This paper analyzes transversal small-scale perturbations in arbitrary three-dimensional (3D) spatially nonuniform space plasma systems with magnetic surfaces and deduces a system of equations for these perturbations. It shows that a dipole magnetic field can have perturbations of two different polarizations. Within dipole geometry, it derives equations for MHD-eigenmodes and investigates stability of the perturbations.  相似文献

The evolution of small-scale density perturbations on the background of increasing large-scale perturbations of supercluster size will be considered. In the case that the characteristic length scales of both perturbation modes differ significantly, the interaction between both modes has to be taken into account already within lowest order of approximation. It will be shown that in this case an effective amplification for the smaller-scale perturbations occurs. For these perturbations the characteristic times of evolution decreases in dependence on the considered mass-scales more or less rapidly. Therefore, the growth of adiabatic density perturbations on mass-scales up to galaxy masses seems to be triggered by the density evolution of superclusters which the smaller-mass perturbations are embedded in. A model for the formation of observed condensed matter distribution will be proposed.  相似文献

The transformation of classical orbit element perturbations to perturbations in position and velocity in the radial, transverse and normal directions of the orbital frame is developed. The formulation is given for the case of mean anomaly perturbations as well as for eccentric and true anomaly perturbations. Approximate formulas are also developed for the case of nearly circular orbits and compared with those found in the literature.  相似文献

We investigate the potential importance of molecular cloud and stellar perturbations on the orbits of Pluto and more distant (hypothetical) planets up to 500 AU from the Sun. It is found that stellar and molecular cloud-core perturbations are of roughly equal importance. It also is found that the likelihood of substantial perturbations on Pluto is not insignificant, and that numerous substantial stellar and molecular cloud perturbations are likely to have influenced the orbits of any planets beyond 200 AU. These perturbations may contribute to a prevalence of moderate eccentricities and inclinations for planets beyond the orbit of Neptune, and may be a characteristic of distant planetary orbits in other solar systems. Given the recent discovery of chaotic behavior in Pluto's orbit (Sussman and Wisdom 1988), the effects of external perturbations on the long-term stability of Pluto's orbit warrant continued study.  相似文献

A semianalytic method has been developed to calculate the radiation-pressure perturbations of a close-Earth satellite due to sunlight reflected from the Earth. The assumptions made are that the satellite is spherically symmetric and that the solar radiation is reflected from the Earth according to Lambert's Law with uniform albedo. By using expressions for the components of the radiation-pressure force due to Lochry, the expressions for the perturbations of the elements were developed into series in the true anomalyv. The perturbations within a given revolution can be obtained analytically by integrating with respect tov while holding all slowly varying quantities constant. The long-range perturbations are then obtained by accumulating the net perturbations at the end of each revolution.  相似文献

We examine the spectrum of perturbations for a scalar field with an arbitrary curvature coupling parameter in the de Sitter stage of cosmological expansion when a cosmic string is present. These perturbations are caused by vacuum fluctuations in the field and serve as seed perturbations for the formation of galaxies in the postinflationary stage. A cosmic string disrupts the homogeneity of a de Sitter space, so that the spectrum of the perturbations depends on the distance from the string. This dependence is oscillatory in character with a period on the order of the perturbation wavelength.  相似文献

Cosmological perturbations on a F-R-W background are considered in a modified de Donder gauge. To guarantee the energy-momentum conservation for the perturbations in the de Donder gauge a compatibility condition is obtained. Finally we present the basic equations for the propagation of spherically symmetric perturbations. These equations are the basis for investigating the influence of cosmological epoches on the growing of density contrasts.  相似文献

We analyze the behavior of the scalar field as dark energy of the Universe in a static world of galaxies and clusters of galaxies. We find the analytical solutions of evolution equations of the density and velocity perturbations of dark matter and dark energy, which interact only gravitationally, along with the perturbations of metric in a static world with background Minkowski metric. It was shown that quintessential and phantom dark energy in the static world of galaxies and clusters of galaxies is gravitationally stable and can only oscillate by the influence of self-gravity. In the gravitational field of dark matter perturbations, it is able to condense monotonically, but the amplitude of density and velocity perturbations on all scales remains small. It was also illustrated that the “accretion” of phantom dark energy in the region of dark matter overdensities causes formation of dark energy underdensities-the regions with negative amplitude of density perturbations of dark energy.  相似文献

Up to now we have been dealing with the construction of entirely analytical planetary theories such as VSOP82 (Bretagnon, 1982) and TOP82 (Simon, 1983). These theories take into account the whole of the Newtonian perturbations of nine point masses: the Sun, the Earth-Moon barycentre, the planets Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. They also take into account perturbations due to some minor planets, to the action of the Moon and the relativistic effects. The perturbations of these last three types are in a very simple way under analytical form but they considerably increase the computations when introduced in the numerical integration programs.In the present paper we thus study a solution in which the Newtonian perturbations for the ten point masses are treated through numerical integration, the other perturbations being analytically added.  相似文献

We develop a new and fast method to estimate perturbations by a planet on cometary orbits. This method allows us to identify accurately the cases of large perturbations in a set of fictitious orbits. Hence, it can be used in constructing perturbation samples for Monte Carlo simulations in order to maximize the amount of information. Furthermore, the estimated perturbations are found to yield a good approximation to the real perturbation sample. This is shown by a comparison of the perturbations obtained by the new estimator with the results of numerical integration of regularized equations of motion for the same orbits in the same dynamical model: the three-dimensional elliptic restricted three-body problem (Sun-Jupiter-comet).  相似文献

The aim of the present paper is to establish the explicit forms of the photometric perturbations, in the frequency-domain, of close binaries, whose components are distorted by axial rotation and mutual tidal action.Following a brief introduction, Section 2 describes the light changes and the photometric perturbations within eclipses in the frequency-domain. In Section 3 the explicit forms of the perturbations for occultation eclipses terminating in totality are given; while in Section 4 analogous results are established for transit eclipses terminating in annular phases. In this latter case the results can be expressed in terms of the photometric perturbations for total eclipses and in terms of some series. To facilitate applications to actual stars these series have been computed and their results are represented in Table I and by the Graphs. Finally, Section 5 gives a discussion of the results.An extension of the photometric perturbations to the case of partial eclipses will be given in a subsequent communication.  相似文献

Expressions are given for the first order node-to-node perturbations in the orbital elements of a satellite due to an arbitrary zonal harmonic of the geopotential. Accurate and efficient procedures for computing such perturbations are necessary for orbit determination methods which will fully utilize the highly accurate observations now available.Comparison with a double precision numerical integration is made for an intermediate altitude satellite, TELSTAR I. (Second order perturbations due to the second harmonic, derived elsewhere, are included, as are the first order perturbations due to the zonals through fourteenth order.) Discrepancies in semi-major axis after 1 period are of the order of 0.1 mm. Discrepancies in timing are of the order of 0.03 msec. A detailed discussion of computational efficiency is included.  相似文献

The development of perturbations of number densities of ions and electrons during the recombination epoch is analysed. The equations for relative perturbations of ionization fractions were derived from the system of equations for accurate computation of the ionization history of the early Universe. It is shown that strong dependence of ionization and recombination rates on the density and temperature of plasma provides the significant deviations of amplitudes of ionization fractions relative to perturbations from those of baryon matter density adiabatic perturbations. Such deviations are most prominent for cosmological adiabatic perturbations of scales larger than the sound horizon at the recombination epoch. The amplitudes of relative perturbations of number densities of electrons and protons at the last scattering surface exceed by a factor of ≃5 the amplitude of the relative perturbation of baryons total number density: for helium ions this ratio reaches a value of ≃18. For subhorizon cosmological perturbations, these ratios appear to be essentially smaller and depend on oscillation phase at the moment of decoupling. These perturbations of number densities of ions and electrons at the recombination epoch do not contribute to the intrinsic plasma temperature fluctuations but cause the 'corrugation' of the last scattering surface in optical depth,  δ z dec/( z dec+ 1) ≈−δb/3  , at scales larger than the sound horizon. It may result in notable changes of pre-calculated values of the cosmic microwave background polarization pattern at several degrees of angular scales.  相似文献

Continuing a work initiated in an earlier publication (Yamada et al. in Phys Rev D 91:124016, 2015), we reexamine the linear stability of the triangular solution in the relativistic three-body problem for general masses by the standard linear algebraic analysis. In this paper, we start with the Einstein–Infeld–Hoffmann form of equations of motion for N-body systems in the uniformly rotating frame. As an extension of the previous work, we consider general perturbations to the equilibrium, i.e., we take account of perturbations orthogonal to the orbital plane, as well as perturbations lying on it. It is found that the orthogonal perturbations depend on each other by the first post-Newtonian (1PN) three-body interactions, though these are independent of the lying ones likewise the Newtonian case. We also show that the orthogonal perturbations do not affect the condition of stability. This is because these do not grow with time, but always precess with two frequency modes, namely, the same with the orbital frequency and the slightly different one due to the 1PN effect. The condition of stability, which is identical to that obtained by the previous work (Yamada et al. 2015) and is valid for the general perturbations, is obtained from the lying perturbations.  相似文献

We analyse the behaviour of linear magnetohydrodynamic perturbations of a coronal arcade modelled by a half-cylinder with an azimuthal magnetic field and non-uniform radial profiles of the plasma pressure, temperature, and the field. Attention is paid to the perturbations with short longitudinal (in the direction along the arcade) wavelengths. The radial structure of the perturbations, either oscillatory or evanescent, is prescribed by the radial profiles of the equilibrium quantities. Conditions for the corrugation instability of the arcade are determined. It is established that the instability growth rate increases with decreases in the longitudinal wavelength and the radial wave number. In the unstable mode, the radial perturbations of the magnetic field are stronger than the longitudinal perturbations, creating an almost circularly corrugated rippling of the arcade in the longitudinal direction. For coronal conditions, the growth time of the instability is shorter than one minute, decreasing with an increase in the temperature. Implications of the developed theory for the dynamics of coronal active regions are discussed.  相似文献

The variations of perturbations in perigee distance for different values of the orbital eccentricity for artificial Earth's satellites due to air drag have been studied. The analytical solution of deriving these perturbations, using the TD model (Total Density) have been applied, Helali (1987). The Theory is valid for altitudes ranging from 200 to 500 km above the Earth's surface and for solar 10.7 cm flux. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the variations of the perturbations in perigee distance with changing eccentricity (e < 0.2). A stronge perturbations in the perigee distance have been shown when the eccentricity in the range 0.001 <e < 0.05, especially for perigee distance 200 km.  相似文献

Perturbations in the position of a satellite due to the Earth's gravitational effects are presented. The perturbations are given in the radial, transverse (or alongtrack) and normal (or cross-track) components. The solution is obtained by projecting the Kepler element perturbations obtained by Kaula [Kaula, 1966] into each of the three components. The resulting perturbations are presented in a form analogous to the form of Kaula's solution which facilitates implementation and interpretation.  相似文献

A new formulation is presented for the perturbed Lambert problem. The formulation employs the variation-of-parameters method in the KS transformed state space to determine perturbations of a Keplerian Lambert solution. The approach is universal (in that its validity is not restricted to a particular energy domain). For the case of the second zonal harmonic (oblateness) perturbation, first order perturbations are carried out entirely analytically; non-iterative corrections are determined through solution of a pair of algebraic equations. 本文讨论了一种含扩散型粘滞的弱磁化等温吸积盘模型.在作者原有工作的基础上研究了吸积盘对非轴对称扰动(含径向、环向和垂向三个方向的扰动)所表现的脉动不稳定性.结果表明,径向扰动是最重要、最根本的扰动:在无径向扰动时,吸积盘中不存在环向扰动与垂向扰动所产生的脉动不稳定性.在径向扰动存在时,吸积盘除了可能存在纯径向脉动不稳定性外,还可能存在由于径向扰动与垂向扰动的耦合所引起的轴对称脉动不稳定性,以及由于径向扰动与环向扰动的耦合所引起的非轴对称脉动不稳定性.当上述三个方向的扰动并存时,对应的非轴对称脉动不稳定性也可能存在.  相似文献
