席卷全球的金融危机正在疯狂肆虐,矿业也难以独善其身。金融危机导致矿产品价格全线跳水、矿业公司股价大幅下跌、矿产品需求下降。矿产品价格大幅下跌是矿产品价格在挤出泡沫之后的一种理性回归。矿业发展自身的规律与百年不遇的金融危机的相互叠加、相互影响,加速了此轮矿业繁荣周期的终结并开始了走向下行期的步伐。金融危机给矿业带来了挑战与机遇,但机遇远大于挑战。对此提出如下建议：改善中国矿业投资环境,调整矿产品进出口政策;培育大型跨国矿业公司,提高竞争力;建立国外资源储备基地,吸引海外地质勘查人才;重新审视和再认识地勘基金的定位;抓住有利时机整合资源,促进矿业结构调整。 相似文献

This paper reviews the major achievements of geography in China over the past 60 years. It points out that such accomplishments are unmatched by any other countries in the world in the diversity of fields, scale, and their contributions to solve significant practical problems in the development of our country and society. The theoretical progress made in certain important fields also takes a leading position in the world in general. The 33rd International Geographical Congress which will be held in Beijing in August 2016 will be a rare opportunity for Chinese geography to display its notable achievements to the world systematically and thoroughly. 磨刀门水道咸潮入侵及其变异分析 总被引：7，自引：1，他引：7
随着区域经济及人口的进一步增长,珠江三角洲磨刀门水道已成为江门、中山、珠海、澳门等城市重要的水源地,相应咸潮入侵对供水安全造成的危害也越来越严重。本文依据实测资料和现场调研,对磨刀门水道咸潮入侵的潮相变化、径流—咸潮的响应模式、风对咸潮入侵的影响及咸潮入侵的历史演变趋势及其变异、最小压咸流量及最佳压咸时机等进行了研究。研究结果表明,影响咸潮入侵的主要因素是径流,有利于咸潮入侵的风向为北风～东北风。以思贤滘流量(即马口水文站与三水水文站流量之和)为参照,为保障珠海、澳门供水安全,磨刀门水道最小压咸流量范围为2200-2700m3/s,平均流量为2450m3/s,最佳压咸补淡的时机为大潮转小潮期,也就是朔望(半月)周期的落潮期。 相似文献

The 20 ore and concentrate reference materials originally issued by the Institute of Geological Sciences (as it then was) in 1977 have been reevaluated using robust as opposed to classical statistical techniques. The opportunity has also been taken to correct minor errors and to incorporate any new data. One material, the nickel concentrate, IGS 20, has been withdrawn due to incipient oxidation.
