基于AIS信息校准的双频地波雷达的船只融合跟踪 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
高频地波雷达(HFSWR)和自动船只确认系统(AIS)是船只跟踪的重要传感器。高频地波雷达可以用来跟踪探测区域的所有船只,而AIS只能用来确认合作船只的信息。由于海杂波的干扰,使用单频率地波雷达的船只跟踪会淹没在布拉格峰值的盲区里,改变探测频率是克服这一缺点的有效手段。在这种背景下,我们提出一种基于AIS校准的双频雷达融合探测算法。因为不同频率的地波雷达测量与AIS的测量值存在系统误差,所以AIS信息可以用来估计和校准地波雷达的每个频率的系统误差。首先,将合作目标的点迹测量与地波雷达的点迹测量通过JVC分配算法进行点迹关联。从合作船只的点迹关联结果中,双频雷达的系统误差可以估计和校准。其次,基于校准的双频雷达数据,使用融合JPDA-UKF算法进行船只跟踪。通过真实探测的数据的实验结果显示所提算法可以实时跟踪船只,相比单频率跟踪可以进一步提高跟踪能力和跟踪精度。 相似文献

在Fudide-Krylov假设条件下,依据船舶分离建模理论在固定和运动坐标系中计算海面船只六自由度运动数学模型。主要包括:对风、浪、流的单独建模并进行矢量叠加,并在风浪流联合作用下对船舶六自由度运动构建简化的数学建模,完成实时仿真。基于Simulink和V-Realm Builder虚拟现实技术创建船舶运动模型、海洋表面环境及船只的几何模型,对船舶六自由度运动进行视景仿真,给出了有风无浪、有浪无风和风浪兼有三种情况下船只旋回路径和船舶运动轨迹。在VR视景浏览器中创建动态海面上船舶六自由度运动模型,不仅易于实现且结果逼真。得到的结果为进一步研究动态船只目标声散射特性的精确预报提供基础。 相似文献

Collision at sea is always a significant issue affecting the safety of ship navigation. The shipborne autonomous collision avoidance system (SACAS) has the great advantage to minimize collision accidents in ship navigation. A parallel trajectory planning architecture is proposed in this paper for SACAS system. The fully-coupled deliberative planner based on the modified RRT algorithm is developed to search for optimal global trajectory in a low re-planning frequency. The fully-coupled reactive planner based on the modified DW algorithm is developed to generate the optimal local trajectory in a high re-planning frequency to counteract the unexpected behavior of dynamic obstacles in the vicinity of the vessel. The obstacle constraints, ship maneuvering constraints, COLREGs rules, trajectory optimality, and real-time requirements are satisfied simultaneously in both global and local planning to ensure the collision-free optimal navigation in compliance with COLREGs rules. The on-water tests of a trimaran model equipped with a model-scale SACAS system are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm. The good balance between the computational efficiency and trajectory optimality is achieved in parallel trajectory planning. 相似文献

Heights as the basic geographical information are very important to study marine geophysics, geodesy and oceanography. Based on the astronomical leveling principle, we put forward a new method to unify the normal height (NH) datum along one ship route across sea with the ship-borne gravimetry and global navigation satellite system (GNSS) techniques. Ship-borne gravimeter can precisely measure gravity anomalies and the GNSS technique is used to measure precise sea surface heights (SSHs) along the ship track across sea. Precisions of ship-borne gravities and SSHs are improved with the colinear adjustment. To remove the effects of sea wave and wind, the Gaussian filter is used to filter residuals both between the ship-borne and modeled gravities from EGM2008 to degree 2160, and the measured and modeled SSHs from DTM10MSS, respectively. Deflections of the vertical (DOVs) along the ship route are estimated from the measured gravities with the least squares collocation method. The astro-geodetic survey is made on continent and island to improve the accuracy of DOVs along the route. We use the new method to connect NHs on the coastal sea of Shandong Peninsula, China. 近年来,海战场成为现代战争的主要作战区域之一,舰船目标逐渐成为海上重点监测对象,能否快速准确地识别海战场舰船目标的战术意图,给指挥员的决策提供必要的支持,这关系到一场海上战役的成败.随着合成孔径雷达(synthetic aperture radar,SAR)成像技术的不断发展,大量SAR图像可用于舰船目标检测与识别.利用SAR图像进行舰船目标检测与识别,已经成为重要的海洋应用之一.针对传统SAR图像舰船检测方法准确率较低的问题,本文在YOLOv3的基础上,结合感受野(receptive field block,RFB)模块,提出一种增强型的SAR舰船检测方法.该方法在最近公开的SAR图像舰船检测数据集上平均准确率值达到了91.50%,与原YOLOv3相比提高了0.92%.实验结果充分表明本文提出的算法在SAR舰船的检测中具有较好的检测效果. 相似文献

Navigational freedoms have been a central part of the law of the sea for hundreds of years, but significant restrictions have been imposed recently upon these freedoms. Fishing vessels are subject to the most restraints and, to protect their fish catch, must now give notice whenever they travel through the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) of another country. Oil tankers, especially those with single hulls are also subject to a variety of restraints, and any ship with a dangerous cargo must conform to international, regional, and national regulations. Ships carrying ultrahazardous nuclear cargoes have been told by many countries to avoid their EEZs, and these ships have in fact picked routes designed to avoid most EEZs. Security concerns have increased dramatically during the past 2 years, and it has become almost commonplace for the major maritime and military powers to assert the right to stop and board merchant vessels to look for suspect cargoes in all parts of the oceans. Even military vessels, which have immunity from seizure, must nonetheless respect the many rules that have been established to protect the marine environment and the security of coastal populations. A new norm of customary international law appears to have emerged that allows coastal states to regulate navigation through their EEZ based on the nature of the ship and its cargo.It appears that it is no longer accurate to say that the freedom of navigation exists in the exclusive economic zone of other countries to the same extent that it exists on the high seas. The balance between navigation and other national interests continues to develop, and navigational freedoms appear to be disappearing during this evolutionary process. 相似文献
