1 从埃菲尔铁塔上看到的巴黎城市空间布局。巴黎城市规划独具特色,绝大多数建筑物都在3.5层,布局严整,密度适宜,设计极富韵律和美感。在新时期住房需求的强大压力下,巴黎并没有在老建筑保护方面作出让步,历史遗产保护反而更加严格,“视旧如命”成为巴黎城市规划的癖好。中国历史文化遗产保护和城市建设是否可以借鉴其理念和经验?  相似文献

现有城市热环境研究关注于城市尺度范围内城市形态,未充分考虑小尺度区域内、非匀质分布的建筑群布局形态对热环境,尤其是室外风环境的影响。以6幢方形截面高层建筑组成的建筑群的周围风环境为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法进行对比、分析,对比6种布局形式的建筑群的室外人行高度(1.5 m)处的风速比和风向分布,得出风环境优劣状况与平面布局之间的关系,为城市建设、高层建筑布局规划提供参考与评价依据。  相似文献

中国交通枢纽空间布局的评价、优化与模拟   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
交通枢纽是综合运输体系的重要构成部分之一,合理的交通枢纽布局对于构建高效的综合运输体系具有重要的意义。交通枢纽的布局优化问题历来是交通运输工程学和交通地理学领域的一个研究热点。然而,当前有关交通枢纽布局的研究多局限于同一种交通运输方式,存在条块分割、重复建设乃至互相矛盾的问题。本研究立足于区域综合交通枢纽,研究首先确定影响交通枢纽布局的各评价指标,建立了由3 大类20 项指标构成的综合评价指标体系,以全国337 个地级行政区为基本单元,利用最大化覆盖模型,在科学评价综合交通枢纽布局潜力的基础上,识别出80 km、120 km、160 km和200 km 4 组服务半径约束下中国综合交通枢纽的最佳布局数量及其空间分布,从中归纳交通枢纽布局数量同目标函数值之间的一般规律,并最终优选出适合我国当前最优布局的42 个交通枢纽。研究对优选的42 个交通枢纽进行等级体系的划分和空间效应的模拟,分别从服务的空间范围和服务的社会经济要素进行分析,结果表明其所服务的国土面积、人口和GDP均优于国家规划集成的枢纽。  相似文献

大数据时代,社交媒体的大量应用为研究游客情感体验以及探索其时空变化提供了新的数据源。采集3 a间西安市国内游客微博签到数据,运用热点格网图法、Getis-Ord Gi*方法和X-means聚类方法,从积极情感和消极情感2个维度研究西安市国内游客情感体验时空变化和演化规律。结果表明:(1) 城市中心、城市主轴线、主要商圈以及景区景点附近游客情感相对较高且稳定,高情感体验区域主要分布在曲江新区和西安古城旅游区。(2) 消极情感体验在西安的交通枢纽和城市边缘的空间占比高,交通枢纽主要以车站、城市进出口为主。(3) 整体上来看,3 a间西安市游客情感较为平稳,积极情感呈现“中心—边缘”的空间格局,消极情感和积极情感的呈现具有相似性,主要以3种类型为主:稳定型、相对稳定型和剧烈波动型。在3种类型中,稳定型的主要聚集地在城市中心、商圈附近、交通干线周边以及景区景点附近,相对稳定型占据西安市大面积区域,剧烈波动型处于距离城市中心较远的边缘。  相似文献

基于2020年冷链物流企业总分支机构数据,利用社会网络分析、模体分析和地理探测器等模型,从冷链物流通道内、通道内外和全国尺度,宏观把握冷链物流企业县域网络全局结构,逐步剖析“节点-轴-模体-社团”局部结构,探讨其内在驱动机制。结果表明:1)从全局结构看,各尺度县域网络在网络发育、县域地位和节点关联性等方面存在差异,均以京津冀、长三角和珠三角为中心呈现核心-边缘布局。2)从局部结构看,核心县域在通道内尺度倾向于建立同城核心县域轴,构建三元闭包且两两互惠的集团关系和通道多核心社团;在通道内外尺度成为内外联系枢纽,多与同侧县域进行共同投资,在农产品主产区主导近通道单核心社团;在全国尺度以对外辐射为主,于东部沿海开放城市或开放口岸接收多方县域投资,易组建经济圈和经济带社团。3)县域网络结构的形成源于冷链物流企业的功能分异和区位分离行为,各尺度县域网络结构的核心-边缘布局主要由消费水平等经济因子促成,其尺度差异受地理位置等空间因子影响,在通道内尺度上的驱动机制为规模偏好,在通道内外尺度和全国尺度的驱动机制是规模偏好、禀赋偏好和网络临近效应。  相似文献

CanTon是广州英语名的旧写,也是美国城市“坎顿”(CanTon)的英语名。作为中国地名“广州”的英译(CanTon),很长时间在中国大地已消声匿迹,早已送往博物馆了。可是近却又冒了出来,见于新建在广州市的大型建筑物,高级酒店“广州大厦,英语书写为“HotelCanTon”。众所周知把广州译写为CanTon是清末英国驻华公使馆威妥玛氏,用英文音译中国人名、地名和某些事物专名的一种主要拼写法,后称“威妥玛式”拼写或译写法。解放前在我国著作、文件或地图中的人名、地名以拉丁字母(罗马字母)形式出现时,大都采用“威妥玛式”拼写形式…  相似文献

镶嵌于城市地域的都市型工业,有着其独特的区位特征和空间格局。基于2008年上海都市型工业微观企业数据,探讨工业郊区化背景下都市型工业空间分布、集聚特征以及行业间的空间邻近关系。研究表明:上海都市型工业企业区位选择具有中心城区与近郊区双重指向性,在距离城市中心10~20 km区间都市工业分布最密集,空间分布的非均质特征明显。空间集聚以城市内各类园区(商业楼宇、都市工业园、工业园区)为主要载体,集聚格局在行业间存在一定差异。在空间邻近关系方面,各行业间呈现出基于相同要素投入、生产关联、共同市场、政策导向的邻近布局以及基于异质排他性、环境要求的弱邻近布局特征。  相似文献

轨道站点影响区和站点之间功能布局是落实TOD理念(Transit-Oriented-Development)——以公共交通为空间开发导向的重要内容,客流是站点功能布局成效的直接体现。通过轨道站点影响区POI结构,将厦门轨道站点分为单主导功能、双主导功能和混合功能3类。通过分析站点客流量,明晰站点影响区功能布局与出行发生之间的关系。以站点间客流OD量及站点客流OD在各距离段的分布,分析站点之间功能布局与空间客流分布的关系。根据现状呈现出来的轨道站点功能布局特征及对应的客流特征,提出下一步发展策略。结果表明:1)高客流量站点以单、双主导功能站点为主,混合功能站点客流量并不突出;2)同类型站点间OD量较小,不同类型站点间OD量较大,空间站点功能互补性直接影响OD的空间特征;3)站点各距离段OD比例受中心地职能等级及周边站点功能互补性的双重影响。文章基于对站点影响区和站点之间功能布局与乘客出行相关关系的分析,结合城市功能布局的市场规律及城市空间结构发展需求,提出站点影响区“混合基本功能,集聚主导功能”和站点之间“差异互补,连点成轴”的功能布局原则,以期为以轨道交通为主体的TOD综合开发提供参考...  相似文献

局地气候分区框架下城市热岛时空分异特征研究进展   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
局地气候分区(LCZ)框架自2012年提出以来,在城市热岛研究领域备受重视,但目前对LCZ框架下城市热岛(简称LCZ城市热岛)时空分异特征仍缺乏系统性总结。本文以统计和“荟萃分析”为手段,系统梳理了2012—2019年LCZ城市热岛研究在数据获取手段、时空格局和影响因素3个方面的进展,并对今后研究进行了初步展望。结果表明,迄今为止全球范围内已在超过130座城市开展了LCZ城市热岛研究,这些城市主要集中于中纬度(35°N~55°N)的亚洲和欧洲地区,且主要聚焦于以近地表气温表征的“冠层热岛”和以地表温度表征的“地表热岛”。具体而言:① 在温度数据获取方面,站点观测(文献数量占比42.5%)、模型模拟(38.3%)与移动测量(19.2%)是获取气温的主要方法,其中模型模拟方法占比逐年升高。而卫星热红外遥感是获取地表温度的主要手段(86.5%)。② 在时空格局方面,就全球而言,LCZ气温的类间极值差(均值为3.1 K)显著低于地表温度的类间极值差(9.8 K),且该极值差通常在夏季或冬季较大;冠层热岛与地表热岛均存在显著的“LCZ类内热岛”现象。③ 在影响因素方面,多数研究局限于定性分析地表结构、覆盖、材质和人类活动的影响,而普遍忽略了建筑布局与邻近LCZ类型等潜在因素的作用。本文将有利于从整体上更好地把握LCZ城市热岛的研究进展与今后的发展趋势。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
