目的:观察李扬声自拟定眩方联合氟桂嗪胶囊治疗眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将76 例眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各38 例。对照组予氟桂嗪(脑灵)胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用李扬声自拟定眩方治疗。比较2组临床疗效,临床症状与功能评分,左侧椎动脉(LVA)、右侧椎动脉(RVA)血流动力学指标,血脂水平。结果:总有效率治疗组为89.47%(34/38),对照组为73.68%(28/38),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组临床症状与功能评分、两侧椎动脉最大血流速度及其口径和血脂各项指标水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:李扬声自拟定眩方联合氟桂嗪胶囊治疗眩晕临床疗效显著,能有效缓解患者临床症状,改善椎动脉血流动力学及血脂各项指标水平,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

目的:观察滋肾平眩汤联合西药治疗后循环缺血性眩晕肾阴不足证的临床疗效。方法:将后循环缺血性眩晕肾阴不足证患者98例随机分为2组,每组各49例。2组均给予西医常规治疗,对照组加用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服滋肾平眩汤治疗。1个月后比较2组综合疗效、动脉血流速度、不良反应。结果:总有效率治疗组为87.76%,对照组为71.43%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组基底动脉、右椎动脉、左椎动脉血流速度治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:滋肾平眩汤联合西药可提高后循环缺血性眩晕肾阴不足证的临床疗效,改善血流速度,且不良反应少。  相似文献

目的:探讨耳穴压籽疗法联合半天定眩汤治疗眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取眩晕患者76 例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各38 例。对照组给予甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用耳穴压籽疗法联合半天定眩汤治疗,疗程均为4周。观察比较2组的综合疗效,血液流变学相关指标[(全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数)]、血流动力学相关指标[椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)的平均血流速度(Vm)以及血管搏动指数(PI)]的变化,相关症状(耳鸣、眩晕、呕吐及眼球震颤)持续时间。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.1%(35/38),高于对照组的68.4%(26/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数以及Vm、PI相关指标改善情况均明显优于对照组,耳鸣、眩晕、呕吐以及眼球震颤持续时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压籽疗法联合半天定眩汤可有效促进眩晕患者症状改善,并对血流变学异常等进行有效调节,可推广使用。  相似文献

目的:观察五味消渴方加味联合甲钴胺治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将气虚血瘀型DPN患者60 例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30 例。治疗组予以甲钴胺片合五味消渴方加味治疗,对照组仅予甲钴胺片治疗。2组疗程均为8周,观察2组综合疗效和治疗前后中医证候积分、腓总神经和正中神经的神经传导速度(NCV)[包括运动神经传导速度(MCV)与感觉神经传导速度(SCV)]。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.3%(28/30),明显高于对照组的80.0%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组中医证候积分均较治疗前明显下降,腓总神经和正中神经的NCV均较治疗前明显升高,且治疗组中医证候积分下降幅度、NCV升高幅度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五味消渴方加味联合甲钴胺治疗气虚血瘀型DPN的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广和进一步研究。  相似文献

目的:观察卧位平衡手法联合八段锦治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:将80 例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40 例。治疗组采用卧位平衡手法联合八段锦治疗,对照组采用传统推拿手法治疗。观察2组综合疗效、颈椎活动度、椎动脉平均血流速度、颈椎活动功能评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.0%(36/40),对照组为85.0%(34/40),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组颈椎活动度、颈椎活动功能评分、VAS评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗第10、20天,治疗结束1个月后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2组椎动脉平均血流速度治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:卧位平衡手法联合八段锦治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著,优于传统推拿手法治疗。  相似文献

目的:观察益气化瘀方联合缩宫素鼻喷剂治疗产后子宫复旧不良的临床疗效。方法:将气虚血瘀型子宫复旧不良患者60 例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30 例。治疗组予以缩宫素鼻喷剂联合益气化瘀方加减治疗,对照组予以缩宫素鼻喷剂联合益母草胶囊治疗。2组均治疗7 d后停药3 d复诊,记录止血时间,采用超声测量治疗前后子宫体积及宫腔内回声最大径的变化,评定综合疗效,观察不良反应发生情况。结果:临床有效率治疗组为96.67%(29/30),显著高于对照组的86.67%(26/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组止血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组子宫体积及宫内异常回声直径线均较治疗前减小,且治疗组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组服药过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论:益气化瘀方联合缩宫素鼻喷剂有助于改善气虚血瘀型产后子宫复旧不良患者临床症状,促进其子宫复旧,提高临床效果,减轻患者痛苦,且未见不良反应,安全性高。  相似文献

目的:观察益气扶正方对经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术围手术期患者的影响。方法:将80 例冠心病行PCI术成功患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40 例。对照组于围手术期予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用益气扶正方治疗。观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、凝血功能及PCI术后6个月冠状动脉再狭窄发生率。结果:2组中医证候积分及血液流变学指标治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);冠状动脉再狭窄率治疗组为7.5%(3/40),对照组为27.5%(11/40),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCI术围手术期运用中西医结合治疗可改善患者气虚血瘀症状,减少术后并发症发生。  相似文献

目的:观察温针灸合舒络汤对糖尿病周围神经病变气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将120 例糖尿病周围神经病变气虚血瘀证患者随机分为对照1组、对照2组、治疗组,每组各40 例。对照1组采用西医常规治疗,包括基础治疗、饮食控制、运动疗法、口服降糖药物及营养神经等,对照2组在对照1组的基础上加用舒络汤治疗,治疗组在对照2组的基础上加用温针灸疗法。观察3组患者治疗前后神经传导速度、中医证候积分的变化,评定3组综合疗效及中医证候疗效。结果:综合疗效、中医证候疗效治疗组分别为80.0%(32/40)、82.5%(33/40),对照1组分别为62.5%(25/40)、62.5%(25/40),对照2组分别为70.0%(28/40)、72.5%(29/40),治疗组综合疗效及中医证候疗效均优于对照1、2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组神经传导速度、中医证候积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后治疗组与对照1、2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸合舒络汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变气虚血瘀证疗效显著。  相似文献

目的:探讨针刺结合菖泽定眩汤治疗以孤立性眩晕为首发症状的急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将120 例以孤立性眩晕为首发症状的急性脑梗死住院患者按照随机数字表法分为联合组(基础治疗+针刺+菖泽定眩汤)、常规组(基础治疗+常规西药)、针刺组(基础治疗+针刺)、中药组(基础治疗+菖泽定眩汤),每组各30 例。比较4组治疗前后中医证候积分、眩晕程度[视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分]、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,并评价综合疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:总有效率联合组为93.33%(28/30),常规组为53.33%(16/30),针刺组63.33%(19/30)、中药组为76.66%(23/30),组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后4组中医证候积分、VAS评分、NIHSS评分、血清Hcy水平均低于治疗前,且联合组均低于其余3组,针刺组和中药组均低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后4组BI评分、血清SOD水平均高于治疗前,且联合组均高于其余3组,针刺组和中药组均高于常规组(P<0.05)。4组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:运用针刺联合菖泽定眩汤治疗以孤立性眩晕为首发症状的急性脑梗死,能减轻患者眩晕症状,促进神经功能恢复,降低血清Hcy含量,提高血清SOD含量,改善患者生活质量,安全可靠,值得临床推广与应用。  相似文献

目的:观察刃针结合Mulligan手法及微波治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将66例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各33例。对照组采用Mulligan手法及微波治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加刃针治疗。结果:愈显率治疗组为84.9%,对照组为60.6%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组颈性眩晕症状与功能(ESCV)评分、椎动脉及基底动脉血流速度治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:刃针结合Mulligan手法、微波治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有较好的临床疗效。  相似文献

Results from numerical experiments with an atmosphere-ocean general circulation model coupled to the carbon evolution cycle are analyzed. The model is used to carry out an experiment on the simulation of the climate and carbon cycle change in 1861–2100 under a specified scenario of the carbon dioxide emission from fossil fuel and land use. The spatial distribution of vegetation, soil, and oceanic carbon in the 20th century is generally close to available estimates from observational data. The model adequately reproduces the observed growth of atmospheric CO2 in the 20th century and the uptake of excess carbon by land ecosystems and by the ocean in the 1980s and 1990s. By 2100, the atmospheric CO2 concentration is calculated to reach 742 ppmv under emission and land-use scenario A1B. The feedback between climate change and the carbon cycle in the model is positive, with a coefficient close to the mean of all the current models. The ocean and land uptakes of the CO2 emission by 2100 in the model are 25 and 19%, which are also close to the mean over all models.  相似文献

Cited topics are formation of the western boundary current and its variation associated with imposed wind stress, some effects of a marine ridge on the boundary current, coastal upwelling circulation and coastal thermohaline front formation. A five-level oceanic primitive equation model has been developed. This model is integrated numerically with annual mean wind stress and heat flux at sea surface for 30 a. A short review of snow cover parametrizations used in different atmospheric general circulation models is given. The results of comparison of 20-year mean integral characteristics of snow cover for North America and Eurasia obtained in three Russian models in the AMIP-2 experiments with observations and reanalysis data are analyzed. Results of the models of the Hydrometeorological Centre of Russia, the Institute of Numerical Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the Voeikov Main Geophysical Observatory are used. It is shown that all models better reproduce snow cover characteristics of Eurasia than those of North America, and snow area is reproduced with smaller errors than snow mass. It is also shown that the fall and winter snow cover formation is simulated more closely to the reference data than the spring snowmelt. It is also shown that 20-year mean snow cover changes in watersheds of the Siberian Ob, Yenisei, and Lena rivers are well reproduced in all models. In the fall and winter period of snow cover formation, the model results are close to one another. During a spring rapid snowmelt, the model of the Hydrometeorological Centre is closer to the reference data.  相似文献

We present a numerical model of Black Sea circulation based on primitive equations with improved spatial resolution in the coastal zone. The model equations are formulated in a two-pole orthogonal coordinate system with arbitrary locations of the poles and a vertical σ coordinate. Increased horizontal resolution is gained by displacing the pole into the vicinity of the separated subdomain. The problem is solved over a grid with a variable step. The northern coordinate pole is displaced to the vicinity of Gelendzhik; the grid step varies from 150 m in the coastal zone to 4.6 km in the main basin. We simulated the fields of currents, sea level, temperature, and salinity under the given atmospheric forcing in 2007. The model is capable of reproducing the large-scale Black Sea circulation and submesoscale variations in the coastal currents.  相似文献

Simple numerical experiments on two-dimensional coastal upwelling are made with emphasis on the role of non-geostrophic solenoidal field of density in the formation of double-celled circulation and multi-celled density front. Geometry of shelf and slope is not taken into account. Existence of poleward undercurrent presumably caused by the longshore variation of the large scale pressure field is also suppressed for the sake of simplicity.The results are, (1) double-celled circulation revealed in the present experiment is closely related with the internal frictional layer, where the horizontal density gradient balances with the vertical gradient of the longshore velocity and the vertical diffusion of the vorticity. (2) density front formed by the emergence of the pycnocline to the sea surface is successively advected offshoreward by the Ekman transport. (3) the pycnocline intersecting the sea surface forms the density front which is nearly vertical on account of the small scale convection. The surface currents converge at the front and construct an anti-clockwise circulation (viewed from the lee side). (4) small coefficient of eddy viscosity and strong wind stress lead the Ekman transport unstable and form a multi-celled structure in the frontal region.  相似文献

The influence of the nonbreaking surface wave-induced mixing under the mixed layer on the oceanic circulation was investigated using an isopycnal-coordinate oceanic circulation model. The effect of the wave-induced mixing within the mixed layer was eliminated via a bulk mixed layer model. The results show that the wave-induced mixing can penetrate through the mixed layer and into the oceanic interior. The wave-induced mixing under the mixed layer has an important effect on the distribution of temperature of the upper ocean at middle and high latitudes in summer, especially the structure of the seasonal thermocline. Moreover, the wave-induced mixing can affect the oceanic circulation, such as western boundary currents and the North Equatorial Currents through changes of sea surface height associated with the variation of the thermal structure of the upper ocean.  相似文献
