SPOT-5高空间分辨的遥感影像为研究数据,利用正交试验的方法探究该区域多尺度分割的最优参数,并建立分类规则进行分类。最后将基于像元的监督分类与面向对象的分类方法进行比较分析,得到的总体精度分别为77.50%和89.00%。结果表明,由于面向对象的分类方法能更充分的利用影像的光谱信息、几何结构和纹理特征,在高空间分辨率的遥感影像分类中更具有发展前景。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
