社会经济发展过程中农村青壮年劳动力外流、预期寿命延长以及生育率下降使得乡村人口老龄化形势愈发严峻,因此科学认知农村人口老龄化的发展演化及其机理对于推进乡村振兴战略的实施具有重要意义。基于2000年和2010年人口普查数据,采用标准差椭圆、空间自相关、多元线性回归等分析方法,本文揭示了中国县域农村人口老龄化的时空格局及其形成机制,探讨人口老龄化背景下的乡村振兴对策。结果显示:① 2000—2010年,中国农村老龄人口主要分布在胡焕庸线东南一侧,在空间分布上保持“东北-西南”格局。② 2000年全国有48.26%的区县农村尚未步入老龄化,主要分布在西部、东北地区和中部的江西和湖北东部;到2010年,仅有17.54%的区县农村未进入老龄化,主要分布在胡焕庸线西北一侧及大兴安岭地区。③ 植被覆盖指数、死亡率、每千人卫生机构床位数、受教育水平、农民人均可支配收入与农村人口老龄化水平呈现正相关关系,人口净流出率、出生率、城镇化率、少数民族人口占比、海拔、人均GDP则呈现负相关关系。老龄化背景下,应积极推动新型城镇化和县域经济发展,构建城乡融合发展的体制机制和可持续发展的内生机制,同时逐步放开生育限制,降低人口的风险暴露,进而减缓人口老龄化发展,推动乡村振兴战略的实施。  相似文献

基于经济引力模型与空间自相关理论,运用空间—时间热点分析方法,系统收集2001年至2014年间人均GDP、进出口总额和外商在豫直接投资实际利用额等经济指标,对位处中原地带的河南省经济空间结构时空演变路径进行分析。结果表明:(1)全省各市经济发展具有内在相关性,以郑州市为中心形成了经济发展核心带动区,并对其辐射范围内相邻城市经济,表现出明显正向带动效应。而东南部地区城市间,经济发展较为落后且经济联系强度较弱,城市经济彼此之间带动作用不显著,因此,在全省范围内最终形成了较为典型的"中心—外围"模式经济空间结构。(2)人均GDP以市为单位呈现出较强的空间自相关性,全省中西部为高水平经济发展集聚区,而东部经济发展水平则普遍低于全省的平均水准。(3)在该研究区域内,各市经济在空间上的集聚过程随时间的变化整体上呈现出较为稳定的演变状态,且与人均GDP的演化趋势、外商和港澳台商在豫直接投资情况,均表现出较好的一致性。全省经济发展的地域演变方向与国家出台的经济政策具有紧密的联系。  相似文献

中国人口老龄化区域差异及驱动机制研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
基于中国第五、六次人口普查数据,分析中国省域人口老龄化的程度、速度、社会经济影响、空间差异及其驱动机制。结果表明: 2000~2010年中国人口老龄化处于初级老龄化阶段且不断加深,区域差异缩小,东部地区低速增长,中西部地区老龄化与养老负担快速增加。老年人口密度属较低密度区,从东向西呈梯度降低。 中国省域人口老龄化程度及空间布局是人口自然增长、人口机械增长、经济水平等因素相互调节与空间分异的综合结果。 各机制系数空间异质性的综合作用促使老龄化大致由南北向分异转变为东西向分异的空间格局。省际人口迁移从根本上制约如今的中国人口老龄化空间格局。  相似文献

基于2000、2010和2020年3次全国人口普查数据,以区县作为空间单元,采用时序比较法、标准差椭圆、Moran’s I指数、Dagum基尼系数及分解,以及空间计量回归模型,对成渝地区双城经济圈县域人口老龄化的时空演变与影响因素进行了分析,结果显示:1) 2000—2020年,成渝地区双城经济圈县域人口老龄化整体呈加速加深的趋势,但不同区域及2010年前后呈现相对不同的变化;2)成渝地区双城经济圈县域人口老龄化主要表现出相似类型集聚的空间分布特征,且考察期内低-低型集聚的区县逐渐向成渝两大城市集中,而2010年之后,高-高型集聚的区县快速向成渝两大城市中轴线的两翼集中;3)成渝地区双城经济圈县域人口老龄化的整体差异在考察期内加速扩大,且不同时期区域内差异增减变化不一,区域间差异的扩大更多发生在2010年之后,人口老龄化的整体差异主要源于超变密度的较大影响;4)与2010年相比,不仅老龄化惯性、生育惯性、人口流入以及教育水平等因素在2020年对成渝地区双城经济圈人口老龄化空间分异的影响更大,且2010年后有越来越多的老龄人口向人口更密集的区县集聚。  相似文献

中国新时代“两个十五年”的现代化强国战略周期,恰恰是快速人口老龄化纵深发展期,人口年龄结构快速老龄化与经济社会之间的发展不平衡矛盾将日益严峻。本文利用广东省第四次、第五次、第六次人口普查资料、2015年广东省1%人口抽样调查资料、香港统计年刊和澳门统计年鉴数据,运用空间自相关分析法、柯布-道格拉斯生产函数和空间回归等方法,研究2000—2015年粤港澳大湾区人口老龄化的时空特征及其经济效应,结果表明:① 粤港澳大湾区人口老龄化进程慢于广东省,更慢于全国,但于2015年已进入老年型I期。② 粤港澳大湾区老龄化呈动态演变特征,空间上以香港和江门为起点,经西北向北扩散的“C”型分布模式,高收入城市以澳门和香港为起点向北扩散,最终形成中心-外围的空间分布格局。③ 粤港澳大湾区人口老龄化对经济增长具有负向影响,老龄人口增加1%,人均GDP降低3%。人均固定资本投入和人均人力资本投入有正的经济效应,人均人力资本投入带来的正向效应要大于人均固定资本投入。鉴于此,粤、港、澳三地应建立起协同治理模式,构建跨境的养老合作机制;促进产业结构升级,充分利用人力资本促进技术创新,并正确评估不同阶段人口老龄化对经济增长的影响,妥善处理好人口老龄化与经济之间的关系至关重要。  相似文献

吉林省人口老龄化时空分异特征及成因   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文基于地理信息软件ArcGIS 10.1,选取老年人口系数为人口老龄化指标,运用人口重心模型、空间自相关和半变异函数等分析方法,对吉林省第四次、第五次、第六次人口普查数据进行分析,探讨1990-2010年吉林省人口老龄化时空分异特征,并采用多元线性回归方法解释其形成原因。研究结果表明:①吉林省各县市人口老龄化差异明显,进程加快,重心由西北向东南方向移动,但移动速度减缓;②吉林省人口老龄化存在正的空间自相关性,在空间的集聚呈现先弱后强的变化趋势;③人口老龄化高—高区向东部集聚,低—低区向西部集聚的趋势比较明显;④总体上吉林省人口老龄化空间的结构化分异较为明显,随机性因子引起的空间异质性程度较弱,人口老龄化的空间差异主要体现在东—西方向上;⑤出生率始终是影响吉林省人口老龄化的主要因素,迁出率对人口老龄化发展起关键作用,人均GDP年对人口老龄化呈负相关,城市化率对人口老龄化的推动作用愈发显著。  相似文献

基于1995,2000,2005,2010年相关数据分析中国农村人口老龄化省际差异,在此基础上划分老龄化类型。研究结果表明:中国农村老年人口分布呈"东高西低""南高北低"的态势,中西部农村人口老龄化增速明显,老龄化范围由沿海向内陆迅速扩张。根据老龄化程度和老年人口增长速度将农村人口老龄化划分为快速减少浅度老龄化、快速减少深度老龄化、慢速减少深度老龄化、慢速增长浅度老龄化、慢速增长深度老龄化、快速增长浅度老龄化、快速增长深度老龄化7种类型,1995—2000年有5种类型,其中快速增长与慢速减少深度老龄化类型集中于长三角地区,快速与慢速增长型浅度老龄化类型由环渤海地区向内陆延伸;2000—2005年有4种类型,其中快速增长深度老龄化类型在空间上呈"沿海带"和"内陆带"分布,快速增长浅度老龄化类型空间上表现为"J"型连片分布;2005—2010年有5种类型,其中快速增长老龄化类型表现为零散、碎片分布,快速减少深度老龄化类型集中于长江流域。经济发展因素、人口自身因素、农村发展因素和文化教育因素是影响农村人口老龄化区域差异的主要因素。  相似文献

基于空间滤波方法的中国省际人口迁移驱动因素   总被引:4,自引:5,他引:4  
人口迁移数据中往往存在较强的网络自相关性,以往基于最小二乘估计的重力模型与迁移数据的拟合度较低,而改进后的泊松重力模型仍存在过度离散的缺陷,以上问题均导致既有人口迁移模型中的估计偏差。本文构建了特征向量空间滤波(ESF)负二项重力模型,基于2015年全国1%人口抽样调查数据,研究2010-2015年中国省际人口迁移的驱动因素。结果表明:① 省际人口迁移流间存在显著的空间溢出效应,ESF能有效地提取数据中的网络自相关性以降低模型的估计偏差,排序在前1.4%的特征向量即可提取较强的网络自相关信息。② 省际人口迁移流之间存在明显的过度离散现象,考虑到数据离散的负二项重力模型更适用于人口迁移驱动因素的估计。③ 网络自相关性会导致模型对距离相关变量估计的上偏与大部分非距离变量估计的下偏,修正后的模型揭示出以下驱动因素:区域人口特征、社会网络、经济发展、教育水平等因素是引发省际人口迁移的重要原因,而居住环境与公路网络等因素也逐渐成为影响人口迁移重要的“拉力”因素。④ 与既有研究相比,社会网络因素(迁移存量、流动链指数)对人口迁移的影响日益增强,而空间距离对人口迁移的影响进一步呈现弱化趋势。  相似文献

基于扩展的环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC),利用1995-2015年中国省际面板数据探讨旅游发展对区域碳排放的影响,同时分析了经济增长、贸易开放程度、失业率、受教育程度和城市化水平等因素对碳排放的影响作用。研究表明:① 传统经济增长与碳排放之间的倒“U”型EKC假说成立,受教育程度(-0.061)、失业率(-0.062)和贸易开放程度(-0.170)的提升有利于降低人均CO2排放量,其中,贸易开放程度的减排作用最为明显;城市化水平(2.113)的提高会增加人均CO2排放量。② 旅游发展对区域碳排放的影响显著,具体表现为:旅游接待人次与人均CO2排放量拟合曲线呈正“U”型,而人均旅游消费与人均CO2排放量则呈现典型的倒“U”型曲线良性发展状态。③ 旅游专业化水平的提高会使得EKC向下方移动,经济发展的环境压力得到减轻,且高旅游专业化区域旅游接待人次与人均CO2排放量之间关系的转折点相对较高,而其人均旅游消费与人均CO2排放量之间关系的转折点则相对较低。  相似文献

受功能文化区理论和距离衰减定律的影响,中国边界县区凸显出明显的特性,这种“边界效应”深刻影响到老龄化进程。利用2000、2010年分县人口普查数据,统计分析边界县区人口老龄化时空格局,通过空间分析方法和路径分析模型,剖析中国边界县区老龄化进程的影响机理。研究表明:①2000—2010年中国边界县区老龄化率虽低于全国平均水平但增速明显,且集中分布的趋势在相对减弱,空间差异增大,总体上呈现出东南-西北方向较为明显的分异;②热点县区集聚带基本分布于中国东南部,冷点县区集聚带基本分布于中国西北部,且热点县区显示出由东向西扩展、由北向南转移的趋势;③中国边界县区老龄化的直接影响因子为预期寿命、生育率和迁移率。其中预期寿命和生育率对边界县区老龄化有正向效应,迁移率则对边界县区老龄化产生负向效应;且预期寿命影响强度最大,迁移率次之,生育率影响强度最弱;④经济因素、社会因素、家庭因素和自然因素作为外生变量,分别对边界县区老龄化率产生直接和间接的影响。其中正向因子按总效应值依次为人均教育水平、家庭结构、居住条件、人居环境指数、人均GDP和城镇化率,对老龄化率产生促进作用。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
