<正> 一、我国天然林资源现状 我国现有森林总面积13370万公顷,总蓄积117.85亿立方米。其中:天然林面积8727万公顷,占全部森林面积的65%,蓄积83.75亿立方米,占林分总蓄积的71%。 按目前森林的保护状态可将这些天然林分为三类:一是已处于基本保护态的天然林,主要包括552个森林类型的自然保护区、874个森林公园、尚未开发的西藏林区、已实施保护的海南热带雨林等,面积约2000万公顷,占天然林总面积的23%;二是相对零散分布于全国各地的天然林,面积1769万公顷,占  相似文献

天然林资源保护工程是在中国广泛开展的一项重要生态建设工程。本文在构建生态多元评估指标体系的基础上,评估工程实施的生态成效,对于其进一步决策与管理具有重要的科学意义。通过遥感、生态系统质量等多源数据融合,采用生态系统宏观格局、生态系统质量、生态系统服务等方面指标的现状和时空变化特征,评估小陇山地区天然林保护一期工程(2000-2010年)实施成效。结果表明:①工程实施后,小陇山地区落叶阔叶林、落叶阔叶灌木林、草地等生态系统类型的面积大幅度增加,生态系统宏观状况转好,其中黄河流域生态系统宏观状况转好趋势明显好于长江流域。②研究区叶面积指数(LAI)和最大植被覆盖度(FC)在2000-2010年期间的多年变化斜率分别为0.022和0.510,生态系统质量上升趋势明显。其中黄河流域改善程度高于长江流域。③2010年研究区固碳量为700.20 t/hm2,相比工程初期的2000年增加了4.69%;工程实施之后的10年间,研究区水源涵养量呈增长趋势,土壤保持量亦呈增长趋势;就流域而言,黄河流域的生态系统服务的提升程度均更为明显。  相似文献

森林是陆地生态系统的主体,在国家生态安全屏障保护与建设中发挥着重要的作用。我国大规模造林实践都依从年降雨量400 mm的阈值,在高于该降水阈值的地区造林。但针对西藏高原高海拔地区造林,无论是实践经验和理论探讨方面都很少涉及。在高海拔地区造林的最高海拔和树种选择需要遵循什么原则?以及以往高海拔地区造林的经验教训给我们什么启示?这些都是值得进一步思考的问题。本文从植被地带性分布规律出发,提出高海拔造林要遵从植被地带性分布原则和温度限制原则,指出植树造林要在森林分布区内、气候树线分布的海拔以下的区域才有可行性。以西藏高原东部森林分布格局和主要气候树线树种的分布海拔上限为例,论证了植树造林的潜在空间范围。从主要造林树种的生物学特性和气候生态位的角度,对可能用于造林的乡土树种及其造林立地条件进行了厘定,并指出了那曲造林存在的问题。总之,在西藏高海拔地区造林需要遵从地带性植被分布规律,重点考虑海拔上限和适宜树种选择问题,采用乡土树种,做到适地适树。  相似文献

简要论述了北方农牧交错带的自然地理特征,评述了农牧交错带历史时期以来北移西进造成与自然地带的错位,过度垦殖不仅导致交错带本身的生态破坏,还对黄河流域下游及华北平原带来严重的负面影响。依据自然界的地域分异规律对交错带及毗邻地区还林还草进行了分区,并在退耕还林还草背景下,对"三北"防护林工程做了评价,指出东北西部、华北北部山地造林完全正确,而内蒙古和西北广大地域不宜造林,当务之急应该是制止植被破坏,保护沙生植被、荒漠草原和典型草原植被。并建议有关决策部门对"三北"防护林工程进行重新审视。  相似文献

通过长江上游地区典型小流域和重大洪水事件有关森林植被变化与洪水方面资料的分析,揭示小流域森林面积的增加,可减少洪峰流量模数,而在森林-土壤系统被前期降雨充分润湿的情况下,紧接着的暴雨可引起洪峰流量的快速增加;指出开展长江上游地区森林-土壤系统截留蓄水容量本底调查及其分类与分区,对指导当前森林植被恢复重建与保护工作的健康发展及搞好防洪工作有重要的意义。  相似文献

长江上游天然林资源保护工程已经全面启动,鹤庆县作为云南省金沙江流域首批试点县已经实施了近5年,工程进展十分顺利。为了加强对天然林资源保护工程的管理,应用GIS技术建立了鹤庆县天然林保护工程地理信息系统。系统采用PowerBuilder8.0和MapObjects2.2进行集成二次开发,实现了对县级范围内的天然林资源保护工程地理信息的输入、存储、显示、查询、分析和应用,为天然林资源的信息管理、合理利用、工程规划与实施以及辅助决策等提供多方面的数据信息,为政府部门保护天然林资源提供了手段和依据。  相似文献

根据<中国植被>的区划,将收集的全国984个样点的森林数据归并到5种气候带类型中,计算了各类型森林以及同一类型森林(分人工林和天然林)的生物量和净第一性生产力,还计算了不同气候带森林各器官的平均生物量和净第一性生产力.结果表明,从寒温带到热带各类型森林的生物量和净第一性生产力逐渐增加,天然林的生物量大于人工林生物量;除热带林外,人工林的净第一性生产力大于天然林净第一性生产力.  相似文献

随着我国长江中下游地区淡水森林湿地面积的急剧减少,退化森林湿地的植被恢复对保障长江流域的生态安全至关重要。在我国安徽安庆市湿地生态脆弱区,根据该地区的土壤类型以及森林湿地木本植物资源,筛选出6种湿地适生树种,分别为枫香、美洲黑杨、中山杉、垂柳、金丝垂柳、池杉;建立了3种淡水森林湿地植被恢复多物种配置模式,取得了较好的生态、经济和社会效益,为全球变化背景下我国长江中下游地区退化淡水森林湿地植被恢复和重建提供了科学依据和技术支撑。  相似文献

大渡河上游林区森林资源退化及其恢复与重建   总被引:13,自引:2,他引:13  
虽然森林采伐后的恢复重建一直是青藏高原东部地区森林经营管理的主要实践活动之一,但有关该区大规模森林恢复重建实践及其存在的问题还不清楚。本文选择大渡河上游林区,分析了该区目前森林资源现状、森林退化及其恢复重建及特点,阐明了该区目前资源管理与恢复重建存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的技术对策。结果表明,该区林地资源丰富,但森林资源量小,覆盖率不足23%,长期采伐导致森林生态系统结构和功能严重恶化;现有恢复重建技术体系不健全,人工成林成功率在高山同峡谷区不足30%,高丘区不足15%;造林树种单一,造林密度过大,抚育管理不力,人工林质量低下;强化对迹地退化过程的深入研究和监测,充分认识迹地环境的制约作用,强化抚育管理,改进和完善现有的森林重建技术体系,增加造林树种,特别是乡土阔叶树种的多样性应该是该区生态恢复重建的关键对策。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
