山东省城市土地集约利用时空差异 总被引：21，自引：1，他引：20
结合山东省区域发展实际,从土地利用强度、土地利用投入和土地利用效益等方面出发构建区域城市土地集约利用综合评价体系,以山东省地级城市的土地利用数据为基础,采用主成分分析法、聚类分析法对省内区域城市土地集约利用水平进行综合评价,分析其时间和区域变化情况,为宏观指导城市土地资源集约利用、转变土地利用方式提供参考。研究结果表明：(1)2000－2005年山东省城市土地利用集约度不断提高,而2006年比2005年山东省城市土地集约利用度稍有下降;(2)山东省城市土地集约利用水平从沿海城市向内地递减,尤其以山东省西南部边缘城市集约度水平最低;(3)经济发展水平是影响土地集约利用重要的外部因素,济南和青岛等经济发达地区集约利用水平相对较高。 相似文献

为明晰福建省近10年城市土地集约利用状况和时空分异特征,在构建福建省城市土地集约利用评价体系的基础上,运用熵值法对福建省9个设区市市辖区2008～2017年城市土地集约利用状况进行综合评价分析,并引入变异系数揭示其时空变化特征。结果表明:福建省城市土地集约利用水平整体不高,10年间全省整体城市土地集约利用程度变化不明显;福建省城市土地集约类型存在着明显的等级差异,空间差异随着时间的推移略呈扩大的趋势;在空间分布上,东南部沿海地区城市土地集约利用程度明显高于西北部非沿海地区。 相似文献

基于技术效率测算的京津冀城市土地集约利用潜力评价 总被引：1，自引：1，他引：1
现有城市土地集约利用潜力评价研究主要采用多指标综合评价方法,存在依据不充分、结果不可比、难反映动态变化等缺陷。针对此,基于集约潜力和技术效率的概念联系,把城市土地集约利用潜力定义为是城市土地利用技术效率的潜在提升所可能带来的土地节约量或产出增加量,构建了城市土地集约利用土地节约潜力和产出增长潜力定量评价模型,测算和分析了京津冀2006-2015年城市土地集约利用土地节约潜力和产出增长潜力的规模与占比情况。结果表明：① 京津冀城市土地集约利用潜力规模巨大且持续增加,土地节约潜力规模10年均值为709.80 km 2、净增量达543.96 km 2,产出增长潜力规模（2005年不变价）10年均值为4207.57亿元、净增量达3428.55亿元;② 京津冀城市土地集约利用潜力占比很高且持续提升,土地节约潜力占比10年均值为21.80%、净提高10.56个百分点,产出增长潜力占比10年均值为26.12%、净提高14.73个百分点;③ 京津冀13个城市土地集约利用潜力排名很稳定,且差距在扩大,显示出越发达城市集约挖潜越困难、越落后城市集约挖潜越容易的一般规律,以及集约挖潜容易者更加容易、困难者更加困难的马太效应。研究能够为城市土地集约利用实践与管理提供科学指导,有利于推进集约评价和效率测算研究之间的对话与交流。 相似文献

基于改进熵值模型的城市土地集约利用动态评价——以广州市为例 总被引：3，自引：0，他引：3
从社会、经济和生态3个方面构建了城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,借助改进熵值模型和综合评价方法对2003—2007年的广州市城市土地集约利用水平进行了综合评价。结果表明:(1)经济状况是影响城市土地集约利用水平的最重要因素,其次为社会状况和生态环境状况。(2)近年来,广州城市土地集约利用水平稳步提升,经济、社会和环境各子系统基本朝有序方向发展,而2004—2006年广州市城市土地利用出现了短暂无序化发展征兆,主要是由于其经济增长放缓、环保投入降低所致。(3)通过对广州市与广东省的纵向和横向对比发现,近年来,广州市的空气质量和珠江广州段水质并未明显改善,环保投入和城市绿化建设更是仅相当于或低于全省的平均水平,这意味着广州市在推进节约集约用地试点示范工作中必须加大环境保护投入,注重人口、土地、环境与经济发展的协调关系。 相似文献

国家中心城市土地集约利用评价及障碍因素诊断 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
基于土地集约利用内涵及相关理论基础,结合社会经济数据,从土地利用投入、土地利用程度、土地利用产出及生态效益层面构建了评价指标;运用组合赋权法及多因素综合评价法对2006—2016年国家中心城市土地利用集约分值进行计算;并运用障碍度模型对土地集约利用障碍度因子进行诊断。结果显示:(1) 2006—2016年间上海土地集约利用水平始终保持高度集约状态。天津、武汉始终保持中度集约状态;北京、广州、成都、郑州、重庆变化较大,北京、广州土地集约利用水平由中度集约上升到高度集约,成都、郑州由低度集约转化成中度集约,重庆由粗放利用转化为低度集约。(2)影响国家中心城市土地利用集约度的准则层主要障碍因子为土地利用程度及土地产出,说明我国中心城市单位土地面积产出无法满足可持续用地需求;指标层主要障碍因子为人均建设用地面积、建成区面积、地均GDP、人均绿地面积及建成区路网密度等。 相似文献

基于城市土地集约利用内涵,文中从利用强度、投入水平和产出效益三个方面构建城市土地集约利用评价体系,并选取287个城市为研究单元,分析了2011年中国城市土地集约利用格局与机理。结果表明:中国城市土地集约利用水平呈现出由东向西依次递减的趋势;沿海地区、"T"字轴地区、长江流域沿线地区的城市土地集约利用水平高于其周围城市地区;城市土地集约利用水平分布的空间集聚性明显,集约利用城市和中度利用城市呈点状、间隔分布,低度利用城市和粗放利用城市呈面状、连续分布;总体来说,城市土地集约利用水平仍比较低;机理分析归结为经济因子、生态因子、社会因子和技术进步因子四个方面,并指出对现有体制进行完善是提高城市土地集约利用水平的根本途径。 相似文献

小城镇土地集约利用水平综合评价直接反映小城镇土地利用的集约程度，文章对小城镇土地集约利用水平综合评价的方法有益的探索，构建了一套小城镇土地集约利用水平综合评价的指标体系，采用多因素综合评价的方法，得到集约利用综合指数F，并通过比较分析探讨小城镇土地集约利用的空间分异特征及成因，从而达到定量衡量小城镇土地集约利用水平的目的。以重庆市北碚区为例的研究表明，小城镇土地集约利用水平综合评价采用多因素综合评价法是比较适宜的。 相似文献

城市土地集约利用是城市发展的必然要求.以河南省为研究对象,探讨了该省在1996年和2006年城市土地集约利用的时空格局与演变规律.结果表明:(1)全省城市土地集约利用水平呈现明显的上升态势.(2)与1996年相比,2006年全省各城市之间土地集约利用水平的差异有所扩大.(3)在不同的研究年份,土地投入水平、土地产出水平、土地利用水平和土地生态环境质量等在城市土地集约利用水平中发挥的作用有较大差异.(4)在研究期间,城市土地集约利用水平及其4个影响因素各自变化幅度差异显著,且同一地区各自的变化幅度也不完全一致. 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
