自发地理信息(VGI)是一种新兴的地理数据采集方式,具有数据更新快、细节丰富、覆盖范围广等优势。利用VGI数据可以对道路网实现快速更新;但是由于VGI数据是非专业自发共享的,且数据采集时多使用非专业设备,所以存在数据质量不高的问题。大量VGI数据对同一地理要素的重复采集与融合处理则可改善数据的质量,文中以多人采集的道路网数据为例,结合矢量要素的匹配与融合理论,设计一种适用于道路网VGI数据的匹配与融合算法。首先在路段结点处建立缓冲区进行结点匹配,再根据路段距离相似度进行路段匹配,最后再利用Delaunay三角剖分融合算法对匹配后的同名路段进行融合。将匹配融合后的道路网与原始道路网VGI数据及Google影像图叠加对比分析,结果表明利用本文算法可有效地实现道路网VGI数据的匹配与融合。  相似文献

针对VGI数据中检测更新的问题,该文提出基于径向基函数的神经网络自动匹配算法。通过选取路段的距离、方向、形状和长度4个空间特征的相似度作为衡量路段是否匹配的指标。考虑到4个空间特征指标对匹配的影响力不同,在RBF(radial basis function)神经网络中的隐含层对基函数引入粒度拉伸因子,使径向对称的RBF顾及各向异性。同时对输出层在线性加权求和函数的基础上引入sigmoid函数,使计算结果(路段的匹配度值)归一化。该算法对数据质量较差的VGI路网具有很好的匹配能力,与BP神经网络相比,RBF神经网络在地图匹配中具有更好的匹配效率。  相似文献

Volunteered geographic information (VGI) can be considered a subset of crowdsourced data (CSD) and its popularity has recently increased in a number of application areas. Disaster management is one of its key application areas in which the benefits of VGI and CSD are potentially very high. However, quality issues such as credibility, reliability and relevance are limiting many of the advantages of utilising CSD. Credibility issues arise as CSD come from a variety of heterogeneous sources including both professionals and untrained citizens. VGI and CSD are also highly unstructured and the quality and metadata are often undocumented. In the 2011 Australian floods, the general public and disaster management administrators used the Ushahidi Crowd-mapping platform to extensively communicate flood-related information including hazards, evacuations, emergency services, road closures and property damage. This study assessed the credibility of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s Ushahidi CrowdMap dataset using a Naïve Bayesian network approach based on models commonly used in spam email detection systems. The results of the study reveal that the spam email detection approach is potentially useful for CSD credibility detection with an accuracy of over 90% using a forced classification methodology.  相似文献

随着科学技术的不断发展,志愿者地理信息(volunteered geographic information,VGI)已经成为地理空间数据中最为重要的来源之一。为了充分利用志愿者地理信息,需要进行VGI与传统地形图数据的匹配与融合。开发了一种全新的数据自动匹配与融合算法,其目的是将ATKIS道路网数据(由德国联邦测绘局所采集的官方数据)与AOSD数据(由大量志愿者携带定位仪器进行户外徒步或骑行所获取的轨迹数据)匹配并融合起来,从而丰富传统地理信息数据的内容,并实现数据的增值。考虑到ATKIS数据与AOSD数据在空间表达上的差异很大,所开发的算法包括了道路要素的智能化分割、道路要素匹配、道路网数据融合以及融合后道路网内部要素间的匹配运算与数据集成等4个过程。大量实地数据的测试结果表明,该算法具有匹配成功率高、准确率高、运算速度快等优点。  相似文献

提出了一种顾及结构和几何特征的道路网自动选取方法。综合考虑道路的度中心性、集聚系数和路划的几何长度等道路选取影响因素,提出一种道路重要性评价方法。实验结果表明,本文方法能够很好地保持选取道路网的整体与局部结构、拓扑结构以及路网连通性。基于该方法,由大比例尺地图选取出的小比例尺地图与相应标准比例尺地图保持较高的一致性,表明该方法是稳定可靠的。  相似文献

Recent advances in network science and the development of volunteered geographic information (VGI) have created new research opportunities in the topological analysis of road networks. The degree correlation of road networks is rarely studied. This study applied four measures, including the average degree of nearest neighbor, correlation profile, Newman's assortativity coefficient, and Litvak–Hofstad's assortativity coefficient, to measure the degree correlations of road networks represented as dual graphs of strokes, axial lines, and named roads. After investigating 100 road networks worldwide obtained from OpenStreetMap, it has been found that road networks are mostly disassortative or uncorrelated in stroke and named road representations, but assortative when represented as axial lines. Inconsistency in different measures persists regardless of method of representation; therefore, qualitative dichotomy or trichotomy is insufficient to describe the actual connection pattern in road networks. A taxonomy of road network assortativity is proposed. Two of the proposed disassortative types are associated with the absence of a grid pattern and are less robust than the typical disassortative type.  相似文献

Initiatives that rely upon the contributions of volunteers to reach a specific goal are growing more and more with the success of Web 2.0–interactive applications. Also scientific projects are testing and exploiting volunteers' collaboration, but the quality of information obtained with this approach is often puzzling. This paper offers a rich overview of many scientific projects where geographic contributions are committed to volunteers, to the aim of defining strategies to improve information quality. By describing real examples of Volunteer Geographic Information (VGI), the contribution establishes a categorization based on the characteristics of the information, tasks, and scopes of the projects. After a discussion on the relationships of categories and VGI quality, the paper analyses techniques to improve the quality of volunteered information according to the moment of its assessment (i.e., ex ante, ex post, or both with respect to information creation). The paper outlines the main limitations of the different approaches and indicates some guidelines for future developments.  相似文献

充分利用出租车GPS时空轨迹数据分布广和时效性强的特点,提出一种基于车载GPS轨迹数据的路网拓扑自动变化检测新方法。该方法首先利用向量相似性度量模型,度量GPS轨迹向量与路网局部拓扑向量之间的相似性,检测疑似道路拓扑变化点,然后通过比较疑似道路拓扑变化点与路网拓扑关系,完成新增、废弃、改建等道路变化,实现基于车载GPS轨迹的路网拓扑自动变化检测。实验结果表明,该方法不仅有效地检测出道路新增、道路废弃与道路改扩建等变化,而且能利用出租车实时和大范围分布特点来实现城市路网大范围实时变化检测。  相似文献

已有的道路网匹配方法需要一定的人为干预和控制,仍无法实现匹配自动化,而且对于具有一定尺度差异的数据而言,受不相关道路对象的影响,匹配结果中会存在较多的误匹配。为此,本文提出一种顾及几何特征和拓扑连续性的由粗匹配到精匹配的分层匹配策略。粗匹配阶段,利用短边中位数Hausdorff距离计算匹配对象的相似度,再以道路网弧段端点的近邻分析结果作为匹配阈值,判断匹配对象是否为同名实体;精匹配阶段,将粗匹配阶段评价结果中离散的同名实体构建为完整的道路Stroke,即以追踪的方式剔除误匹配和添加漏匹配。利用宿城区不同尺度的道路网对所提算法进行验证,结果表明,该算法具有较好的匹配效果,能够实现匹配自动化。  相似文献

Object matching is used in various applications including conflation, data quality assessment, updating, and multi-scale analysis. The objective of matching is to identify objects referring to the same entity. This article aims to present an optimization-based linear object-matching approach in multi-scale, multi-source datasets. By taking into account geometric criteria, the proposed approach uses real coded genetic algorithm (RCGA) and sensitivity analysis to identify corresponding objects. Moreover, in this approach, any initial dependency on empirical parameters such as buffer distance, threshold of spatial similarity degree, and weights of criteria is eliminated and, instead, the optimal values for these parameters are calculated for each dataset. Volunteered geographical information (VGI) and authoritative data with different scales and sources were used to assess the efficiency of the proposed approach. According to the results, in addition to an efficient performance in various datasets, the proposed approach was able to appropriately identify the corresponding objects in these datasets by achieving higher F-Score.  相似文献

This article presents an approach to hierarchical matching of nodes in heterogeneous road networks in the same urban area. Heterogeneous road networks not only exist at different levels of detail (LoD), but also have different coordinate systems, leading to difficulties in matching and integrating them. To overcome these difficulties, a pattern‐based method was implemented. Based on the authors' previous work on detecting patterns of divided highways, complex road junctions, and strokes to eliminate the LoD effect of road networks, the proposed method extracts the local networks around each node in a road network and uses them as the matching units for the nodes. Second, the degree of shape similarity between the matching units is measured using a Minimum Road Edit Distance based on a transformation. Finally, the proposed method hierarchically matches the nodes in a road network using the Minimum Road Edit Distance and eliminates false matching nodes using M‐estimators. An experiment involving matching heterogeneous road networks with different LoDs and coordinate systems was carried out to verify the validity of the proposed method. The method achieves good and effective matching regardless of differences in LoDs and road‐network coordinate systems.  相似文献

Mobile user identification aims at matching different mobile devices of the same user using trajectory data, which has attracted extensive research in recent years. Most of the previous work extracted trajectory features based on regular grids, which will lead to incorrect feature representation due to lack of geographic information. Besides, most trajectory similarity models only considered one single distance measure to calculate the similarity between users, which ignore the connection between different distance measures and may lead to some false matches. In light of this, we present a novel user identification method based on road networks and multiple distance measures in this article. The proposed method segments a city map into several grids and road segments based on road networks. Then it extracts location and road information of trajectories to jointly construct user features. Multiple distance measures are fused by a discriminant model to improve the effect of user identification. Experiments on real GPS trajectory datasets show that our proposed method outperforms related similarity measure methods and is stable for mobile user identification. Meanwhile, our method can also achieve good identification results even on sparse trajectory datasets.  相似文献

获取现势性的交通道路数据是数字城市和智慧城市建设的基础,基于传统测绘的道路网更新方法存在一定局限性,而基于众源数据及行车轨迹数据更新道路网近年来则倍受关注。首先提出了一种新的道路变化增量更新方法,该方法先对历史道路网建立面拓扑结构,生成由道路网组成的最小闭合面域(道路网眼);然后以道路网眼为基本控制单元,综合利用轨迹点上下文距离信息和隐马尔可夫模型(hidden Markov model,HMM),提取失配轨迹点和失配轨迹段;最后采用缓冲区分析和最大密度法对失配轨迹提取骨架线,创建新增道路,增量更新历史道路网。实验结果表明,以道路网眼为控制单元,利用轨迹点上下文距离分析和HMM捕获失配轨迹点,可提高失配轨迹点的提取效率,改善道路网更新效果。该方法可用于大规模路网的增量式更新。  相似文献

The development of a wheelchair user friendly route planning application inherits a number of special requirements and details that need to be considered during the generation of the routing graph and the corresponding algorithm, making this task much more complex than car or pedestrian related applications. Each wheelchair type and, more importantly, each individual user might have different needs with regards to the way condition or other criteria. This study proposes a new approach to route planning for wheelchair users tailored for individual and personal requirements provided by the user and the calculation of a reliability factor of the computed wheelchair path. The routing graph is based on the freely available Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI) retrieved from the OpenStreetMap (OSM) project. The newly created algorithm is evaluated and tested for a selected area in Bonn, Germany. A new reliability factor is introduced that gives direct feedback about the quality of the generated path. Similar factor estimations can also be utilized for multiple route planning applications where VGI or other commercial or administrative data is implemented and more detailed factors than a simple geometric representation of a street network are of importance.  相似文献

In this article, we present a fuzzy model for intrinsic quality assessment of Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI) on species occurrences obtained by Citizen Science (CS) biodiversity monitoring programs. The proposed VGI quality assurance approach evaluates the thematic and positional quality of the crowdsourced biodiversity observation in terms of the trustworthiness of the observation by combining three indicators of consistency with habitat, consistency with surroundings, and reputation of contributor, that characterize the geographical and social aspects of trust in VGI. To evaluate the performance and usability of the proposed approach for evaluating the trustworthiness of crowdsourced observations and detecting thematic and positional errors in crowdsourced observations, the developed approach was applied to the crowdsourced observations on Acer macrophyllum collected through the CS biodiversity monitoring projects of E-Flora BC and iNaturalist. The result of a conformity test at the optimal acceptance threshold (sensitivity = 0.99, specificity = 0.8, and Cohen’s kappa = 0.79), the achieved area under the curve (AUC) value (AUC = 0.98), and the results of the complementary investigation on the predictions of the proposed model indicated that the proposed fuzzy trust model exhibited promising predictive performance and was able to flag the majority of attribute and positional errors in the crowdsourced biodiversity observations.  相似文献

行人路网的完整性和准确性是保障步行导航服务的关键。当前的行人路网大多是基于室外道路设施构建的,缺乏室内可步行路径的数据支持,无法在导航应用中提供准确、真实的最优路径规划服务。鉴于此,本文提出了一种基于众源数据的室内外一体化行人路网构建方法,采用智能手机定位传感器与惯性传感器记录的众源轨迹,首先对缺失或者漂移的室内步行数据进行筛选,然后使用改进的行人航位推算(PDR)方法推算出准确的室内轨迹,进而采用莫尔斯理论生成涵盖室内外行人路径的完整行人路网。试验分析中对搜集到的260条步行轨迹数据进行行人路网构建,并使用高精度测量设备采集真实路网数据进行对比分析,结合OSM数据对试验结果进行综合评价。试验结果表明,本文方法能够准确、完整地生成室内外一体化行人路网。  相似文献

The amount of volunteered geographic information (VGI) has increased over the past decade, and several studies have been conducted to evaluate the quality of VGI data. In this study, we evaluate the completeness of the road network in the VGI data set OpenStreetMap (OSM). The evaluation is based on an accurate and efficient network-matching algorithm. The study begins with a comparison of the two main strategies for network matching: segment-based and node-based matching. The comparison shows that the result quality is comparable for the two strategies, but the node-based result is considerably more computationally efficient. Therefore, we improve the accuracy of node-based algorithm by handling topological relationships and detecting patterns of complicated network components. Finally, we conduct a case study on the extended node-based algorithm in which we match OSM to the Swedish National Road Database (NVDB) in Scania, Sweden. The case study reveals that OSM has a completeness of 87% in the urban areas and 69% in the rural areas of Scania. The accuracy of the matching process is approximately 95%. The conclusion is that the extended node-based algorithm is sufficiently accurate and efficient for conducting surveys of the quality of OSM and other VGI road data sets in large geographic regions.  相似文献

利用复杂网络理论,构建城市复杂路网模型,基于该模型从道路的结构和功能特征角度,以连接度、介中心和接近度为度量指标定义道路重要度评价模型,并顾及路网的整体形态及路网的拓扑连通性,提出基于复杂网络理论的路网综合算法。为检验方法有效性,针对成都市道路网络进行实验分析。实验结果表明,该道路重要度评价模型较好地反映道路在整个路网结构和功能上的重要程度,复杂路网综合算法能较好地保持原始路网的整体形态结构特征。  相似文献
