Delimitation of an urban growth boundary (UGB) can effectively curb disorderly urban expansion, optimize urban development space and protect the ecological environment. Eco-environmental sensitivity was evaluated and areas prohibiting construction expansion were extracted by establishing an index system. Point of interest (POI) and microblog data were utilized to analyze the expansion of residential activity space. Urban space expansion potential was calculated using a comprehensive evaluation model, and an urban growth boundary for Jinan in 2020 was delimited combining the predicted urban expansion scale. The results showed that: (1) An evaluation of eco-environmental sensitivity can effectively protect ecological land and provide an ecological basis for urban expansion. Regions with high eco-environmental sensitivities in Jinan are located along the banks of the Yellow River and Xiaoqing River and in southeast mountainous areas, but eco-environmental sensitivities in the central, north and southeast areas are relatively low; (2) The model to evaluate urban residential activity expansion can quantify the spatial distribution of urban residents' activities. Regions with high potential for residential activity space expansion in Jinan are mainly concentrated in the middle of Jinan and most are part of existing built-up areas and surrounding areas; (3) The method that delimits urban growth boundaries based on the coordination of ecology and residential activity space is reasonable. Spatial expansion in Jinan mainly extends towards the east and west wings, and the boundary conforms to the spatial strategy guiding Jinan’s development and is consistent with the overall layout in related plans. Considering both ecological protection and the internal forces driving urban expansion, the method of urban growth boundary delimitation used in this study can provide a reference and practical help for studies and management of urban development in the new era.  相似文献

新型城镇化背景下,传统粗放的城镇土地利用模式难以为继,控制城市规模、优化空间格局已成为当前国土资源管理的重点工作之一。城市增长边界(UGB)作为一种西方国家控制城市蔓延的技术手段和政策工具已逐渐被引入国内。采用文献资料法和归纳演绎法,梳理并分析了国内外城市增长边界的理论模型、划定方法与实效评价,挖掘未来城市增长驱动力和增长边界制定方法可能的研究方向,为后续研究和未来其在中国的实践提供参考。结果表明:① 城市增长边界实证研究的理论基础主要源于古典单中心城市模型,由于国情不同,国内主要关注经济水平、产业结构和可达性对城市增长的影响,而国外在此基础上还关注公共政策和服务、外部性以及主体间的博弈对城市蔓延的促进或抑制作用;② 城市增长刚性边界划定主要以土地适宜性和承载力评价为基础,弹性边界可采用元胞自动机进行空间辅助模拟;③ 国外城市增长边界的实施效果具有地区差异性,国内目前还缺乏城市增长边界实施效果评价相关方面的研究。因此,城市增长驱动力后续研究应吸纳多源理论,识别不同尺度下其机理特征,探索宏观环境的情景变量对微观环境下“驱动力—城市增长”这一关系的影响。城市增长弹性边界制定需要考虑城乡土地利用转换背后不同情景下主体间的复杂博弈对用地转换在空间上分布的决定作用。为了保证政策的持续性和统筹区域发展,未来需要明确城市增长边界的管理机构,制定对应的法律条款和管理体系。  相似文献

Abstract

Urban growth is a significant trend in Africa. Scholarly attention and urban planning efforts have focused disproportionately on the challenges of big cities, while small and medium-sized urban settlements are growing most rapidly and house the majority of urban residents. Small towns have received some attention, but very few studies have focused on secondary cities. This paper offers a study of urban transformations, migration and residential mobility patterns in Arusha, a rapidly growing secondary city of Tanzania. Arusha functions as a major attraction for migrants and in-migration is a central dynamic shaping transformation processes in central areas characterized by high population turnovers, vibrant rental markets and widespread landlordism. There is also a considerable degree of intra-urban residential mobility within and between central areas. Intra-urban residential mobility is the most important dynamic shaping transformation processes in peripheral areas characterized by long-term urban residents moving from central parts of the city as part of a process of establishing themselves as homeowners. Overall, the paper provides crucial insights on how migration and residential mobility patterns influence processes of urban growth and transformation in the context of large secondary city, and thereby contributes to fill a significant knowledge gap on secondary cities in Africa.  相似文献

运用系统性思维,在综合考虑国土空间全要素、协调空间规划各阶段的前提下,结合资源环境承载能力评价、国土空间开发适宜性评价(“双评价”)与FLUS-UGB模型,提出了城镇开发边界划定的系统流程,包括基于“双评价”识别本底特征、基于功能遴选划分功能适宜区和基于FLUS-UGB模型划定边界3个步骤。以长春市为例,基于2010-2015年土地利用数据进行模型模拟与精度验证,总体精度为0.922 3,Kappa系数为0.844 6,表明模型具有较高精度,进而模拟了2035年长春市城镇发展形态,划定了城镇开发边界,并制定了切实有效的管控手段。这套划定方法以科学评价识别前端本底,以协同共生整合中端功能,以有机生长优化末端布局,为长春市国土空间开发与保护格局的确立迈出了稳健的一步。  相似文献

回顾了城市扩张模拟的研究进展,发现相关研究在表达城市系统的复杂性特征时存在较多问题,主要原因是未能较好地反映城市扩张与驱动因子间的相互作用与反馈机制。部分研究虽然隐含地考虑了这种"因-果"相互作用关系,但尚未形成一套成熟的框架体系,主要表现在:1)从研究深度看,反馈机制的实现尚无一套系统的方法;2)就研究广度而言,目前城市扩张模拟较少考虑多类别反馈机制的综合作用。新理论与方法(如复杂系统与网络)的引入及模型耦合等是未来基于反馈机制的城市扩张模拟研究的重要方向。  相似文献

为创造更好、更适宜人们居住、生活和工作的空间,不断提高市民的生活质量,选择城市的生活方便性、健康性、居住安全性、环境舒适度和出行方便性等为指标,在问卷调查量化数据的基础上,采用层次分析法和Q型聚类分析方法,从行政区和不同功能片区两个角度,进行了大连城市居住适宜性空间评价,以期为大连城市建设提供参考。研究表明:大连城市居住适宜性以位于市区政治经济商业中心的区域得分最高,西、北部市郊结合部排名最后,部分远郊区宜居性虽然较好,但各指标分值差异却很大。总体而言,大连城市宜居性在空间格局上体现出由中心城区向外围逐渐降低、差异程度变大的特性,该空间特征分析结论与行政区评价结果具有很好的一致性。  相似文献

Knowledge-intensive economic resurgence and social restratification are evidently reshaping the intra-urban space of Los Angeles .In particular, the expansion of white-collar employment is inducing marked readjustments in the geography of housing for these workers, and is promoting significant gentrification of inner-city neighborhoods. Existing accounts of gentrification in the United States are briefly adjudged in relation to (a) the recent historical record of urban change and (b) the theory of land redevelopment. A cartographic and statistical analysis of white-collar residential change in Los Angeles County is then undertaken. The analysis points to the evolving spatial structure of pertinent job opportunities together with related land redevelopment dynamics as the dominant factors underlying recent shifts in white-collar residential activity in the County. Further investigation suggests that gentrification trends in Los Angeles represent a special and problematical case of this broad process of white-collar residential change. .  相似文献

Spatiotemporal patterns of urban growth can help identify impacts of urbanization, assess conceptual models of that growth, help predict future change, and inform associated urban management policies. Using multi-temporal spatial data (1938-2014), we categorized the newly urbanized area in Treasure Valley, Idaho into four urban growth forms and six urban land use classes. A time series analysis of new development revealed the existence of decadal-scale variability of urbanization at various levels of urban land use. Alternating dominance of dispersion and compaction processes were observed at the urban patch level. A similar periodicity was observed between edge-expansion and infill in terms of growth forms, and between residential and commercial development at the land use level. Our observations also indicate that recent urban densification is occurring in the Treasure Valley, similar to some other metropolitan regions in the United States.  相似文献

城市扩张是反映经济增长的重要指标,但随意的城市扩张也带来了严重的社会经济问题、环境问题以及城市土地管理问题。在这个背景下,理解城市扩张的过程对于指导城市的可持续增长具有重要意义。本研究采用基于遥感影像的监督分类方法,分析了甘达基流域内的两个大城市—博卡拉和巴拉普尔1990–2018年的城市用地变化。结果表明:在过去的28年,博卡拉和巴拉普尔的城市面积分别显著扩张了300%和近500%。人口增长、城市基础设施和便利的生活方式引起周边地区向城市的人口迁移,是造成本研究区城市扩张的主要原因。除此之外,不断变化的城市定义和城市边界的扩张是造成城市快速扩张的关键因素。由于上述两个城市拥有高水平的商业活动以及现代化的设施,未来城市规模可能继续扩大。应当通过城市规划和政策减少随意的城市扩张,从而实现城市的可持续发展。  相似文献

作为控制城市蔓延的重要工具之一,城市增长边界(UGBs)已经在国际学术界得到了广泛的关注和研究。从控制机制来看,由于规划城镇建设用地边界具有控制城市增长的法律地位,与西方国家的UGBs较为相似,因而可以被视为中国特有的一种UGBs。该边界的制定在我国经过了长期的实践,然而以往的方法往往缺乏充分的科学依据。因此,本文提出一种基于约束性元胞自动机来制定城市增长边界的方法,该方法考虑了城市发展的综合因素,能够较为客观、全面地反映城市增长的时空动态变化过程,并能体现众多城市发展政策的影响效果。利用约束性元胞自动机模型,以北京市域为研究区域,制定了中心城、新城和乡镇三个层次的UGBs。实证分析表明,利用该方法与传统方法所制定的UGBs存在一定的差异,因此在拟定新的UGBs或改进现有的UGBs过程中,应当充分考虑这一情况,参考该方法的模拟结果建立更为科学合理的UGBs。  相似文献

基于知网1996—2019年的文献数据,利用CiteSpace对中国城镇开发边界研究进行知识图谱分析,系统梳理研究动态和发展脉络。结果表明,中国开发边界研究逐渐繁荣,学者彼此间合作呈现“整体分散,局部紧密”的局面,相关研究机构合作不足,研究热点呈现多元化的态势,并受政策导向影响明显。结合国家政策法规和时区图谱,将中国开发边界研究划分为理论初探、认识深化、划定探索、划管结合4个阶段,反映了中国开发边界研究经历了从控制城市蔓延、保护耕地、保障生态安全到塑造美丽国土、控制城市形态、促进城市转型、兼顾平等发展权以及保障城市可持续发展的转变。最后从生态补偿机制、边界划定精度、多样化的管控模式、边界试行期制度、人的需求5个方面提出城镇开发边界的政策建议。  相似文献

In this article, we use parcel-based land-use data to analyze 50 years of residential development in the Toronto region. We test two hypotheses: (1) Toronto’s form does not conform to conventional definitions of suburban sprawl and (2) Toronto’s suburban development shows high levels of continuity over time with relatively high densities and mixed housing types. Contrary to recent research suggesting a convergence of urban forms among North American metropolitan regions, Ontario’s robust planning system has created a distinctive, highly consistent pattern of residential development that has, for half a century, achieved many of the core goals of smart growth including relatively compact, contiguous, and concurrent development. This form continues to be automobile dependent, however, and is not producing many of the benefits ascribed to smart growth. Rather than continuing to adopt United States-inspired smart growth policies, a more ambitious set of initiatives will be required to address current regional challenges.  相似文献

Knowledge on urban land-use change and its driving forces has vital significance in the practice of urban planning and management. However, the characteristics of historical, long-term changes and their quantitative relationships with the urban environment are still poorly understood. Based on multi-source data, including remote sensing imageries, large-scale topographic maps, historical maps, multi-temporal city maps, and other urban thematic maps, high-quality spatial information on urban land use in the built-up area of Changchun has been extracted for 1898, 1932, 1954, 1976, 1990, 2002, and 2012 by means of geographic information systems and remote sensing. We found that the land-use structure and spatial configuration has undergone tremendous alterations according to urban function in the 100-year history of Changchun city. The built-up area of Changchun expanded from 2.26 km2 in 1898 to 328.12 km2 in 2012, increasing about 144 times over the past century. Historically, the development of Changchun can be categorized into three stages: the initial forming stage, the old industrial development stage, and the modern metropolis development stage. Commercial and industrial land expanded rapidly following the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, with an increase from 1.74 km2 in 1954 to 15.91 km2 in 2012, and from 16.45 km2 in 1954 to 107.05 km2 in 2012, respectively. Although there was substantial growth in residential land use (from 1.81 km2 in 1898 to 113.95 km2 in 2012), the area percentage of residential land decreased continuously (from 80.09% in 1898 to 34.73% in 2012). Moreover, it was noted that the spatial configuration and structural percentage for commercial, industrial, and residential lands and others had tremendous divergences at different stages. These divergences of land-use structure occurred between the stages and were associated with social regimes and the functional orientation of urban society across the 100 years of historical development. Socio-economics, population growth, and planning policies from specific stages, especially after 1949, had strong effects on the divergence of urban structure.  相似文献

以典型山地城市重庆市主城区为研究对象,基于住宅小区空间矢量数据和多源兴趣点(Point of Interest,POI)数据,采用标准差椭圆、圈层缓冲区分析、扩展强度指数、景观格局分析和地理加权回归(GWR, Geographically Weighted Regression)方法,对近20 a重庆市主城区住宅小区的空间演变特征和驱动因素进行研究。结果表明:① 重庆市主城区居住用地现状布局呈现中心-外围结构,且从中心到外围斑块逐渐大型化发展。② 居住用地空间演化经历快速增长和增速下降2个扩张阶段,其中1999—2003年城市居住用地扩展强度最大。居住用地扩张以南北向为主,近些年东西向扩张趋势明显。③ 城市规划、交通条件、公共服务设施、地形因素共同对城市住宅小区用地扩展产生显著影响。显著性总体上为:到中心商务区(CBD)的距离>路网密度>轨道交通站点可达性>医院可达性>坡度。④ 同一驱动因素在不同区位对住宅小区扩展的影响具有较明显空间异质性。  相似文献

Cellular automata (CA) stand out among the most commonly used urban models for the simulation and analysis of urban growth because of their ability to reproduce complex dynamics, similar to those found in real cities, from simple rules. However, CA models still have to overcome some shortcomings related to their flexibility and difficult calibration. This study combines various techniques to calibrate an urban CA that is based on one of the most widely used urban CA models. First, the number of calibration parameters is reduced by using various statistical techniques, and, second, the calibration procedure is automated through a genetic algorithm. The resulting model has been assessed by simulating the urban growth of Ribadeo, a small village of NW Spain, characterized by low, slow urban growth, which makes the identification of urban dynamics and consequently the calibration of the model more difficult. Simulation results have shown that, by automating the calibration procedure, the model can be more easily applied and adapted to urban areas with different characteristics and dynamics. In addition, the simulations obtained with the proposed model show better values of cell-to-cell correspondence between simulated and real maps, and the values for most spatial metrics are closer to real ones.  相似文献

以2006 年大连市大规模调查问卷为基础数据, 运用数理统计和GIS 分析手段, 从“居住安全性”、“生活方便性”、“居住舒适性”、“出行便利性” 和“环境健康性” 五大类指标出发, 首先, 对大连的城市宜居性的综合水平和各要素进行了评价; 其次, 研究了宜居性评 价结果与居民的收入、家庭构成、学历、年龄、性别等社会经济属性特征之间的相关关系;然后, 按照居民的四类社会属性, 利用聚类分析方法, 研究了大连工薪阶层、年轻白领、低收入阶层和年轻打工族等四类人群对城市宜居性的评价差异, 其中, 拥有高收入和高学历的工薪阶层和年轻白领对大连的宜居现状满意;低收入阶层和年轻打工族收入偏低, 居住区主要位于市郊和老工业区等, 对大连的宜居性评价较低。  相似文献

中国快速城镇化过程中已经出现了城市增长与收缩并存的现象,其中收缩型城市中又以资源型城市较为典型。研究城市增长与收缩过程及其影响因素有助于优化资源型城市发展路径以及制定合理的规划策略。本研究以黑龙江省鸡西市、鹤岗市、双鸭山市、七台河市为研究案例,从城市比较研究的思路入手,利用均方差决策法、偏最小二乘法等方法定量化表征4市城市增长与收缩过程并分析其影响因素。结果表明:① 4市并不是处于持续收缩的状态,而是增长与收缩交替进行。② 从城市增长与收缩过程的影响因素方面看,鸡西市主要受居民收入与消费情况影响,鹤岗市主要受产业及投资影响,双鸭山市主要受制造业和外部投资影响,七台河市主要受煤炭产量影响。③ 从差异性角度分析,城市增长与收缩过程以及影响因素的差异主要由替代产业选择差异、城市间竞争、外部性影响所决定。  相似文献

城镇化的快速发展带来城市各类土地用地规模、空间格局与利用强度的改变。论文基于互联网爬虫技术获取郑州市城市住宅小区时空数据,以住宅小区面积与容积率为指标,通过标准差椭圆、核密度分析以及局部空间自相关等方法,分析郑州市城市住宅用地扩展的时空特征与集聚变化情况。结果表明:① 随着主导因素的转变,1985—2019年郑州市住宅用地面积增加趋势明显,但2017年之后呈现下降趋势;住宅用地容积率由缓慢增长趋势逐渐转变为快速增长趋势。② 受常住人口总量迁移规律影响,在研究期内郑州市住宅用地重心由西南向东北移动,但仍主要分布在市内五区交界处;受经济重心的斜“N”变化趋势影响,其东西向迁移速度大于南北向迁移速度。③ 随着住宅用地数量的快速增加,城市住宅用地空间溢出效应更加显著,由分散向集聚演变,空间分异程度由局部突出转变为区域平衡为主。④ 街道尺度下住宅用地容积率出现明显的空间自相关性,经济发展区、城市规划商业中心区成为容积率高—高集聚区,而生态涵养区成为容积率低—低集聚区。  相似文献
