介绍了微珠比色测定砷和镉的野外现场快速分析方法.微珠比色法测砷以钼酸铵为显色剂,在HNO3介质中,As(Ⅴ)与钼酸铵生成砷钼杂多酸,再用SnCl2还原生成砷钼蓝,硅、磷、锗干扰测定,可进行萃取加以分离,检出限为10 ng,RSD(n=21)为13.3%.微珠比色法测镉以2-吡啶偶氮-2-萘酚为显色剂,锌、钴、铜等20多种离子干扰测定,可加入二安替比林甲烷-三氯甲烷进行萃取,加以分离,检出限5 ng,加标回收率为100%~106%,RSD(n=21)为3.0%.对国家一级标准物质中痕量砷和镉进行测定,结果与标准值相符.  相似文献

从某矿山水体中分离筛选出一株抗铊细菌菌株,对其进行了初步鉴定,并对Tl+吸附特性和初步机理进行了研究。16S r DNA序列结果分析表明,该菌株分属于假单胞菌,命名为pseudomonas sp.(登录号:JN397897)。该菌株最大抗Tl+浓度为60 g/L,溶液p H值、吸附时间、初始浓度、菌体生物量及摇床转速对Tl+吸附具有一定的影响,结果表明,菌株在铊初始浓度60mg/L,吸附时间60 min,p H 6.0,摇床转速150r/min,生物量2.0 g/L时,吸附效果最佳,在该条件下,JF901709菌株对铊的吸附率可达87.92%。  相似文献

报道了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(5,6-二甲基-1,2,4三氮唑)-三氮烯(NPDMTT)的合成及其与镉的显色反应研究.在表面活性剂OP的存在下,pH=11.0的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与镉发生显色反应,镉与NPDMTT形成摩尔比为1∶3的黄色配合物,在455 nm处有一最大正吸收,在540 nm处有一最大负吸收.以455 nm为参比波长、540 nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.84×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,镉的浓度在0~520 μg/L符合比尔定律.用拟定方法测定废水中的微量镉,结果与原子吸收光谱法相符.  相似文献

选择磷酸三丁酯(TBP)纤维棉对Au的吸附和解吸的最佳条件,在10%的王水中,磷酸三丁酯纤维棉可定量吸附Au,使其与多种共存离子分离.吸附的Au用10g/l的Na2SO3溶液解脱.在给定条件下,对5ìg~200ìg的Au进行分离富集,其回收率在98.0%~101.0%.方法已用于铅锌矿、银金矿中金的分离富集和测定,所得结果与其它方法相符合,其RSD为1.6%~3.9%.  相似文献

及时监测环境水中的镉含量是预防和治理镉污染的前提,采用分光光度法测定镉具有简便、迅速、易普及等特点,然而较低的灵敏度限制了该方法的应用。本文通过选用表面活性剂Triton X-114为增敏剂,有效地提高了镉试剂分光光度法测定镉离子的灵敏度。研究结果表明,在KOH溶液中,Triton X-114存在下,镉试剂与镉离子生成橙红色络合物,显色物质最大吸收峰为470 nm,镉离子含量在0~10 μg/25 mL范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数达到1.25×105 L/(mol·cm),检测限低至5.0 μg/L。与Triton X-100以及其他表面活性剂相比,Triton X-114的应用能显著提高镉试剂光度法测定镉的吸光度,表观摩尔吸光系数最高可增加49%,检测限也能够降低近50%,并且分析方法简便迅速,易普及,可应用于环境水以及工业废水中微量或痕量镉的直接测定。  相似文献

采用选择性萃取分离技术对沉积物(生物膜)中非残渣态组分(铁、锰氧化物和有机质)进行分离,研究阿特拉津(atrazine,AT)-Cd-Cu系中共存重金属对选择性萃取前后沉积物(生物膜)吸附AT的影响.研究结果表明:共存体系中,沉积物(生物膜)中铁氧化物对AT的吸附贡献最大,其次是有机质,而锰氧化物则抑制AT的吸附;共存镉促进了AT在沉积物(生物膜)原样及各非残渣态组分上的吸附,镉质量浓度为0.2 mg/L时,促进作用最显著,各组分对阿特拉津的吸附贡献增加了3.20%~32.31%(沉积物)和1.61%~17.10%(生物膜),但随镉质量浓度的增加,其促进作用减弱;共存铜抑制沉积物(生物膜)原样及铁氧化物、有机质对AT的吸附,铜质量浓度为75.0 mg/L时,其抑制作用最强,铁氧化物和有机质对阿特拉津的吸附贡献分别降低了29.21%、22.36%(沉积物)和9.46%、77.27%(生物膜),但同时减弱了锰氧化物对AT吸附的抑制作用,其吸附贡献分别提高了28.98%(沉积物)和17.46%(生物膜).  相似文献

水中微量的铜、铅、镉、锌是环境污染监测工作中必须测定的项目。我室对这四个元素的测定是用日立508型原子吸收分光光度计进行的,由于对铜,铅、镉的检出灵敏度要求高,用水样直接喷入火焰进行原子吸收测定是达不到要求的,必须加入络合剂,用有机试剂萃取富集,这样由于使用了有机试剂一方面有害于操作人员的身体健康,另外,有机试剂在火焰中燃烧,在镉的吸收波长2288(?)有部分的火焰吸收,影响了镉的测定灵敏度与精确度。为此,我们对逆向伏安法进行了一些试验。 Flarence首先应用玻璃态石墨汞膜电极于逆向伏安法中。这种电极的优点在于导电性好,能耐化学浸蚀,表面易抛光,不易沾粘或吸附气体和污物,且电极坚固耐用,所以这一方法在国内亦进行了一些研究。我们就是在这些资料的基础上结合了具体条件进行试  相似文献

薩卡文曾在1959年合成了铀试剂Ⅲ,并建议用光电比色法测定釷、铀、锆。在著作中提出了于鋯石中不用分离居外元素(包括锆元素)而测定钍的方法。在论文中叙述了在岩石中使钍呈氟化物分出后进行钍的测定。在著作中詳细地阐明了铀试剂Ⅲ与钍的反应操作条件,并提出了用这些试剂以萃取光电比色法测定钍。文章也谈到使钍吸附在阳极上分离后测定少量钍。  相似文献

近年来,铍试剂Ⅲ(BeryllonⅢ)在分光光度法中已用于铍、铝、硼、钛、钒等的测定。由于该试剂在极谱分析上是良好的电活性物质并能与某些无机离子形成络合物吸附在滴汞电极上产生良好的吸附波,已用于铍~1、硼~2、釠~3等的测定、但对用于镓的测定在上述两方面均未见过报导。本文研究了铍试剂Ⅲ极谱络合物吸附波测定家的体系,发现在pH5.5±0.2的醋酸—醋酸铵的缓冲液—0.0025%。铍试剂Ⅲ—0.2%抗坏血酸体系中,在-0.35和-0.47伏得到铍试剂Ⅲ及其与镓络合物的良好吸附波。当镓含量在0.005—0.8微克 毫升时,峰电流与浓度呈线性关系。并对该吸附波的机理进行了探讨:方法已成功地用于岩石、土壤中镓的测定并取得满意的结果。经精密度测定,RSD为6.3-6.7。  相似文献

冷蒸气原子荧光测Hg,Au的最大允许量为0.5μg。一些金矿样品中Au的含量较高,在分析中如不分离Au而直接测Hg,将产生严重负干扰。本文试验表明:在5%~15%的王水介质中,小于10μg量的Hg不被泡塑吸附;500μgAu被定量吸附,同时被吸附的有Sb、Tl等元素。Se、Te的干扰用K_2Cr_2O_7氧化消除。本法操作简便、快速,分离效果好,成功地应用于金矿样品中Hg的测定。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The geological site at Tercis is accepted by the Commission on Stratigraphy as the international reference for the stratigraphy of the studied interval. To cite this article: G.S. Odin, C. R. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Some olistolites reworked in a Tertiary flysch of Mount Parnon (Peloponnesus, Greece) exhibit a Late Permian assemblage, dominated by Paradunbarula (Shindella) shindensis, Hemigordiopsis cf. luquensis and Colaniella aff. minima. This association corresponds to the Late Wuchiapingian (=Late Dzhulfian), a substage whose algae and foraminifera are generally little known. Contemporaneous limestones crop out in the middle part of the Episkopi Formation in Hydra, but they are rather commonly reworked in Mesozoic and Cainozoic sequences. The palaeobiogeographical affinities shared by the foraminiferal markers of Greece, southeastern Pamir, and southern China, are very strong (up to the specific level), and are congruent with the Pangea B reconstructions.
