借助重心迁移、面板分位数回归分析法研究2003—2015年中国省域水资源“农转非”的时空格局、过程及机制。研究表明：① 水资源“农转非”呈显著空间分异特征,自东南沿海向西北内陆逐渐递减,且北方地区总体低于南方地区。② 水资源“农转非”重心轨迹波动较大,2003—2008年受重庆、青海、云南的引擎拉动呈西南向移动,2008—2015年在西部省份水资源“农转非”减缓,以及辽宁、吉林、北京等水资源“农转非”提升的共同影响下,呈持续东北向迁移。③ 产业结构变动、市场化水平提高、人均水资源拥有量及生态环境改善是水资源“农转非”主要驱动力,水资源利用比较收益、经济发展水平及人口规模等因素则制约了非农用水占比的提升,城市化水平与农业有效节灌率在不同时段对不同等级地区的作用方向与强度呈相反态势。 相似文献

云南省是一个水资源总量丰富而又相对短缺的特殊省份。人口的增加、城市化进程的加快、社会经济的迅速发展进一步加剧了水资源的贫乏。在详细分析云南省水资源现状的前提下，针对云南省水资源的特点和现实问题，根据水资源在自然界水系统与社会水系统之间的循环理论，从开源和节流两个途径在提高全民水忧患意识、加强水工程建设、改善水生态环境、防污治污、节约生活生产用水、合理水定价以及健全水管理体制等7个方面提出了实现该省水资源可持续开发和利用的对策。 相似文献

文章依据水资源需求平衡方程，对青岛市1999年城市水资源供需处于基本平衡的关系进行了研究，并预测2005年和2010年水资源需求量为4．37亿t和6．02亿t，增长较快，但水资源的供给能力有限，缺口较大。最后，对水资源的利用提出了应统一规划和加强管理，使可持续用水与保护相结合，大力推广节水技术，进一步完善法规等对策措施，实现水资源的可持续利用。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
