城市信息资源共享是“数字城市”建设的关键问题。在总结城市信息资源共享现状和存在的问题基础上,从信息生产—消费关系的角度分析城市信息资源共享,提出基于生产—消费模型的“数字城市”信息资源共享方法。该方法充分考虑了城市信息资源共享的内在特点,可以提高城市信息资源共享的效率,满足“数字城市”建设需求。在此基础上,给出该方法的技术解决方案。 相似文献

根据毕节地区自然条件和开采的施工工艺及施工组织条件,分析煤矿开采过程中的生态环境破坏情况,提出了植被恢复是生态重建的最重要途径之一;并根据生态学上的“适地适树”原则、“生物多样性”原则、“生态位”等原则,筛选出了目前在煤矿工业场地区、生活管理区、排矸场区等主要区域生长良好的具有功能性的乡土树种,指出了选择树种时需要注意的问题,力争为创建毕节地区生态煤矿探索一种模式并实现矿区生态环境的良性循环。 相似文献

新建煤矿发展循环经济是避免"三农四矿"问题的有效途径.在研究煤炭产业循环经济发展模式的基础上,以正在建设中的新郑煤矿区为例,运用SWOT方法分析了其社会经济基础,提出了目标、指标体系、总体框架和发展模式,并从区域可持续发展的角度提出了新建煤矿区在初期可按"煤-电-建"的模式发展,中后期可按"煤化工"的模式发展,并在企业、园区和社会3个层面建立循环型工业体系、循环型农业体系、资源节约型社会体系和绿色社区体系四大循环体系,为其他新建煤矿区的发展提供借鉴和示范作用. 相似文献

基于D—InSAR的煤矿区开采沉陷遥感监测技术分析 总被引：3，自引：0，他引：3
该文在综合分析国内外开采沉陷监测技术现状、合成孔径雷达干涉测量(InSAR)和差分干涉测量(D—InSAR)技术发展及其在地表沉陷监测中应用成果的基础上，分析了D—InSAR技术在煤矿开采沉陷变形监测中的特点与技术优势。指出：应用D—InSAR进行煤矿区开采沉陷监测的具体目标是矿区地表沉降演变过程分析、采区地表沉陷动态监测与分析和矿区DEM数据更新；亟须研究解决的关键技术问题有：源数据获取与选择、数据处理方法、地面配合措施、精度与可靠性评价、多源信息集成分析等。D—InSAR为煤矿区地表时空演变过程研究和开采沉陷实时动态监测提供了新的技术方法；作为“数字矿山”的重要内容，D—InSAR可以有效地指导矿区生产、整体规划与长远发展，并为矿区可持续发展服务。 相似文献

数字农业是现代农业技术与计算机技术、网络通信技术、空间信息技术相结合而形成的新型农业技术，它将是21世纪农业发展的新型模式，河南省发展数字农业具有重要的理论和现实意义，而且已经具备一定的基础。文章在分析数字农业的涵义及其技术体系的基础上，结合国内外数字农业建设的实践与经验，提出了河南省数字农业建设的总体框架，指出河南省现阶段数字农业建设的主要内容是尽快制定数字农业标准体系、加快建设数字农业基础信息平台及应用业务平台、实时开发与研制农业专家模型与管理决策支持系统等．根据河南省实际情况，提出了河南省数字农业建设的对策与建议。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
